This Historical Home was built in the early 1900's. Totally renovated, with all the charm of New Orleans. Our New Orleans Creole shotgun home is very spacious with new furniture and all the making of a comfortable home.
The Historical Bywater neighborhood is an artsy area with easy access to the Quarter, Frenchman St, Crescent Park, cafes, restaurants, grocery, park, and bars all within walking distance. 1.4 miles to the French Quarter and 3 blocks to Chartres St. & the Mississippi River.
Welcome, and enjoy our Historic Bywater neighborhood.
We are close enough to the French Quarter to walk (15 -20-minute walk), but still far enough to not have the noise, expensive parking and activity of the French Quarter. If the walk is too much just call Uber For Around $6-10.00 (taxi), or rent a bike.

The Brennah Rose Place has a Living room with hardwood floors, TV, sofa and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished, (but who wants to cook when you're in New Orleans and you have all this good food).
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and hardwood floors.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and hardwood floors.
Primary bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed, also has a full-size bed for guest traveling with small children that would like them to sleep in the same room with them and TV.
Bathroom #1 consists of a toilet and combination tub/shower. Shampoo and Conditioning are not provided. Bathroom #2 consist of a toilet and shower. Shampoo and Conditioning are not provided

The Brennah Rose Place has all you need with a driveway and off street parking always close to the house. Plenty of street and building lights at night for when you return in the wee hours of the morning.

This was an excellent stay. The decor was amazing with a lot of culture in it. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Easy area to park. The Host was amazing. The rooms downstairs do connect with each other along with the living room and kitchen but that was no issue for us. The back patio was super relaxing. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to visit.

Our stay was fantastic thanks to such a thoughtful host! The place was comfortable and in a great location - Bacchanal is a gem just a short walk away, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in easy. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and super helpful, so we always felt taken care of. Would recommend. Great location & comfy digs

Really enjoyed our stay in this bywater beauty. We had our moms with us and the separate sleeping area upstairs made it easy to come in late and also sleep late while the moms enjoyed their morning coffees on the patio. Parking was easy and so were ubers. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We had a great stay in this lovely home. 10Minute drive to all the things we wanted to do. Lots of little shops tucked in the neighborhood too. Had some great New York style pizza around the corner. Cute coffee shop close by as well. And a dollar general close by if you forgot something.

Great NOLA getaway!

The Brennah Rose Place was a great getaway spot in NOLA! We own and manage The Brennah Rose Place and two other rentals. We are on the outskirts of New Orleans known as Bywater Neighborhood is only minutes away from the French Quarter and about 1.4 miles. Our families were fishermen and farmers. We grew up on the bayou In St. Bernard Parish where we learned to live off the land. We also had a Seafood Business where we sold and shipped shrimp, crabs, oysters, and fish, mostly to New Orleans and Baltimore. Our families and us all share the love for our beautiful city "New Orleans".

Wouldn't you love to visit New Orleans and stay in the Bywater Historic Hipster Neighborhood and walk to Bacchanal Wine, The Famous Elizabeths Restaurant, Pizza Delicious, Parleaux Beer Lab Craft Brewery & Taproom, Vaughan’s Bar, Stroll down Crescent Park, the Joint for some of the best Bar BQ, Bywater Bakery, Bywater American Bistro, Fradys , or Frenchmen Street and listen to some Jazz or Blues music and so much more? It's all about the location and this is best kept secret! Purchased this beauty to remodel and retire at. We finally moved into the other side of this double. Location that we could not pass up. Located in the heart of Historic Hipster Bywater within walking distance of the French Quarter & Frenchmen St. (Marigny) Don't like to walk the #5 bus, Uber or taxi will have you to the Quarter in minutes. Plenty of parking spaces by our house. Entrance to the beautiful riverfront Crescent Park is just 3 blocks away. Want to sip some wine & listen to music, Bacchanal is just a few blocks away. Want to sample some praline bacon, The famous Elizabeth's is blocks away. Want to go for a swim, the Country Club has a climate controlled pool & is accessible to anyone for a small fee. Want to sample New Orleans best Pizza, Pizza Delicious is only blocks away. We can’t forget The Joint for some of the best BBQ. Faubourg Wines, our favorite wine store is in the neighborhood & has free wine tastings every Wednesday. Belong to Anytime Fitness, there is one located just around the corner.
