The Farm House, set on a beautiful 52 acre property in one of the most stunning locations in Australia, the scenic  and historic Wollombi in the Hunter Valley.

Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay provides quality self-contained  accommodation and is suitable for friends, families or couples, as well as gatherings and groups.

Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay is conveniently located, approximately 1 hours drive from Wahroonga M1 turn off. The village of Wollombi is just 2 minutes by car or a beautiful 15 minute walk.

​Even though the property is located within walking distance to the village,  the self-contained accommodation is totally serene and private, well away from the main road. Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay has stunning views and is abundant in domestic animals and wildlife.

​Whether you want to get away to relax, have fun,  join friends and family, or if you are planning to hold a small retreat or workshop Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay will go far in exceeding your highest expectations.

PLEASE NOTE that the quote is for The Farm House which has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sleeps up to 14-16 depending on guests configuration. Please look at plans for bedding layouts.

The Cottage is also available and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6. Cottage has a minimum 2 Nights Stay $550 per night.

The whole property can be booked for $1900 per night (Min 2 Night Stay) and sleeps up to 20-22 depending on guests configuration. Please look at plans for bedding layouts.

Family Gathering

The Wollombi Brook home was by far the best location for our annual family gathering. The weekend coincided with our son's wedding also in Wollombi. The house has acosy inviting feel, and is really well equipped. iareally well

Just Perfect

Thank you very much for ensuring we had all we needed while staying at your beautiful property on the weekend. We loved everything about our visit to Wollombi. Our son's wedding was just perfect and we all had the best time celebrating with family and friends. Everybody was overwhelmed with our accommodation. Very comfortable and homely. We even managed to build a fire and make some damper ... yummy!

Looking Forward to Returning

We had a fantastic family weekend, going to a wedding nearby. Everything was wonderful - attention to detail is amazing. Our stay was definitely not long enough - we are looking forward to returning to the property.

Wollombi Heaven

What a hidden delight this property is! In all honesty, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s so very quaint, cute, and accommodates for so many different needs and tastes all at the same time. A stunning property in a beautiful corner of the country and we wished we were staying longer. The host was extremely helpful and the caretakers were absolutely lovely! Our family has high hopes of returning for a longer stay, one day!

The Grooms entourage stay

Getting ready for the walk down the aisle has never been so chilled. Wollombi offered us a great location to get ready for our son's wedding. There were plenty of spaces for us all to hang out and relax prior to the big event. The photographers were impressed with the many places in and around the property for top photos. The night before the wedding my boys enjoyed some competitive fun with gaming, table tennis and trampolining - never too old! After the wedding it was the perfect spot for a recovery breakfast with the new in laws and some relaxing wines and a swim in the pool.

Mums weekend getaway

We had a wonderful weekend at Wollombi. The property was great - had everything we needed. We enjoyed the animals, pool, fire pit, comfortable lounge and we tried to make the damper! The food hamper was delicious. Kitchen was very well set up. Rooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were new and wonderful. Nice stroll to the town centre for a good wander around, a bit of shopping and walk by the brook. Thanks for a lovely weekend. We would love to come again!

Perfect country stay

We had a wonderful stay at Wollombi Brook. The house was lovely and well stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast hamper was amazing and thoughtful. Contact with the owner was easy and responses were quick. We loved the farm animals and the alpacas were adorable.

Lovely property and great family stay homestead

Lovely property and great family homestead and cottage, ideal for large families attending weekend weddings, parties etc in Wollombi. Pool was a bonus in the hot weather. Annie and her parents were delightful to deal with and would thoroughly reccommend this property

Love every single moment!

Annie and her family are fantastic hosts! Communication was easy and host was very responsive. She tailored accommodation to our extended family of 4 couples, 4 children and 1 baby for a comfortable stay. We loved the facility and equipment. We loved feeding the animals in the morning and planting the tree with our family names. Fond memories for the youngest and oldest ones, and we will for sure be back and share the property details with our friends! Thank you Annie and family!

Lovely setting with all we required

We required accommodation in Wollombi for a family event. Wollombi Brook Farm Stay was just right. A peaceful setting with cows, horses and alpacas and plenty of room for the 6 adults and 6 children. The kids enjoyed the pool, the games room, the trampoline and the fire pit - toasted marshmallows a favourite! The house had excellent facilities and a great breakfast basket supplied. Julie and Jeff (care taking) were readily available if required although were not needed. Jeff and Annie showed the kids the farm animals on the two mornings we stayed and feeding the cows, horses and alpacas was a high-light! Overall a really good experience.

Amazing home. We would absolutely stay again.

The owners and caretakers are absolutely lovely. Very hospitable and kind. The house is stunning and has everything you could possibly want or need. Heaps of games, animal life, room for everyone and no one is cramped. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic , every detail was thought of!

We had a fantastic weekend at the farm stay. The house was beautifully appointed and the kitchen had everything you would want for a weekend away in the country. We made bread and pancakes with the fresh eggs from the farm. The kids loved feeding the animals and we also loved exploring the paddocks and hills. We had a campfire at night and roasted marshmallows. There was also a swing and trampoline which the kids loved. We would highly recommend Wollombi Brook to anyone looking for a family holiday or time away with friends. Jeff and Julie were really helpful and lovely people.

The Farm House is ideal for groups and families
​
The Farm House has five bedrooms and sleeps up to fourteen in total (sixteen is possible). The huge living area has air-conditioning, open fire and large 12 seater dining table. A separate rumpus room with additional TV + Netflix + Xbox

​There are four bathrooms, laundry with washing machine + dryer, games room with table tennis table, dart board and air hockey. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning.

​There is a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove & oven, pots and pans, espresso machine, milk frother, cutlery & crockery and glassware. Plus TV, Free-to-air, Netflix, Stan, Disney+ DVD, Bose Bluetooth speaker.  Linen and towels are also supplied.

There is a swimming pool, large trampoline, outdoor fire areas, various outdoor furniture settings, outdoor pizza oven and gas BBQ.

Bedroom 1 - 1 King bed +or 2 King single beds + Single blow up if required - additional $20

Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen bed + Single blow up if required - additional $20

Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen bed + 1 Single bed + Single blow up if required - additional $20

Bedroom 4 - 1 Double+ 1 Single bunk bed + 1 Single bed

Bedroom 5 (rumpus room) - 1 Single bed + trundle + Single blow up if required - additional $20

Note: Single size blow up mattress available on request for additional $20 per stay

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Farm House and The Cottage are available together or separately.

There is a discreet on-site caretaker if assistance is required.

We are available to help and show how to feed the very hungry minature galloway cows (2) ponies (2) and horses (2) and (8) silkie chickens. The alpacas (4) aren’t as social as the other animals but you can still go in to their paddock and learn how to feed.
