Two-Story Private Home at Kamilo - Grill Deck, Pool & Sunset Views!

Beautiful private home with a heated pool, spa and 2,400 square ft. of interior living space in a prime resort location. This 2-story dream home overlooks the famous Mauna Lani golf fairways and features vaulted ceilings, exotic hardwood floors, emerald granite counter tops and Tommy Bahama furnishings. The upstairs boasts a large living room and kitchen area, wall-length glass sliding doors and a spacious outdoor lanai with a built-in gas BBQ - perfect for peaceful sunset dinners. A guest bedroom with a queen bed is also located upstairs, along with a newly renovated bathroom with a large shower.

The downstairs features a large primary bedroom just off the pool deck that has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub as well as a shower. The third bedroom has a queen and a full bed, and is near a bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. An entertainment center and office space completes the downstairs of the home. The pool deck and backyard lawn offer plenty of space for the family to relax and enjoy the tranquil tropical setting of the luxurious Kamilo community. A world-class amenity center that offers a family pool, lap pool, upgraded gym and BBQ pavilion is only a short walk away.

Great stay

Family Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful home in a quiet setting and a good location that provided a home base for us to explore the Big Island. We had no issues with the property during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

July 4th in Hawaii

The home was very clean and well appointed. The only negative for us was the property next door was having some outdoor work done which was very disruptive to our enjoyment of the pool area (the main reason we rented the home).The saw dust made it uncomfortable and unhealthy to remain outside for the day. The activity was the last day and a half of our stay, very disappointing.

Beyond all expectations!

We have been frequent visitors to West Hawaii for nearly 6 decades. Over that span we have often stayed at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, the Sheraton Waikoloa and nearly every other spot between Hawi and Ho'onaunau. Without hesitation I am pleased to share with others that our first stay at the perfectly secure KaMilo #215 at Mauna Lani was by far our most delightful and enjoyable visit ever. Nestled snug-up against the manicured professionally maintained golf course and facing west, under sun or moon we enjoyed 24 hour-a-day scenic views, gentle on-shore breezes, mesmerizing sunsets and moonlight swims in our own private pool which altogether immersed us in all the opulence of old Hawaii. Gorgeous and immaculate landscaping adds a sense of refined grandeur and the privacy achieved from our nearby friendly neighbors was complete. We could have been on a private island in a tropical lagoon in Bora-Bora and enjoyed no more privacy than we did here. This incredible unit is comfortably air-conditioned, artfully appointed and beautifully crafted of fine hardwoods and the high, open ceiling plan ensures and airy openness and level of easy comfort indoors. The amenities at the private white sands beach club, snorkling and viewing of abundant and diverse tropical reef fish, the availability of numerous nearby fine dining spots and copious upscale shopping opportunities only add to the enjoyment and, if it's just a quiet meal at home that you desire, the fully appointed chef's kitchen will make your private romantic night at home a special pleasure. We are so thankful to the owners for making this delightful and memorable vacation available to us and we also wish to thank the management team at South Kohala for handling the all administrative necessities in an efficient and friendly manner. Love to Travel

What a perfect vacation! From the moment we checked in with the staff at South Kohala Management to the moment we walked through the front door of the amazing Ka Milo home. Not only was the home beautiful, but it was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and spa everyday after a round of golf at the beautifully manicured Mauna Lani golf course. Cocktails and dinner were enjoyed on the covered deck overlooking the golf course while watching the phenomenal sunsets. We woke up to peaceful cool mornings, a cup of coffee and the birds chatting in the trees. Ka Milo at Mauna Lani is the best place on island! Not to mention what a great staff the South Kohala Management Team has. They retrieved an item left behind and mailed it to us. Thank you Codey!

Golf fanatics

We love Mauna Lani and have been visitors for years staying in hotels or condos, but this was the best by far. The home is luxurious, spacious, well appointed and has everything you need. The golf course view from the living area is a real treat, day or night. On the 4th of July we watched the fireworks from the deck while preparing fresh fish on the BBQ. The private pool/spa is a wonderful way to end the day and there is a a huge common area with an excersize room, two pools (a lap pool and a recreation pool) and a common party area for gatherings. We discovered a small putting green made of astro turf on property as well. There is no better way to relax and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii. We will be back!
