Wonderful sea-view boutique cottage with pool. Close to the beach and Hvar.
The cozy, Mediterranean cottage is at 400 m above sea level, up in a fantastic green valley looking down to the open sea. Our land is 10 minutes from the world Heritage Hvar town and the crystal clear Adriatic sea. The entrance gate is by the old main road, where the 2400 m2 largest part of the eco farm is located. The cottage consists of two buildings, both with 1-1 bedrooms with bathrooms. The larger house has a living room and kitchen. The spacious terrace is located between the two buildings. We have olive trees, fruit trees and vegetable plantation that you go past to get to the cottage on its own around 1000 m2 land. Around the house and the pool there are lavender, palmas, agave, cactus, oleander and much more Mediterranean plants & flowers. Enjoy a charming-rustic-industrial home away home.

In 2010, I fell in love with all the beauty of Hvar and a few years later, with the help of my local friend, bought the land and built this little Mediterranean country home. After leaving my city life in Budapest, selling my downtown restaurant, I finally moved to the island where I could make my dream come true, designing the interiors in every detail, combining traditional materials with modern utensils and a hint of industrial style.

The Mediterranean "boutique" cottage is on private farm with pool and picturesque sea-view over the beautiful valley. Rustic, cool and cozy. Perfect choice for couples or families to enjoy and stay in the peaceful nature only 10 minutes far from the white pebbly beaches and the historical cities of Hvar.
The farm entrance is between 2 villages on the old road what cross the island. 9 km from Hvar city and 5 km from Milna where are beautiful beaches and local restaurants. Velo Grablje and Malo Grablje are fantastic heritage village is only 3 km from the farm. We are planning to make optional delivery and offering breakfast and dinner. The renting property is 1300 m2. The pool is a 28 m2 big. In 2018 when we open the door. Half of the year we are living on the farm, making new things, gardening.....
