Lake Austin Retreat is perfect for lazy afternoons sipping cocktails on your elevated dock, but if you're itching for adventure, you can also hop in your boat and follow the river to Lake Austin waterfront eateries.

Bask in the lake breeze. Let our concierge stock Hill Country wine and beer for you to sip in the sunny outdoor lounge. A shady second story with a grill awaits your Texas-style cookouts, and a quiet patio is where you can steal a moment to yourself.

Enjoy waterfront dining (without a reservation). Get creative in a fully equipped kitchen with all-new stainless steel appliances. A high-top dining area makes serving meals easy. Linger as long as you like over dinner—from sunset to starry night sky.

Go explore. From here, the heart of Austin is just a short Uber or Lyft ride away! Catch live performances at renowned theaters and venues, wander the charming shops of South Congress, or sample some of the country’s best tacos and BBQ. Bed sizes include a king-size master, a queen-size guest room, and a sleepover-ready bedroom with custom-built twin bunks that are sturdy enough for adults, too.

**The boat lift is NOT available for guest use. However, guests are welcome to securely tie up their boats to the dock at their own discretion.

Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults
Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty!

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on premises. No pets.
