Ready to Relax, Port Hueneme is absolutely stunning. This community is a hidden secret, family friendly beach with plenty to do. Condo has a nice pool, big spa and is all ready for a nice getaway. Big screen tv, wifi, nintendo wii are some of the comforts to expect. Listen to the waves break as you lay in your bed at night. Port Hueneme is a small onclave of the greater Oxnard community which includes fabulous shopping at the Camarillo factory outlets(you can spend two days there and never get bored.) Ample restaurants, sights, walks, tennis,bike paths,fishing at the pier,boat rides are all a close distance away.

Thank you for the review. I love hearing the waves at night. The beach is so close and it’s a wonderful place to relax. My favorite thing is to walk early in the morning. You just never know what you will find. The location is perfect for golfers, tennis players or pickle ball players, since there is a park just across the street and a beautiful navy golf course that is open to the public.

We are excited that our guest love our place. It is walking distance to the beach. We have a park that is really nice with ducks, basketball, tennis and pickle ball. Many things to do like golfing at the Navy base. We love our military and we treat them with the out most respect. 10% military discount with valid ID.

Regina and Eric are truly great host. All basic amenities are there ready for use. You can view ocean from the 3rd floor bedroom, balcony and kitchen. The Port Hueneme pier is about few feet away. Its a very amazing place to stay.

Our place is such a gem. We have Ocean views from the front door,the balconies and kitchen. We are walking distance from the beach. All you need to enjoy your stay is your suitcase. We make ourselves available for anything you may need within reason. So much to do, see, visit and experience. Santa Bárbara , Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo Outlet malls and so much more. Come stay with us.

Good Place

Nice place to stay near beach and in walking distance of food. I was here on business and found this place to just what me and my co-workers were looking for. Not to mention the people are nice as well.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was just a short walk to the beach and allowed us a great hub for getting to golf courses, museums, farmer's markets, etc. Great experience for first time snowbirds from Idaho!

Our guest are very important to us. Our place is made to make you feel at home away from home. The views of the Ocean are amazing. You are so close you can hear the Ocean at night. Plenty of things to do with out driving your car. Restaurant, parks, biking lanes, golf, tennis and much more. Our rates are amazing for all you get. Quaint , quiet and great beach location

I stayed there while I worked temporarily in the area. Condo was very nice and owners were incredibly helpful. It was clear they take great deal of pride in their property, and in methe as a tenant.

Our place is a great stay! We are so close to Ventura, Santa Barbara, Camarillo and so many other great areas. Our place is great for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a walk by the beach, biking and walking areas. Our complex has had a facelift and is looking great 😊 You have a carport space, and everything you need for the beach. Great shopping areas, thrift stores, farmers markets and plenty of fun activities throughout the year. The Navy base is about 5 minutes from us. They have a great golf course. We give a great price to our Military. We are ready to receive our guest always with such joy.

We absolutely lived having Michael and his family in our lovely condo. They are a great family and have such great respect for others and their home. Wonderful communication, great positive attitude. Really easy to work with. Love this family would recommend yo anyone. Hope they come back again to visit us. Please disregard my rating of Michael. There was a prior tenant that stayed and I made that review for them not Michael. Michael gets 5 stars ⭐️ all around. I have put in a dispute to take change the rating.

Awesome Condo

Had a great weekend at this beautiful condo. Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was very relaxing. We went to the Jacuzzi , made margaritas and took a bike ride and so much more. Had a blast! Cant wait to come back to this place.

Month long stay in August

Only 1/2 mile from the beach was a big plus for us. The weather was perfect 55-73 degrees. We enjoyed going to fish fry every Wednesday evening at local seafood restr. that has live entertainment for free.

Our place is closer than 1/2 mile from the beach. It's 1/2 block .402 miles from the beach. It's so close you can hear the ocean waves at night as you sleep. We so enjoy hearing people enjoy the recommendations we make. There is so much to do in our area that is within walking distance. We are very hands-on owners, making sure you are comfortable and have everything you need to have a fabulous stay ( as much as is under our control of course). David is so right about the weather, perfect if you are trying to get away from the heat.

