Sandy Key is the perfect place to enjoy family fun year after year. Looking for multiple units together on the ground floor steps from the heated pool, 126 & 127 are an excellent choice, side by side!! Enjoy the luxury of a full view of the Gulf along with immediate access to all the amenities, including Tower 2 pool and the hot tub, just steps from your back door, and easy access to the dune ramp cross-over. The master suite features a king bed, Smart TV, a jetted tub/shower combo in the attached bathroom, gorgeous views of the Gulf, and a sliding glass door to the beach facing patio. Two full beds in the guest bedroom and a shower/tub combo in the hall bathroom make this condo perfect for any family! The fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful home-cooked meal. The dining room easily seats 6 with room for 2 more at the breakfast bar. Enjoy the view from the living room equipped with a large TV, DVD player, and a sofa sleeper, perfect for camp outs with the kids! All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. No pets or smoking allowed in the units or on property.

Birthday getaway

Everything was just as it was represented on the listing. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Only setback was looking for our prepaid beach chairs every day. Would have to make people let us have them or we even set up our own one day. Needs to be a better system.

The property is close to stores and restaurants. We loved the pools and the ocean access. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed! We will be back for sure!!!

The unit was clean upon arrival and it looked like the pictures. We did arrive late and the directions for late arrival were easy to follow. It was nice being able to walk out and have access to the beach, pool, and hot tube.

Fantastic Place

The property was exactly as in the photos. We had a couple of issues (on our end) which required contact with the staff prior to our trip. They were extremely helpful with resolving our issue and even made sure we were aware of a promotion they were running that provided us a meal on Thanksgiving! A very nice and unexpected bonus. The grounds were beautiful. The beach was amazing. I couldn’t have been happier. We rarely go to the same place twice on our vacations but the whole family agreed we would love to come back here again.

This was the ideal unit location for beach and pool accessibility. The unit was clean and spacious! We would definitely rent this unit again and highly recommend it to others!

We arrived on a Saturday. Room was ready and keys waiting. The room was exactly as it was shown upon reserving. It was clean, well maintained and beach accessible. Would highly recommend!

Nice, could fix post for net on beach volleyball, maintenance was working on repairs...

I'm sure due to off season is reason maintenance was working on repairs (we were there week of thanksgiving. Over-ALL a nice place, staff very friendly, Location easy access to ALOT of nice seafood restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores, and close to Alabama, the Flora-Bama line is 5 - 6 miles. I would stay here again

Beautiful view. Nice and we'll furnished. My family and I had a nice time.

Enjoyed everything. Very nice. Only one suggestion. The pull-out sofa was a bit sagging. You may want to reinforce that.

Wonderful getaway!

My husband and I stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The views are amazing and we will definitely be returning to stay again! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The beds are very comfortable and linens are nice too. We enjoyed watching the sunrise while we had coffee on the patio and the only drawback was the time passed by too fast... Sandy Key is a very well maintained property and is our only choice when staying in the area!

Nice beach. Great location.

The location was perfect for beach and pool with a 1 and 3 year old. The layout of the condo was great and we had a good view of the ocean. Only problem was that we had no way to clean up the sand that was tracked in the room. The vacuum didn't work and there was no broom. The condo could use a thorough cleaning! It would also be nice to have beach towels and supplies available like many VRBO rentals do.

Best beach trip ever.

I've been to many beaches and stayed in all kinds of condos. This one is the best... It has a great beach feel and is not overly decorated(which is great for kids 4 and 1). You are only step away from the pool but it isn't blocking your view of the ocean. The beach is great and wasn't crowded at all. I will be booking this place again for sure👍👍!!
