This property is across from Kamaole III Beach written up in Sunset Magazine. Just to the left is lovely Kaewakapu beach. We have a romantic site of several islands from both beaches from Maui Kamaole's knoll.
Stretch out in this rare unit- wider then most ,which is all ground floor, and no stairs. Enjoy cocktails from Maui Kamaole's knoll while dinning on our extra large tropical lanai . Listen to the bird songs while you view through the tropical gardens towards the ocean ..

LOCATION --We are two minutes to the exotic waterfall pool, tennis courts ,lovely walk to Kamaole III beach , the boat harbor , and Keawakapu beach. Kamaloe III beach which is just in front of Maui Kamaole is a family park with barbeques ,swings and restrooms and a sheltered beach below. You can also walk to casual or elegant dining and shopping. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this location up on the knoll (no street noise or view of Kihei Rd.). Close to two swimming pools - one with a tropical waterfall, tennis courts.
Home Amenities: All ground floor, extra wide unit ,newest building and designed with wide hallways, and huge kitchen . Large master bedroom suite with private tropical lani, two double closets, huge red bathroom with 2 basins and large counters. Bright and cheerful smaller den guest room with queen bed and adjacent bath with walk in shower with shower heads for adults and children. Separate state of the art quiet air-conditioners for each bedroom and living room. Free convenient parking , free new high speed wire less internet, full equipped unit (like home) including with washer and dryer. We have all of the beach equipment and beach toys ,even life jackets for little ones and cooler.
We all love to have cocktails and dinner on the large lanai enjoying the view of our tropical flower garden downhill towards the Maui sunsets while listening to the birds.

My family rented this condo so that we could accommodate my elderly parents and not have to use stairs. This is a spacious unit that is close to everything. We could walk to be the beach, a short ride to the mall, and close to all the delicious food trucks. The accommodations were very nice and we all very much enjoyed our stay.

We just returned from 8 nights and this was our experience. We were in contact with Dorothy the entire time and she was nice and apologized. At one point she offered to buy my family ice-cream as compensation. However, this was our week at this rental:- COCKROACHES - We had one day of rain mid-week which Dorothy mentioned contributes, but we found these throughout the house all week. - Arrived to a washing machine filled with hair and muck that I had to clean before use- Arrived to a coffee pot with old coffee and grounds dried to bottom. Also a pot used later in the week still had someone's spaghetti dinner burnt to bottom. Dorothy provided feedback to the cleaner so hopefully this won't happen to the next guest.- General outdated feelWould highly recommend the complex. The pools were great and it's very centrally located.

Dorothy’s unit was perfect for our family of 4. Great communication with owner & check in. Close to pool. Close to shops & beach. Very clean unit. We liked the proximity to our designated parking spot as well. We definitely would stay here again!

She was very quick to respond to any questions I had! The unit was very inviting and felt like home every time I returned to it. The location is wonderful, the beds were very comfortable, and the garden view was beautiful! I would stay here again without question!!

We loved staying at this property and look forward to returning! The condo itself is fully kitted out with everything you need for the beach (e.g., beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler) and for the kitchen (including oils/spices). Very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 4, lovely private lanai, and parking right outside our door. Excellent communication from the owner and clear instructions for getting to and entering the condo and property amenities. Pretty landscaping and two pools plus hot tubs on property. Location is excellent- just across the street from Kamaole beaches, short drive to Wailea, and only 25 minutes to the airport. We travelled to all parts of the island from this home base and everything is close by. Thanks for everything Dorothy!

Wonderful, spacious condo

We had a great time at this property. Great location close to everything. Pools were nice, we specifically liked the one with the waterfall! Private ground level lanai was beautiful. Kitchen had all the amenities. The beach supplies were great! Communication was great from Dorothy. The only con I have is the guest bedroom doesnt have a real door and you can hear everything going on in the common area and it is lit up easily by outside light. So it did keep my daughter up when our other guests were in the kitchen/living room. You also have to use the hall closet to hang up clothes, as the guest room has no closet. I would definitely return to this property in the future!

A nice trip w/ our baby

The property was as advertised and the communication with Dorothy was solid. We had a hiccup with the door code on night one, but Dorothy answered very quickly to fix it. We were traveling with our 8-month-old son and we chose this property to make accommodating him as painless as possible. We were very pleased that a diaper changing pad and travel crib were included. There were plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows which was also great. The washer and dryer were a must and we were very thankful for those as well.The waterfall pool was peaceful and close so taking our son down to the pool to splash around was great. The lanai was nice and well shaded during the hot days. The location is fantastic if you are planning to dive Molokini Crater like we were. You can just walk down to the boat launch across the street and hop on the boat each morning. That was probably my favorite thing about the property.

