Conveniently located in Fall Creek Resort, 2.2 miles from the Branson 'Strip' (Highway 76) and minutes from Table Rock Lake and Dam. 13 minutes to Silver Dollar City, and close to all other major Branson attractions, shows, restaurants, shops, historic downtown Branson, Branson Landing, Shepherd of the Hills, White Water theme park and more. On site Marina, fishing dock, boat rentals and daily fishing guides, beautiful grounds and peaceful area. Two beautiful lakes to enjoy and world-class golf courses nearby. Sorry, no boat parking on property. *Table Rock State Park Marina nearby.

Living room equipped with a pull out, queen-size sleeper sofa, DVD player, flat-screen TV, Roku system w/ channels or log in with your favorite streaming subscription, some videos available. *Full bathroom upstairs and downstairs with bathtub/shower combination downstairs. *Kitchen features stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils and a stackable washer/dryer. *Upstairs bedroom features a double trundle bed also known as a twin bunk. *Upstairs bathroom has sink, toilet and shower. *Towels and linens provided. *Please bring personal products, beach towels, etc. *Outdoor deck with table & chairs. *Parking in front of the building (parking pass required during stay) condo located in front of steps upstairs.

Plenty of grassy areas with room for playing catch, football, frisbee, or just a place for kids to play. Outdoor grill in courtyard. * Please note - our condo is NON-SMOKING. Please enjoy and take care of it like your own. Please note - we do not have access to timeshare resort pool, gym, etc., now limited to timeshare guests only. Moonshine Beach swimming, 1 mile away, White Water Park very close on the strip. Lake access to swimming at Table Rock Lake - Dewey short visitors center near the dam. Swimming during summer months. *The kids playground and all outdoor grounds are accessible, as well as the onsite marina and boat rentals, fishing guides, etc. And of course, there's a million fun things to do here in Branson. Two beautiful lakes close by, walk to one, and 1 mile to the other. Fun, Fun, Fun right here in the beautiful Ozarks!
