Convenient Location

Just of Coors near I40. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and responsive.

GREAT STAY

Stay was great, pool was awesome. Thabks so much for extended our stay last minute. Also thabks for repairing the swamp cooler in superman style repair!!!!

Enjoyed our stay

This was a really good stay for the money. Parts of the home needed some updates (kitchen cabinets and shower). However, Carl was super responsive , checked in with us about our stay and left a small welcome gift much appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay here 😀

Perfect for a family celebration

Everything went smoothly and we helped my mom celebrate her 88th birthday! Carl is quick to respond and very easy to communicate with.

Great Place

It was clean. Had the essentials. The bedrooms were great. The kitchen and living room was a little tight for 6 people. I would stay here again

As for the kitchen and living room, the house is a total of 1450 square feet. I would estimate that approximately 500 of those square feet make up the kitchen and living room. Fantastic Stay

We had a great stay (2 nights) at The Villa. Very comfortable home, much better than a hotel. The property manager was also very responsible and addressed all our issues. He even gave detailed recommendations for making our Balloon Fiesta a great experience. Highly recommended.

Cute and clean

Stayed with my two grown children to attend a family affair. Unit was clean, inviting and well equipped. I was thrilled to find a Starbucks around the corner.

Great location on west side. Great for a family get together

Nice townhouse with large dining room, and separate living room. Has all the items you need for a stay. Soft king sized bed in master, queen in 2nd bedroom, and twin bunk beds in kids room. One full bath on floor with bedrooms, and a half bath on main floor. Worked out nicely for our two family get together. My son loved the ‘Alexa’s in the house

The host was excellent and very responsive. I reached out a couple of times and he was super prompt and helpful. The cleanliness was just ok. The kitchen items were where I was least satisfied. Some of the pans, while present, weren’t really usable due to their condition.

When the planned kitchen redo happens….. this will get a hands down 5 stars! Tastefully decorated with comfy beds, convenient location in a nice complex. This was my third stay and I will definitely book again! Thanks Carl and Isabel!

Very clean, pictures are accurate. Kitchen is little outdated, but rest of home is beautiful.

Great communication with owner. Carl made us feel welcome and at home. Great location, we visited National Parks and Santa Fe. We felt safe. Beds were very comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

Nice property but in need of upkeep/update

Carl was terrific to communicate with however the property needs attention. The layout is great but the carpets were stained and felt dirty. The bathroom needs basic updates as does the kitchen. We had issues with kitchen sink plumbing and the icemaker. Silly things like no recycling bin and no information about the TV channels made the visit annoying when it should not have been. Again, great layout and convenient location but attention to details would really enhance the property.

Thank you for the feedback. I am pleased to share that the home was remodeled in early December 2021 with new hardwood flooring in the upstairs, new plumbing fixtures, and some new furniture in our 3rd bedroom. I will get the Icemaker looked at right away. Our home manual does have instructions on the smart TV, along with the complete instructions on the property. We appreciate you!

Relax While Building a House

Carl was very responsive host. The place is supremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood. We had six meetings with sales and builder of our new home and had a wonderful other to return to and just chill.

Perfect for jumping around the area

We came to celebrate my wife's birthday and visit a friend who works in Jemez Springs. We were close to the grocery store,, old town, and the Petroglyphs. Easy access to the highways and Santa Fe. Rooms were comfortable and tons of towels, blankets and bedding!

3 day weekend stay

The property was clean but pictures were deceiving. The property is not as nice as the pictures showed. Also, it was extremely hot upstairs. There are fans in each room but that is not sufficient.

Perfect house for our stay.

From beginning to end, this was the perfect house for our vacation. It was clean, and everything was as listed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot. Plenty of linens, and the beds were super comfy. We stayed for a little over a week, and it felt like home. Will certainly stay again on our next trip.

Work Trip

Beautiful house and nice neighborhood. We stayed there for a month, when ever we had a question, Carl is just a text or a phone call away. We would definitely stay on one of his properties again, (of course if he takes us back in). Over all, it was a great and comfortable stay!

Villa de Paz Townhouse

We enjoyed our stay in this quite, friendly neighborhood that is close to shopping and easy access to freeway. The townhouse is nicely furnished and comfortable with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The property manager was attentive to our needs. Thanks Carl and Judith. We enjoyed this home away from home.
