Updated and furnished ground floor corner unit with private entrance and outside patio located on popular Upham Beach. No need for a car as the condo is situated west of Gulf Boulevard approximately 200 steps from the white sugary sands of the Gulf of Mexico!

Soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquil turquoise waters using the provided beach chairs and towels. Feeling hungry? No need to run back to the condo when you can eat at Paradise Grill located beachside for a variety of breakfast/lunch items along with ice cold drinks including beer. After a day in the sun, why not jump into the refreshing pool for a quick dip .Inside, enjoy over 200 cable and music channels in HD on a 51 inch flat screen in living room and 24 inch flat screen in bedroom. Secure WIFI access available and unlimited local/long distance calling to US/Canada/Puerto Rico included. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of one's needs.

Nightlife anyone? There are several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. The Toasted Monkey, Buoy's Oyster Shucker's Craft & Draft and Woody's are just a few serving up fresh local seafood and live entertainment. Try downtown historic Corey Avenue or artsy Gulfport for more delicious dining selections. It's only a short jaunt away by car or Suncoast trolley which runs daily between St. Pete and Clearwater beaches. Downtown St. Petersburg along Central Avenue provides more entertainment/dining options, a mere 15 minutes away. Orlando theme parks are 1.5 hours away. Tampa International Airport is conveniently located 30 minutes from Gulf Winds. So much to see and do the list is endless! As you return to the condo for the evening, take a stroll down to the beach to catch an amazing sunset and then retire peacefully on the inviting pillow top mattress to dream about your next days adventures!

Beautiful, well kept one bedroom in a wonderful destination.

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo this week and will recommend this unit highly to others visiting the area. Cannot say enough about the location and convenience to beach, dining, etc.

Amazing honeymoon

Kristi was beyond accommodating for us as we traveled to st Pete for our honeymoon! The condo was the perfect size for the two of us & had a kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Quiet area with a two minute walk to the beach- it was fantastic! The sunsets were the most beautiful I have ever seen. We will stay here again if we come back to st Pete’s

Great location

Very close to the beach and there were 3 beach chairs for use. The air conditioner was very good. Master bed was very comfy but the sleeper sofa was horrible. My 13 year old never complains but he did this time. Sleeping on the regular couch wasn’t much better. It’s dated but we didn’t go for the condo! We came for the beach and it’s very close. Overall, it was a very nice place!

Description fails to mention the nightclub opening next door and the nightclub patrons outside the unit--not exactly expected in a "quiet residential neighborhood". Also eXpected to find a hair dryer as a basic small appliance and a starter supply of coffee since we arrived late. The wifi password and pool gate code provided were not accurate.

Much much less than expected

Photograph's very inaccurate. The unit's quality is poor, very outdated, and in much need of a total rehab. All the furniture is old second hand and not in good repair. The sofa was the worst, using plywood to support the seating (very hard). I would never recommend this property.

Door to condo close to rd. 25 ft and your in. Everything works fine. One block, 2 minute walk to Upham Beach. Great memories.

Clean, cute, quiet, close to the beach

So impressed! It was our first time with VRBO, and Kristi was wonderful! The VRBO app updated right before we were coming down and we couldn't find our check-in info anywhere on the app. We messaged Kristi and she got back to us right away with all the information we needed and checked back to make sure we had gotten in ok. The condo was super cute, very comfortable for my husband and I. There was a little bit of construction going on with the roads, but it was still pretty quiet since they did most the work while we were out. The beach was barely a block away, with a nice little food hut to grab a snack or drink. The pool was never too crowded and Kristi had some beach/pool supplies in the closet that made things even easier. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Great location on St Pete Beach!

We stayed at the Gulf Winds resort in St Pete Beach. The complex's location is fantastic! You are right across the street from Upham Beach and within two blocks of great little bars and restaurants. The owner of this property was very helpful to us - answered all questions promptly. We had requested two beach chairs, and she said that there were two chairs in the condo. When we arrived, one of the chairs was broken. We contacted her, asking if we would buy a new chair, would she reimburse us. She said yes, no problem! So we bought another chair, and within a day, we were reimbursed in our bank account for the cost. The condo itself is decorated very cute with all beach-themed accents and furniture. Condo was clean, cable tv service was great, fast & secure wifi service within the condo, plenty of sheets and towels. We would not have a problem renting this unit again if we were to stay in St Pete Beach!

Love St. Pete Beach & Gulf Winds

Just returned from a 2-week stay in Gulf Winds. The check-in procedures were spot on...no problems. The condo location was perfect...loved being right across the street from the beach and the pool was very nice. The condo was furnished nicely, with all the necessities for cooking in if desired. We were very comfortable during our stay. Kristi is very accesssible for any questions or concerns regarding the condo. We enjoyed our stay very much , however, the weather could have been better. January in Florida is unpredictable!!!! Would definitely make a return visit to this condo.

So close to the beach....

This is a great property, perfect for a couple with small fully stocked kitchen and steps from the beach, free parking, free wifi. Close (easy walking distance) to many good restaurants. And the beach....did I mention how close to the beach? Beautiful. Also recommend Fort Desoto park a short drive away, more beach.

Great location and easy parking

The unit was clean when we arrived. Easy parking. We even got to check in early. The location of the condo is just around the corner from Upham Beach. We couldn't see the ocean from the condo, but not a huge deal to us. If you are traveling with anyone that has a bad back or is older, don't plan on them sleeping on the pull out sleeper sofa bed. I tried it for Ken second and couldn't do it. I am sure the bed is fine for teenagers or younger. The pool was close by as well, right across from the beach. It seems like a very slow, easy going area. I am glad we got this condo and not a hotel. The restaurants in the area were not that impressive, but there were a ton to choose from. If you like bar food and deep fried meals, this town is for you. Lol. We rented a car and drive about 7 minutes to John's Pass boardwalk. Lots of shops and restaurants there. Overall th property was perfect.

Very clean, relaxing and cozy condo!

My husband and I needed some R&R to say the least after a rough fall and winter. Immediately after Christmas, I began searching for the perfect place for us to spend two weeks and found Krist's cozy condo. I immediately booked our flights and then the condo. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the beach. Everything is within walking distance thus we didn't need a car! it was perfect! We even took the CAT to downtown St. Pete's which was awesome and we even caught a baseball game with the Toronto Blue Jays and Tampa Bay Rays playing! That was awesome and bonus! Only one suggestion I make is that it could use a little more pots and pans along with a couple frying pans. This isn't a complaint by any means, just a suggestion as it was a little difficult to cook as I would when home. I didn't cook much all the same, but was in need of another frying pan and pot when I did. Thanks again Kristi, and as I have already mentioned, we will be back!! probably as early as August or October! Thanks for everything! P.S. Kristi was on top of everything to make sure our stay was enjoyable. She replies to emails very quickly as well! thanks again Kristi!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!! We love the pristine white sugary sands and the warm turquoise waters of St. Pete Beach combined with the array of so many things to see and do! St. Pete Beach and it's surrounding areas have several types of activities for all age groups and interests.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Love the proximity to the beach! Can literally walk 200 steps and we are on the sand. There's also a snack bar located directly on the beach to grab a bite to eat and a ice cold soda or brew. The condo is located west of Gulf Blvd so no busy streets to cross. There are many local bars and restaurants within walking distance. Historic Corey Ave is 5 blocks away and don't forget to check out downtown St. Petersburg on Central Ave with it's many unique dining and drinking establishments located on beautiful Tampa Bay. Gulfport is a funky little artsy town with it's unique dining and shops that's worth a trip to as well.