Fun relaxing week in paradise

Great complex

Maui Kamaole is a beautiful complex. The complex is meticulously maintained & is beautifully landscaped. The unit is large, very close to the pool with waterfall, private & quiet. The unit itself needs some work. The furniture is fine however the unit requires re-painting & a deep clean. The walls are stained & marked. Our first day the internet stopped worked so I tried to reset the modem myself. All of the electronic equipment was covered in dust & grime. The manager came in & got the internet working by late afternoon We used the washing machine on our 4th day & discovered a big leak that flowed into the hallway floor. We stopped using the machine and spoke to the manager. They came, pulled the machine out & and behind it was garbage & things that had fallen down behind & very dirty. Unfortunately the machine could not be repaired before we checked out as a part had to be ordered from off island which we understand. The communication about the repairs & machine were not good. The machine could not be pushed back in the cupboard so for the rest of our stay it was partly in the hallway & the cupboard doors could not be closed. The patio light had burned out but the owner asked if I could change it which required me to stand on a rattan bar stool to reach. In hindsight, this was not a safe thing for me to do. The owner mentioned that each call to the manager was expensive. The 2nd bedroom (windowless) has a broken table lamp switch & does not work.

Lovely maui

The property was nice. Dorothy usually got back to us quickly. I would say it would be a five star review except for confusing directions to get to the place. If you follow your gps and then once in development follow signage you’ll get there with no trouble. Location was perfect. Lots of amenities. All in all very nice

Great condo, would book again

The condo was perfect, we had everything we needed. There were a few hiccups, nothing major and the property manager was on it instantly to have it resolved. I appreciated the quick response so we could continue with our holiday. The beach is a REALLY short distance from the condo. Less than a 15 minute walk, so you don't have to fight with parking. I would definitely book there again!

Excellent place and location!

I loved this unit not only for the decor but the beds were comfy, place was spacious, and had beach stuff including a boogy board. Pools were beautiful to relax at. In evening we would walk or take short drive to close beaches to watch sunset! AC units in main room and both bedrooms kept us cool. Definitely would stay here again!

We visited the property in a group of 6 with 3 young children. The property is dated but clean and fully furnished and adequately equipped (Asians, byo chopsticks if need :). AC was strong and beds were comfortable. We only used TV for streaming Netflix’s from our devices - worked well. There is a nice little patio with lots of chickens visiting us everyday. They will become abundance and aggressive if you feed them. The location is at the farther end of the community from the beach. It would be an uphill/downhill walk to the beach. The walk is not a big deal for able adults, but can be a problem for young children and elders. But we always took the rental suv everywhere we go, including down to the local beach. There are plenty of parking everywhere in Kihei — so no issue. There are two nice pools in the community, with one fairly close by the unit. The property comes with beach chairs, umbrella, bunch of other things, and boogy boards. These accessories were very useful to us. There are plenty of Weber bbq grills throughout the community— all clean and worked perfectly. Tip: There is a mango tree by one of nearby bbq grill. With the high wind in the afternoon everyday, ripe mangos dropped off the tree. We gather them every morning for fresh, tasty mangos. We never had such delicious mango ever! And we’ve been all over the world trying mangos everywhere :) Finally, the host is a lovely woman. She was incredibly helpful with our many questions.

Awesome in paradise

We loved this cozy place! Super quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed. Everything we needed was here, except laundry soap. Other than that, we loved it.

. I loved the property and the potential of these new units the minute I saw them. I was born in Hawaii, and this vacation home feels like home to my soul. My family were early settlers in Maui. My grandfather was the overseer of the Lahaina sugar plantation. We all have a great love of this beautiful island. I chose a place like the gorgeous Maui I remembered.
It is one of the most beautiful lush tropical properties on the island with a small boat harbor for trips to snorkrle and canoe just across the street. . The beach to the right, Kamamaole III is perfect for families . It is a long and wide sheltered white sand beach. It has park with picnic tables, shade trees, bathrooms and life guards. It has fabulous sunsets. whales .and Islands. Walk to restaurants, shopping and ice cream and much more .
The beach to the left, Keawakapu beach is one of the most beautiful anywhere with views of islands . volcanos, and whales and you can walk or run to the famous hotels- Grand Wailea , 4 Seasons and the Fairmont .

. I liked the bungalow style units and all the tropical flowers and trees.
We used to stay at the Grand Wailea Hotel, but when I saw these new units up on the lovely knoll, I knew I had found a place I could put my Interior Design skills to work on my Maui home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The two pools in convenient areas. This unit's pool is the beautiful upper waterfall rock pool with hot spa and an entertaining area poolside with tables, umbrellas and sheltered out door seating and eating area.
The condo is extremely well planned and beautifully furnished in grand modern comfort but a flavor of old Hawaii.. I personally selected furnishings and art from around the world and sent it over in a container. My kind guests have written many generous compliments about the unit .