Very nice condo with a great location near beach

This condo is very nice, in a safe area, quiet, and well stocked with kitchen items and linens. It also has a dedicated covered parking space. The owners are very responsive to any questions you may have. It is a very short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful little beach home!

The home is so cozy and cute and my family and I have absolutely loved staying here! We stayed quite a while and it has just been awesome. Steps to the beach, house is equipped with everything we need. It’s been a great experience!!! Regina is also wonderful - very communicative and so helpful. Were so thankful!!

We are very glad to have people common and enjoy all of the wonderful amenities like the pool and the spa is very cozy clean well and well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. It’s also steps to the beach and the park with Pickleball courts and tennis courts and has wonderful bike paths, and if you like golfing the golf course at the Navy Bass is just down the street.

Beautiful Stay, Exceptional Host

Condo was beautiful. It was thoughtfully decorated and very well cleaned. A nice breeze can be felt throughout the apartment when keeping windows on both sides of the unit opened, and you can hear the ocean. Beautiful views, quick walk to the beach and quiet area. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, and even provided thoughtful gifts for our children! Highly recommend and would love to visit again in the future.

Our main hope is that we help our guest feel welcomed and ready to enjoy their stay. The condo is ready with everything you need to relax. We are steps to the beach. Close to Camarillo outlets, the Navy lodging and their wonderful Golf course. Downtown Oxnard is so close as well that it gives you so much to do. The bike lanes are amazing. We also have a park in walking distance our condo that has pickle ball, tennis, basketball and a fun play area for the kids. We do our best to help our guest feel comfortable.

Relaxing Beach Location

This was our first vacation rental and it was a positive 3 month experience. Regina was very helpful and prompt with all questions and logistics, and a general pleasure to work with. The condo is in a quiet complex, furnished for style and comfort, with high quality bed and bedding. Kitchen is well-stocked, and well-lit seating areas were useful for reading. Nice updated master bath. Easy walk to the beach pier for sunsets, and short drive to Channel Islands Harbor for walking path and restaurants. We enjoyed our winter stay!

The sunsets are so amazing to enjoy. The beach is so fun to walk and find great treasures. We do our best to listen to our guest suggestions. Our hope is that you find the comforts of home while on vacation. With so many available activities within minutes away you will always have something to do. Fishing on the Pier, or going on a Fishing trip, Visiting the Anacapa Islands, golfing, tennis, traveling to LA for a concert or play, taking a trip to Santa Barbara and so much more. But if you just want to relax , read, write and enjoy the beach, well this is the place for you. We have a large pool and spa available to you. 2 car parking permits, washer and dryer, and plenty of beach comforts. If you are looking for a winter re- treat or a summer of fun , this the place for you.

Great location to the beach and good neighborhood

Loved the place. It worked out well for our family. Only short distance to beach. Really quiet neighborhood. Regina and eric were very helpful for all our needs. Great hosts. Too bad we were there during major renovation to the complex so didn’t get to enjoy the spa. Once construction done it will be beautiful. The beach is a private secret. Of course we were there during January but never crowded.

Our complex is getting a whole redo and its going to give all our guest a resort feel. 👏🏼👏🏼 When you walk to our Condo you see the beach and feel the Sea air. If you are looking for a place to get away from the cold 🥶 We have the sunshine, beach and ocean views, golf course near by, a public park with tennis courts and pickle-ball, great shopping new and used, Close to Santa Barbara, Ventura and much more. And don’t worry about parking because you have a spot waiting for you. All this and our price can’t beat. Thanks for choosing to stay with us.

