Blue Beach House - Walk to beach, AC, newly renovated, family approved!

Blue Beach House is located on the north shore of PEI in the very popular Darnley area (on a great treed lot) and is within walking distance of the beautiful Penderosa Beach. A key feature!

The air conditioned main area (kitchen, dining & living) is open-concept and allows for the entire family to comfortably enjoy a common area on vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen is bright and spacious with a large island and stools for extra seating. The dining area offers a beautiful harvest table and can accommodate 8 with chairs and bench style seating. This area also offers a desk for those of us who need to allow for working holiday moments!

The living room is well appointed and has a large sectional couch w/ additional chairs to host the entire clan (large flat-screen TV and satellite included). The living area moves from indoors to out via patio doors leading to the large back deck. This sheltered area has views of the ocean and additional seating to enjoy the calm serenity of PEI! From morning coffee to afternoon thirst-quenchers, this deck will always be a big draw!

Another space that will be popular with everyone is the new 4-season room that sits just beyond the dining area. Surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, we imagine this will be a fantastic games and lounging area!

The master bedroom (queen bed) and a bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) are located off the living room. The second and third bedrooms and the main bath are located in the opposite wing - just beyond the kitchen. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has single over double bunk beds with another single trundle bed. The cottage sleeps 8 in total. The bunk room will provide a second TV to allow for the kids to have their own entertainment space. The full bath has a sink, tub/shower & toilet and is situated just outside both bedrooms.

The Blue Beach House is within walking distance of our Darnley by the Dunes cottage, so if you are looking for accommodations for a large family, this is definitely an option to consider. The cottage is complete with a well equipped kitchen, high speed internet, satellite, BBQ, full size washer and dryer, towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys.
