Amazing stay. Came to Bend for a show at the amphitheater. Property was very close to the venue in a great neighborhood within walking distance.

We were attending two days of concerts at Hayden Homes Ampitheater. House is a 20 minute walk, In a safe and quiet neighborhood. Bathroom supplies and linens were available.We found kitchen supplies and equipment adequate although a 2 burner griddle for pancakes would have made some food preparation faster.Nice outdoor space too.I did see a Pack N’Play and high chair in a closet. Very useful for folks with little ones.I would definitely rent this house again.

Our group of 4 adults and dog had a wonderful stay! The house is very nicely decorated and has comfortable beds, pillows and sofas. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The backyard was great for having coffee and happy hour and dogs. The air conditioner in the main areas worked well and we used the fans in the bedrooms. Maybe adding one more fan so that all 3 bedrooms have one would be a plus. We never saw the person who rents above the garage. Very quiet and family friendly neighborhood. I would definitely stay again!

Great landing place

We were in Bend for our son’s baseball trip. The home was perfect for our family plus my in laws. It is centrally located and was an easy walk to coffee, shops and dining. We will definitely stay again if we can.

Perfect Spot!

Perfect location to explore the old mill district of Bend. Super easy to walk to and not worry about parking. The house was super clean and cozy! Tammy was excellent to communicate with and very nice! Highly recommend!

Stranger on property

My stay went well and the house is nice. Small, but well kept with a convenient location near the Old Mill shops and food. However, I was shocked and dismayed when I received my check-in info from the owner. This house has a detached garage, which is about 20 feet from the back door, and there is a renter living above that garage. I did not see anything about a renter on the property in the advertisement on VRBO! I never heard a sound from them, never saw them, but noticed 2 different cars parked in front of the house during our stay which were likely theirs. I had a hard time sleeping knowing a stranger was 20 feet from my son’s back window during the night! Hopefully, the owner can make it very clear that this rental has a permanent occupant in the proximity I detail above. I definitely wouldn’t have stayed here had I known about the renter on premises.

Bend Winter Break

Wonderful property that was well laid out and very comfortable. The neighborhood was great for walking the dog and close to the canal trail, the Deschutes, and the Old Mill District. Convenient highway access. We had a wonderful time and didn't have any issues or concerns at all.

Perfect Setting

This was our second stay here. The house worked perfectly for us. Everything was in good working order. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is situated close to the Old Mill District and lots of walking options. Easy five-minute drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. Tammy was great at responding promptly. We will stay here again when we visit Bend in the future.

Great house, very clean and in a good location for everything Bend has to offer. Can walk to many locations or an easy drive. Owner is awesome, great communication. Would definitely rent again!

Amphitheater experience

This home was absolutely wonderful! It’s great for two couples (or three) and a kiddo set in the third bedroom. The kitchen and living room was lovely and it was great having two separate bathrooms. The backyard is so cute with a fire pit, seating area, and even a water fountain. This is the perfect location if you are going to a concert at the Hayden Home Amphitheater as it’s only a 15-20 minute walk. Only recommendation I would have is to start the living room unit when you first get there if it’s a hot day as it takes some time to cool the home. There are only 2 portable fans so 2 of the bedrooms can use them in the evening. But other than that, this home and Tammy (the owner) were phenomenal!

Lovely home in perfect location for easy access to Old Mill!

Owner was super easy to communicate with prior to arrival, and home was very clean and super well stocked with cooking and bathroom supplies. AC worked very well, which was critical with temps in high 90s. Neighborhood is peaceful, yet so close to Old Mill District, where we walked to restaurants and our concert at the amphitheater. Front porch is a lovely spot for morning coffee. Only suggestion for improvement is to update outdoor furniture. The sectional in backyard has cushions that are filthy with stains from food and beverages. I'm not usually picky about such things, but none of us felt comfortable sitting on it. It's such a peaceful, private backyard, it would be nice to be able to enjoy it more. Only two padded, comfy spots on front porch, even though porch is large and house could sleep 6. Minor detail though - overall a new favorite Bend rental!

perfect home

This home had everything we needed (we had a 6 month old and a dog), and the location was perfect. Very close to everything we wanted to do..........breweries, Old Mill District, grocery stores and walking river paths. I would love to stay there again:-)

Great house in a great location!

Our stay in Tammy's house was perfect. We had everything we needed and were within walking distance to the Old Mill district. You can tell that a lot of attention to detail was placed into this vacation home. The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need (and then some!). Tammy checked in with us via text during our stay, which was much appreciated. We were there with 1 other couple and the layout of the home allowed for privacy. The backyard was a perfect place to drink our coffee each morning. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for couples or small families!

Most Perfect Vacation Rental I’ve Ever Stayed In

The title says it all. Spacious, immaculately clean, awesome location, charming design and decor, well appointed and the owner could not have been more accommodating. The pros are endless and there were absolutely no cons. The highlights: walking distance to The Mill District and there was a concert going on down there that happened to be one of my favorite bands which we could hear from the house. Beautiful interior with comfortable beds and couch Fantastic back yard with a fire pit and water feature Amazing host who was communicative and super accommodating (she allowed us to have a late check out hours past the stated time) I could go on and on! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Friends Weekend

The house was well-stocked compared to most properties, especially in the spice category. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again on future visits.

Kelly and I live in Sisters. We have 3 grown Girls. One is living in New York at this time and the other 2 live here. Kelly owns a business in Redmond. We were in Bend for 25 years and loved it! We feel very fortunate to have raised our girls here. We love spending time outdoors and enjoy going for walks! We also enjoy traveling and have stayed at several Airbnb's and VRBO properties so we decided to try it ourselves and want to make your stay the best possible. There are so many things to do in Bend it's just too much to list. The home has several brochures as well as menu's for all the great restaurants around Bend. Whatever season you visit there is always something to do! We have a festival in downtown Bend for every season and they have many local and out of town booths with wonderful things. There are so many walking trails, Bend is really an outdoor paradise! We also have plenty of indoor places to enjoy. We hope you will enjoy Bend as much as we do and don't hesitate to ask questions!

This property is located in a prime spot. It is minutes away from the Old Mill shopping Center which provides a great shopping experience as well as some very fine restaurants. It also has a movie theater and walking trails. There is a park and river trail within 10 minutes from the property. Another park is located just 2 blocks away. It is a very desirable area and close to many things. We bought this home for a rental and my daughter has enjoyed living in it until now. We also have an ampitheater located just next to the shopping center that attracts many popular bands. This location is a great place to stay if you are traveling to the mountain also. You can hear the concerts while sitting on the front porch!

We purchased this property because it is within walking distance of so many things and you don't have to drive far to find some of the great restaurants Bend has to offer. This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and many home owner's have been here for years. It has a private back yard and we love to sit on the front porch. Even though it is only 1200 square feet there is a lot of home and feels bigger than it is. This home is very cozy and inviting.