Awesome Beach Condo

Our family was very pleased with this condo. We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable! It is so beautifully furnished, clean, kitchen stocked with everything you would need..all the comforts of home. The pool/hot tub area was nice. Very convenient to be able to walk to the beach a few times a day. The beach was never crowded and very clean. While we were there, we visited the Camarillo outlet mall a few miles away. Very nice for the girls to shop while the boys saw a movie! I would recommend this rental to anyone!

All the comforts of home so that you can relax and hear the ocean waves . We are glad when we hear our renters take advantage of the many activities our little community has to offer. We are close to Oxnard so you can take advantage of the many events they put together all year long as well.

I was in Port Hueneme for work and I was able to find a Beautiful condo located close to the beach. Walking distance to the sand. Condo is equipped with everything you need. Felt like I was at home very cozy and clean. Owner is super nice answers questions and concerns. Loved it. Mid point to my work locations.

Nice condo and close to the beach.

Accommodated my family of 4 comfortably. The beach and park was in walking distance. Los Angeles and Disneyland wasn't far away. The condo was nice and neat. Equipped with modern amenities, free WiFi, pool/hot tub, tennis courts, beach accessories, etc. Bedrooms were cozy and suitable for both adults and children. Pricing was great and both Regina and Eric were awesome. I would recommend them to everyone. When I go back I would surely go through them again.

We truly strive to make our home the destination of comfort. We have put in new windows, new sliders, and new carpet. The kitchen is definitely getting a new look. We take every opportunity to keep the condo looking its best. Our rates are definitely the best price for an amazing view of the Ocean,walking distance from the Beach and great amenities. So much to do in the area or just relax by the beach.

Close to the beautiful beach

This condo was home away from home for us close to everything especially to our daughter nearly door to door. We had everything we needed even a card for a discount at Ralph food store. I just wished I had lower chair on the nice balcony. I can't seat on hight chair. Beside that everything was perfect. Thanks Regina❤️

Amazing temporary home for travel nurse!

Regina and Eric’s home exceeded my expectations. They welcomed us with a tour, a welcome gift, and walked us to the shortcut to get to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and some food essentials. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. The home is beautifully decorated as well. There is also surround sound in the living room which made movie nights even better. Hearing the ocean as I fell asleep was so healing. There is also tons of fresh air that comes through the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom and the living room. Thank you two for hosting my fiancé and I during this time! We also had plenty of cleaning supplies including Lysol/wipes. Highly recommend, it is a great value.

The apartment was very nicely furnished & decorated inside.

The owner was very responsive to our needs. The dryer broke & she had it fixed immediately. There was also a refrigerator full of essentials so we could get by without shopping right away, & she left a beautiful vase of flowers. The outside of the buildings are in need of repair & paint. We miss the nice weather.

Thank you so much for your stay at our beautiful , peaceful condo. The weather is always so nice for mamy outdoor activities. So much to do around the area. Fishing day trips, picnics at the Anacapa Islands, bike trails, or just lounging at the beach with a nice beach chair and a book. Our building is doing many renovations. New roofs have been done, new asphalt, painting of the building and now working on stairs and hallways. But no worries our prices will always be affordable so everyone can enjoy the beautiful joys of beach life.

We especially appreciated ocean-facing sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom and the cool ocean breezes each evening. Eric and Regina were gracious, generous hosts who met us personally to show us around and be sure we knew the fastest route down to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was great to have a washer and dryer on site for all the beach towels. There was a clog in one of the sinks leftover from previous renters, but it was remedied immediately and the remainder of our stay was stress-free. A perfect home away from home.

This property is a hidden treasure. The beach is not crowded. You can barbecue, ride your bike, lay out, or relax for a nice meal at the fish and chips restaurant on the beach.

30 minutes from Santa Barbara. 20 minutes from the Camarillo outlet mall. 1 block from the beach. Naval base 1/2 mile away. You can see the Navy ships coming in. Go whale watching. Visit the Islands abroad. Amazing culture, shopping, and a multitude of things to do.
