Trackside Home- Walk to Everything (Track, Town, SPAC)

Come and enjoy this historic house in the heart of Saratoga which captures the charm of Saratoga. Being within walking distance of everything allows you to avoid the chaotic parking scene. Watch track goers hunt for their cars from the comfort of the lovely front porch, or relax on the very private deck in the backyard.

The house is about 2600 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a full size bed, one bedroom with a queen and twin size bed and the master suite has a queen size bed. The master bath features a large tile shower and a jetted tub for soothing tired muscles. The family room has plenty of room to gather, as does the dining room with a table that expands to accommodate up to 12. The spacious deck has a table for 8 with plenty of room for others to congregate and outdoor speakers to keep a party going. The spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing meals along with the gas grill on the deck.

Be in town, within walking distance of Broadway’s attractions, while enjoying quietness in the charming environment of this beautiful historic home!

This house is perfect for a large group for a stay in Saratoga. Such an easy walk to the track. And walkable to broadway just a bit further. The host was amazing. Highly recommend this house for your stay.

Lovely home and great location

Perfect house in an ideal location.

This is my second time staying at Tamara's house for Travers Weekend and couldn't be happier with the experience. Tamara is extremely organized and is a pleasure to deal with. If you're going to Saratoga and want to be close to the track/town, you cannot go wrong staying at this house. I've recommended the house to several friends and hope to stay here for the Travers in 2019.

Beautiful older home with modern conveniences within walking distance of town and track.

This turned out to be a perfect home and location for our reunion with family from the west coast. Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood (a lot of relaxing time spent on the front porch!) yet an easy walk to the local market/deli and downtown Saratoga Springs. The kids loved walking to downtown eateries followed by carousel rides in Congress Park topped off by ice cream. Home is very clean and comfortable with lots of natural light. There is plenty of sleeping space as well as family gathering areas. In addition to the front porch there is a large deck for grilling and eating out in the evening in the fenced backyard. The house is well stocked with everything you could need and Tamara was a wonderful host! Thank you for the wine...a welcome surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house, well-prepared owners, in a prime location

We stayed here for the Travers Weekend and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The house is big, clean, and Tamara was very well prepared for our stay. The house is a short walk to the track and a quick cab ride to town. The house couldn't have been better and hope to stay here again.

Greatest visit to Saratoga Springs ever

My friends and I have visited the Saratoga Springs area many times previously. We always have a great time but this time was outstanding thanks to Ryan and Tamara sharing their home with us. You couldn't ask for a more convenient location as it is walking distance to both downtown and the track. When you return home, you have every comfort you could ask for. We grilled out several of the nights we were there and enjoyed the back deck which led into the living area which was perfect. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you might need during your stay. I cannot thank you enough for letting us stay and hope that we can come back many times in the future.

Beautiful quiet home

This home was the perfect place for my family to stay while we visited our sister. It is a very large, well maintained home in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a close by convenience store that makes breakfast and sandwiches. It was an easy walk in to town to shop and visit restaurants. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated and high end appliances made this the perfect place to stay.

Great Stay

We rented this property for a week and it was a great experience. The house was beautiful, well maintained and the owners were very attentive to a few small questions, needs we had throughout the week. We had 4 children and 4 adults staying together and the home provided plenty of room for everyone. The property is on a quiet street, however the location was perfect for trips (walking or driving) downtown, restaurants, track, etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hall of Fame visitors

Both the location and the home were fantastic. We came with children and grandchildren and everyone was pleased. There are many activities in this area. The home is located in a well kept beautiful old neighborhood and the home itself is gorgeous and well maintained. The owner was responsive to every question and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful Home!

My buddy and I came to Saratoga Springs for the races and horse sales and had a wonderful time. The home was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and in a great location (neighborhood was quiet and very well kept). There was plenty of space and the back deck was a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning, or meals in the evening. With the home being so close to the track we were able to walk there and avoid the traffic. Tamara was great to work with and very responsive to emails and to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

Outstanding Rental

We were two couples who enjoyed this lovely home in a quiet and charming area of Saratoga Springs. The house was extremely comfortable with every luxury and convenience you would find in a high end rental. The kitchen, front porch, living room and back deck were our gathering places. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and storage galore! This home is lovingly restored, beautifully decorated and immaculate. Tamara and Ryan were a pleasure to work with. We hope to return!

Beautiful Home

This beautiful home in Saratoga Springs is in a perfect location. You can walk or take a short drive to all the town amenities, restaurants, and entertainment available. The house is updated nicely with a lovely kitchen and hardwood floors (my favorite). It was very clean and ready for me when my partner and I arrived. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to stay comfortably in the area at a home away from home.

CLASSIC SARATOGA SPRINGS VICTORIAN WITH MODERN CONVENIENCES IN GREAT TOWN LOCATION

The house is everything I expected and more. It has the old Victorian charm, a modern kitchen and bathrooms, and a location from which one can walk everywhere, both to the village and the race track. The owners Ryan and Tami are friendly and helpful (Tami is a local horse veterinarian and Ryan is a local dentist). What more can I say - nice house and nice owners.

Wonderful Stay in Saratoga Springs!!

I had a wonderful time at this charming home recently! The owners clearly have a pride and joy for their house and it shows. The location is WONDERFUL! Close to everything and walking distance to downtown. You can't get more perfect charm than in this house - exactly what we expected and wanted for Saratoga Springs. Beautiful Home...Great Location...Awesome Weekend!

My family and friends had a wonderful time in Saratoga Springs the weekend we rented your house. The house was lovely and perfect for our needs. The location of the house made our full weekend easier. The track wasn't open yet but it really is right around the corner. On Saturday, we walked to Spa State Park with everyone to have a picnic and there happened to be an antique car show at the Auto Museum next to Saratoga's Performing Arts Center, SPAC. That night, we drove the short drive up the Northway to Lake George for an amazing dinner boat cruise. On Sunday, we enjoyed a relaxing easy leisurely walk to downtown, Broadway, through Congress Park. We had a BBQ late lunch on the deck and it was so quiet and tranquil. We were sad our weekend was over when we had to go home. All in all, we had a very positive memorable weekend and would recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful Comfortable Home Walkable to All

When we stayed last summer, my husband and I felt totally at home. We walked everywhere. We walked to the track early in the morning to see the horses exercising. We walked to town for delicious homemade ice cream. We would sit on the lovely deck to have cocktails and the dinner that we made in the beautiful kitchen. My only regret is that we had to leave at the end of the week. I would definitely rent this home again.

Lovely, Comfortable Victorian Walking Distance to Track and Town

We stayed last summer and it was a comfortable and lovely home within short walking distance to town and to the track. We never had to use our car while we were there. The kitchen is gourmet and the owners were easy to deal with and very friendly.

We absolutely love the house and the location. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The house is spacious enough for our large family and located within walking distance of everything. Our young kids, 4 and 7 years old, were able to walk it all, to town, to the race track, to the state park and SPAC and DON"T complain that it is far!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

It is nice to relax at night on the adirondack chairs with a beer or glass of wine on our quiet street and look up at the stars after entertaining friends for a BBQ dinner on the deck in the backyard. But, it is also pleasantly relaxing to take a nap on the lounge chairs on the deck in the backyard during the day. It is peacefully and private. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and arborvitae trees.
