With an exclusive location on Fort Lauderdale Beach and the latest in design and architecture you will feel comfortable in this very private and exclusive residence. Private elevator to your residence that is the entire full floor of the building! This residence has fabulous private Beach Club amenities at our neighboring property, The Marriott Harbor Beach.. including private beach, gym/fitness center for adults, pools, hot tubs, world class spa for adults, cabinettes, beach butler service, great beachfront dining, tennis, lounge chairs, towels and so much more. There is a 20% discount on all food and beverages at our beach club.

As you enter the residence from the private elevator and go into the rotunda foyer you can see the large Grand Salon with two leather sitting areas and a 55 inch HD flatscreen television. There is a formal dining room with all the trimmings and a state of the art eat in kitchen with a dinette area, an island, and a breakfast bar. The appliances are all stainless steel built ins... a 42 in refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door, double ovens, quiet wash dishwasher and smoothtop range. A nice family room is located off the kitchen with a 46 inch HD flatscreen TV. Beautiful tropical and ocean views can be seen from the large furnished terrace.
The master bedroom is huge, nicely furnished, with a king bed, a sitting area, a large walk in closet with top of the line cabinets, shelves and mirrors, and a 55 inch HD flatscreen. The master bathroom is amazing with a beautiful and unique tub, a large double headed shower, his and her sinks, a vanity area with magnifying mirror, and a private tiolet room with a special feature tiolet.
The two queen bedrooms are ensuite with the finest contemporary design. There is a large shower in one and a shower/tub in the other and nicely outfitted closets with fine cabinetry.
A powder room, a full laundry room, a private and secure garage, state of the art security throughout the building, beautiful lighting fixtures, private elevator, and the latest in hurricane protection are all included for your enjoyment and convenience.

Perfect location!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views offering every amenity imaginable. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the resort with beach service, great pool and recreational activities and numerous restaurant choices, including Starbucks! Dolly was wonderful and readily available with any questions we had as well as to offer great restaurant advice. Private garage and elevator were wonderful as well. Highly recommended!

More than we expected

Our family has been coming down to this location for years. Since my children were small. Weā€™ve usually stayed at the harbor, Beach Marriott, which is right next-door. Dolly completely went above my expectations on this property. We will be back.

AMAZING!!!!!

The unit is as pictured and was absolutely amazing!!!! Dolly was a dream hostess! Anything we needed, Dolly was a phone call away! The private beach and pool was amazing as well!!! Barbara was wonderful in helping me get everything booked and her communication was great!! This was truly the best of both worlds! I look forward to renting this unit again!!!

This is a fantastic luxury rental to enjoy with family or friends. The condo is gorgeous and super clean, just as in the photos, and the owner managers are extremely nice and helpful. They provide full access at no additional charge to all beach, pool, sport and spa facilities at the adjacent Marriott Harbor Beach Resort. The hosts also keep a big collection of sand toys, noodles and inflatable water rings available for guests to use. Our three generation family stay included kids ages 3 and 5, and we all had a wonderful time!

Amazing Stay in Ft. Lauderdale

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful location. The accommodations are amazing and I cannot thank enough the thoughtfulness of Dolly and the great communication provided throughout our stay. We arrived very late and Dolly was able to assist us in a very very late check in. The rooms are amazing as is the entire floor plan and wrap around balcony. The location is probably the best in Ft. Lauderdale as you are away from the busier parts yet its only a short walk away to see all the sights and sounds of the boardwalk. Being able to get access to the beach resort and getting all the amenities made us feel like VIP's and we enjoyed the beach, pool and everything else on a daily basis. We cannot say enough how great our stay was and will definitely return.

Overrated

Property was surrounded by alleyway, trash pickups, and back of hotels and properties. There was a slight view of the water, but not Waterfront. The Property was very contemporary and not comfortable. Furniture was dirty. There was access to the Marriott beachfront but 2020 hindsight probably just shouldā€™ve stayed at the Marriott. There was also a lot of activity with trucks backing up for deliveries and trash pick ups, which caused us to wake up very early in the morning.

Fantastic Vacation

We stayed for six nights in the 5th floor unit (top floor) and everything was great. As described with no negative surprises. Dolly made the experience ideal. She made sure the check-in process was timely and ran us through all the details of the unit and amenities when we arrived. The unit itself is fantastic. Tons of space for our family of 5 to spread out and feel at home. You are steps away from public beach access but the amenities you get through the adjacent Marriott resort are huge. Great private beach with chairs and umbrellas included each day. Plus 20% discount on anything you purchase on the Marriott property, including food and drinks. If weā€™re back in the Ft Lauderdale area in the future, weā€™ll be staying here again.

Best of both worlds!!!

This place is amazing! I have always preferred hotels to VRBOs due to the amenities, but due to our changing family situation with a couple of young kids, hotels are just not practical for us. That being said, this place was just incredible and I would put in on par with stays at Ritz-Carlton or hotels of that caliber. Check in process was very smooth. Dolly took care of everything. Parking was in a private garage under the building. We had a problem with the elevator but she made sure everything was taken care of ASAP. The property itself is quite breathtaking. Huge open spaces. Views of the ocean. Extremely clean. Large balcony. Very modern. Very comfortable beds. It has everything else we needed like the full kitchen, laundry, etc. I think the best part is the access to the Marriott Beach Club. You have full access to the huge pool (great for kids), beach chairs/towels, gym, and a discount at the on-site restaurants. I am always a little weary of places that aren't immediately beach front because they can vary in how far they are from the beach and how easy that access is. With this place, if you walk out the front door, you would be at the public beach in maybe 60 seconds. It is extremely close. We used the Marriott beach for the chairs, drinks, etc and its about a 3-5 minute walk on a sidewalk to get into the resort. Then you walk through the hotel and past the pool to get to the beach. Overall, this place was perfect for our family. 5/5.

Great Place

When I booked this place I thought it was too good to be true, but the pics donā€™t lie. The condo was awesome and access the Marriott next door is a great added touch. Dolly was great to work with and helped with any questions. I would definitely recommend the rental of this property.
