Charming Villa With Air conditioning, Private Jacuzzi, Near The Beach.

Please be aware that this is a false review, this person has never stayed or even been to our villa. This person has described the property as an Apartment. It is clearly visible from our advert, that our property is a Villa not an apartment. As owners, we take great pride in providing an attractive holiday home and client satisfaction is key to how we operate, which can be evidenced by our many glowing reviews from genuine guests.

I am sorry, however this review is completely untrue and very unfair for potential guests who would like to book this property. We are a premier hosts, we take any complaint very seriously, we are contactable 24 hours a day and we respond immediately. To say otherwise, is completely false/untrue. We would not be listed as premier hosts otherwise. Thanks

The Villa is self check in. All information is provided in the villa, there was no request for further information. We use a very good, well respected cleaning company to prepare the villa. It was extremely clean when you arrived. The water in the Jacuzzi is fresh for every client. All of the furniture, including the bed, is very good quality. I do not understand, why you felt it necessary to write these untrue comments. Please look at the two 5 star reviews from the two guests, that stayed the weeks before you arrived. I have copied one the genuine reviews below. This property was a very pleasant surprise! The photos do not do it justice, it’s a lovely setting, with a beautiful garden. The jacuzzi, the barbecue and the table outside are perfect for these hot summer days and nights. We had all our meals outside! The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. The house is big enough for 4 adults, as it has a double bed in the bedroom and two sofa-beds in the living room. The location is a in a quiet location but with everything walking distance, restaurants, shops, supermarket, beach, pharmacy, ATM, etc. Mark replied promptly to our queries and was always available, everything went smoothly and we had the best time! Thanks, Mark, we will be back!

Thank you for your comments. However, we would like to point out to you, that neither the chairs, the sun loungers or the door shutters were broken before you arrived. Just the opposite. They were all new and obviously broken by yourselves! All of the towels that were provided, were also new and of good quality. As you know, we use a highly rated local company to supply the towels and linen who were in contact with you weekly and not once did you mention any problems to them or to ourselves. The bed and the mattress is also new and of very good quality. We noticed when you arrived, that your companion was almost 2 meters tall and very, very heavy. I guess this is why you felt the mattress uncomfortable. Any mattress would be insufficent! If you had explained to us beforehand that you were bringing Chewbacca to stay with you, we would have advised, that we have and advertise a standard double bed in the villa! This reason also explains why you carelessly broke the sun loungers and chairs which we have had to replace at our expense. The kitchen is very well equipped for a holiday rental, we cannot understand these comments. While you were here, you did not mention any problems to us at all, other than a slight problem with the hot tub. We had an a professional there and all repaired within the hour. Any other genuine problems reported to us, you knew would have been dealt with using the same promptness and professionalism. The fire wood was not "found" as you write! You are fully aware that it was paid for and supplied to you, free of charge as a gesture of good will, as you had a minor inconvenience with the hot tub. We guess this was not appreciated! As with all internet trolls, sadly, we guess that upon returning home, you thought it would be a good bit of sport to write this slanderous review and we really don’t know how you rest easy. This review is a sad reflection of who you are and not of a lovely, sweet, rustic villa that has provided so many happy holidays. 

This property is a typical charming Portuguese style villa as we advertise, it is not modern and modernisation would detract from its charm.  The bed and the mattress are new and of very good quality.   A car is not necessary and there are so many restaurants within easy walking distance, five of which are less than 100 meters away!  A quick search on google maps will reveal how close this property is to all amenities, restaurants and the beach. Untruthful reviews are misleading for future guests.
