Enjoy spectacular views of Long Sands Beach and Nubble Light from this ocean front rental. This unit has a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a new ceramic tiled bathroom. Short walk to Mimmo's and several other restaurants on the beach road. Easy walk or trolley ride to York Village. Enjoy morning coffee from the front deck watching the surf roll in.
This house can comfortably accommodate up to four adults and two children. The unit will not be rented to larger parties. This is a smoke free house and property.

Great location & host!

Mike & Mary are wonderful hosts. Everything was as advertised and promised. Great location with views of the entire length of Long Sands Beach. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a convenient place to relax right next to the Atlantic Ocean.

Best view on the beach!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The home was in perfect condition and everything was provided we could ever need, including beach towels. The views were amazing. It was so nice to sit in the sunny kitchen watching the ocean waves or on the deck with a cup of coffee. The hosts were so wonderful. Mike and Mary were kind enough to let my daughter use one of their boogie boards and it turned out to be her favorite part of the entire trip. We would not hesitate to rent this property again. Thank you for making our stay in York Beach so special.

Perfect getaway

This was the best location to listen to the waves and smell the ocean while relaxing. It had all the amenities you could need, plus comfy beds and a great shower. Mike was available if we needed anything as well. It's a climb to the top floor, so pack efficiently! Otherwise, a perfect place to enjoy our perfrct place! p effc

5 days vacation in september

Great place for 2 couples or a family. Everything is just there in the living room and in the kitchen. There is even a BBQ. Most of all is the view to the beach. You can spend the day at the beach and have lunch at home and go back on the beach! The 123 restaurant is good place a few blocks away to grab a good fish 'n chips. If you can imagine yourself falling asleep to the sound of waves; sipping your morning coffee as the sun comes up over the beach stretching out before you; or kicking back on your private balcony with an afternoon refreshment - this place is for you! I came across this rental when I was looking for a last minute stay-cation with a friend, a former seacoast resident herself. We had a great time - and then I extended my stay because I just couldn't leave. As someone who has lived on the seacoast for about 15 years, I feel like I can speak with some authority when I say this: Book Now! You won't be disappointed.

Location, Location, Location!

Mike & Mary's rental was just perfect for a week's stay... Exactly as advertised; clean; well maintained -- and the location could not have been better. As a bonus, the weather was gorgeous all week. Mom and I could not have been more pleased with our choice of lodging.

Weā€™ve been coming to York for 18 years and the BallyHeaphy was the best place we have ever stayed! Mike was extremely welcoming, our space was immaculate, bright and warming! Home away from home

Our family loved the location. The views were amazing. The property was very clean and very state-of-the-art appliances. Got lots of exercise walking up and down the steps. Would stay again. Owners are great and very understanding.

Crushed Expectations

The properties location was amazing, property manager was amazing and the house it self was very comfortable, clean and accessible. The beach was right across the street (great fishing in the morning). Downton York (zoo) was a 10 minute walk. We had a blast! I would absolutely book this place again if the owner allowed us too.

Highly recommend!!

Beautiful views, clean, relaxing and the beach is right there. If youā€™ve had enough sun, you still feel like youā€™re on the beach sitting inside with the sliders open. Owners are very nice and surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary. I could stay here all summer and fall if I could.

Perfect spot!

Our family had a wonderful time. Rental was bright, clean and comfortable. Right across the street from the beach made it easy with a 6 y.o. and all her beach toys. 2 car parking was perfect for having a visitor for a day at the beach. Mike and Mary were extremely hospitable and easily accessible. We would stay here again.

What a spot!

big comfortable beds with a.c., 2 great reclining couches, 3 front sliders with a great view that leads to the deck. 2 great restaurants within walking distance. Watch the fireworks from the deck or the beach. Mike and mary were more than hospitable. Going back next summer.

Wonderful Rental

We stayed at this property the week of Memorial Day and we truly enjoyed it. Four adults stayed at this rental comfortably. My favorite part about the rental was the balcony over looking the ocean. The home was clean and well maintained. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great stay at Ballyheaphy!

Thank you Mike and Mary for a great beach front vacation! Our top floor apartment was clean and roomy with great views of Long Sands Beach. It was so nice to be able to walk across the street and be at the beach without worrying about parking! We would definitely recommend Ballyheaphy to others!

A perfect York Beach experience!
