Summer Beach Fun in a Exclusive beach community!

Welcome to Groton Long Point, the best beach community in New England! Ideally located steps from the beach, this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home offers water views , fantastic outdoor space, and access to excellent amenities that will make this your best summer vacation ever.

For guests who like to keep busy, adults will be entertained by an array of activities offered through the Groton Long Point Yacht Club including wine tastings, cocktail parties, tennis tournaments, pickleball, fireworks and beach concerts. Children can bike to swimming lessons, sailing lessons, or tennis lessons and/or spend their days crabbing off one of the many Groton Long Point docks. At night, they are sure to keep occupied with “kiddy dances”, movie nights, game nights, and many other activities. Excellent dining and shopping are just minutes away in Historic Downtown Mystic and Noank, while proximity to Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods casinos are ideal for those craving nightlife. Prefer something a little more laid back? Take a book to the beach and just relax, bring your fishing pole to one of the piers, or take a short 25 minute kayak ride to a secluded island in Long Island Sound where you can spend a lovely sunny afternoon all by yourselves.

For your stay you will be welcomed into one of the original Groton Long Point homes that has been completely updated for your comfort and includes everything you will need to enjoy a great vacation
Two bedrooms have King Size beds, the third bedroom has two twin beds. Outdoor deck includes gas grill and seating for Al Fresco dining! For the cooking enthustiast we have a fully equipped kitchen with gas range.

What a delight!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The property was warm, welcoming, and spotless. The attention to detail in design and decor is apparent and beautiful. We enjoyed every aspect of the home.Katy made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable throughout our stay and was easy to reach if we needed anything else--which we didn't. We hope to stay here again!

A lovely property in a great community

Loved our stay in GLP as usual. It’s nice to stay in the same town we’ve been summering in since my mom was little. The house is adorable with all the updates and the decor is classic beach house.

Wonderful Mother's Day Visit

My brothers and sister came from all over to stay here and visit Mom for the Mother's Day weekend. Everything was wonderful. The house was charming and well appointed. Katy met us to check in and gave us a tour. It was clear she loved the house and the area. She even gave good advice on where to get lobsters! We would love to go back!

Long weekend

We just finished a beautiful long weekend in GLP and had a great stay at this property. The house had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating and helpful. The location of the house is great as it’s close to beaches, tennis, walking, etc. And there are plenty of other activities and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend if you are looking in the area.

Home was so charming, extremely clean, adorably decorated. Beds were supremely comfortable. So much to do for the kids, had every amenity we could have needed. Host was available for questions the entire time and so, so sweet. Charming neighborhood, access to the private beach was quick and easy. Will absolutely stay again. Thank you!!!

Lovely stay

My husband, children and grandchildren stayed here to attend a wedding. We were warmly greeted by Katy. The home is cozy and comfortable. It checked all our boxes. We did forget a set of keys and Katy kindly mailed them back to us. We would definitely stay here again.

Homey Rental

We enjoyed our time here. The home is welcoming with everything you need available. The only thing we didn't love was that the main floor bathrooms is location in a very small bedroom, so you have to disrupt that guest to use otherwise everyone else had to share a bathroom. Cute neighborhood and a quick walk to the water!

Great Property A Block from the Shore

GLP was the perfect spot for a long weekend. The backyard is spacious and gave the kids plenty of room to setup a sprinkler and the adults plenty of room for yard games. The beach is a short walk and while there isn't much sand it was quiet and enjoyable. The house is spacious and keeps cool with all the windows downstairs while the AC units in the bedrooms upstairs made it comfortable to sleep. Others commented on how comfortable the beds were and they did not disappoint. The owners were great in communicating leading up to our stay and we felt the house was very clean. Overall, I highly recommend this property for families.

Great Stay in GLP

What a wonderful and memorable experience we had in this charming, well-appointed home! As a designer myself, I appreciated the thought and attention that went into every corner. Well-stocked and updated kitchen, cozy living room, comfortable bedrooms. Alexa was there to help us out with ambient music. Fantastic location on GLP, close to everything. Mornings (and evenings) were magically quiet and serene, with views/sounds of the ocean from the deck. Had Adventure Mystic drop off bikes which was extremely convenient for this family with children. This home “raised the bar” in our travel expeditions and we look forward to returning!

Wonderful House, Terrific Location

This was one of the most welcoming homes we’ve ever booked — Tastefully decorated, well appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces. The home sits just a block from the ocean and the cove so we took lots of long walks. It’s also a short drive to Mystic, nature trails, parks, and other sites. When not exploring, we enjoyed sitting by the fire in the comfortable living room or preparing dinner and eating in the lovely dining room.

Wonderful family reunion

Lovely home that was well appointed and stocked. Katy the owner was accommodating to an earlier check in time. The beach was a block away and we were able to take long walks all around GLP. Our 3 year old grandson loved the nearby park.

Easy access to beach, playground for kids. Tons of tourist attractions within a 20min drive. Spent 4 days and most relaxing vacation in years, great property and responsive owners. Gladly go back again!

Outstanding home. Home is very clean and comfortable. All the amenities you need and more. Easy to slide in and have a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location is marvelous along the Long Island Sound. Nice paths to walk along the beach. Highly recommend.

Thank you for visiting my home. Prior to buying my home in Groton Long Point in 1999 my family vacation at Groton Long Point for 11 years for the summers. It has always been a special place for us. My children loved all the summer activities they offer here and couldn't wait for summer vacation at GLP! They were always so very excited to meet up with all their summer friends that they had met here that also came back every year with their families. Now that my children are grown up and have moved away, I'm an 'empty nester'. I'm keeping my home so that someday my grandchildren can also experience spending their summers in such a magical place! I open my home to you so you can create similar fond Groton Long Point memories with your own family! I am also a licensed Realtor specializing in the Groton Long Point and Southeastern CT and RI shoreline market.
