The home faces south and has a great view of the mountains to the east from the front patio and living room. Being centrally located, the property has convenient access to shopping, many churches and the community library. Larger than a 'Villa" or "Casita, the unit has an open plan decorated with bright neutral colors. The master bedroom has an adjacent 3/4 bathroom and the room can be set up as either a king or two twins while the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. There are also two pullout sofas in the living room for additional sleeping. There are several GVR facilities nearby that are available at an additional cost. The facility in Casa Paloma II is only two blocks away and has a full size pool, a hot tub and shuffleboard courts. The Paloma II offers water aerobics several days during the week. The East Social Center is a larger facility and is about a mile away and has a salt water pool and hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a workout room. The East Social Center host bingo games once a week. The townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen and has a 55" flat screen TV with expanded cable, internet and a DVD player. A full size washer and dryer are located next to the kitchen and across from a large pantry.
