Great place!

Spacious and great place with everything you need for a weekend stay. As a heads up, there are 3 flights of stairs from garage to top floor bedroom. 15-30 min from beaches and popular areas, walking distance from restaurants and places to enjoy. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Life in Paradise

The Property is extraordinarily elegant. The attention to detail is definitely reflected in the furnishings - which are impeccable. Centrally located with supermarkets, restaurants, drugstore, etc. all within the immediate proximity. Close to the downtown Miami corporate center and Bayside. 15 minute drive to Key Biscayne and South Beach. Definitely recommend whether your a Family traveling on vacation or professional traveling on business.. A+++ property and experience.

Great Experience. Will stay again

We had a great experience in this townhouse over the Easter break. The place lives up to the pictures. Immaculately clean, modern appliances, great set up (including outdoor spaces on all 3 floors). Neighborhood is residential but a short walk north to the Brickell business district. Angeles was very good about communicating the logistics of the stay and the building manager, Imara immediately resolved a minor issue related to getting on the Wi-Fi upon arrival. Very happy with our choice of this VRBO. Will stay there again.

The property was very clean and absolutely beautiful.

The parking was challenging but the property manager allowed us to park the van in the service parking which was great.

Beautiful property - great location

Nice layout; wonderful kitchen; third floor bathroom is small; good parking - however be aware that a large pick up truck (Dodge 2500) will not fit in the garage (a Tahoe DID fit). Communication with property managers was excellent and timely throughout the stay. It is a bit confusing upon arrival for the first time - you need to pull into the driveway to the RIGHT of the address numbers and then access the walk up gate to get into the property and then access the garage... once we figured it out, it was super easy access going forward. Property has very quick access to I-95, and good walking sidewalks along Brickell. Although not a lot of restaurants within walking distance - we Ubered and had cars. Overall - great property.

Be aware. The owner, will try to take your deposit for their own wear and tear repair.

The owner of this property claimed that my family and i "broke a sink" she accused us of giving heavy kids a shower in the sink which we did not even have kids to bath in the sink and she falsely claimed that we sat on the sink. We did neither. The sink had a wear and tear crack and it is obvious from the images that it is no recent damage. Furthermore, we had to deal with an Ac malfunction that left water leaking from upstairs into the leaving room. We had no AC for a whole night and had to drain a significant amount of water on our own at 2am. ( *something you would not want to be doing on vacation*) Long story short, This owner will falsely claim that you have damaged her property so that she can keep your deposit for her property's wear and tear repairs. Be Very Careful.

Dear Evelyn, this happened on one of the property you rented from us, not on both and you wrote the same review on both,not nice....this damage was on unit 1, I did not keep the deposit I kept partial amount 50%, so that’s not true as well.... and you had a leak due the AC, because you froze the unit. The same way you notify that the AC was leaking, how come you never mentioned about the sink?? Because the way it was was also leaking water.... Once again as I mentioned I promise that my business is not keeping people’s deposit.... my business is hosting people, and giving the best service possible Kind regards

Beautiful place to get away

Going to Miami for the 1st time, I wanted to find somewhere my husband and my friends would like that gave us our own space along with still being modern and sleek. This is the place was perfect! Only a few minor problems with the condo, but we were able to still have a good time. Suggested patio furniture on top floor patio, and maybe some laundry detergent in case guest need to do laundry, and of course some more cable channels would be nice or smart tv to login to Netflix or something. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much! Would definitely book again!!!

Beautiful condo with nice decor and luxurious master bath in convenient location.

Would recommend some white noise machines for the bedrooms to minimize street noise at night and an upgrade on the cable television channels
