This one bedroom one bath condo at Bay Point at the end of Horseshoe Bend on the Lake of the Ozarks is perfect for a couple. It is very close to the water's edge!! It has amazing views of the lake from the living room, bedroom and deck. The condo is beautifully decorated. The living room features a fireplace, sofa, chair, bistro table with seating for two, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The bedroom welcomes you with a full wall of floor to ceiling windows and patio door for private entry onto the deck. There is a king size bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan in the bedroom. The full bathroom has a tub/shower and separate vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your mealtime needs. There is bar stool seating for 4. Enjoy the main channel view and watching the sunset on your private deck with high top table and 2 chairs, 2 additional chairs, and ceiling fan. The condo is approximately 25-30 steps down from the parking lot. It is very close to the water's edge and conveniently located to one of the four boat docks at Bay Point.

Bay Point is a premiere, family oriented condo complex. Avoid the larger crowds at this smaller condo complex. Bay Point is located at the end of Horseshoe Bend by land, and at approximately the 10 mm of the main channel. It boasts a beautiful heated swimming pool that sits out on the point wrapped around by the main channel offering a panoramic view of the lake. There is plenty of lounge seating for sun lovers and table seating under a large shade tree on the wrap around deck. Rest rooms are conveniently located down by the pool. Due to insurance, no grills of any type are allowed near the condo buildings. There is a gazebo area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for anyone's use on site. We have several condos that we rent at Bay Point if you are needing additional space for family or friends. Bay Point has four boat docks with boat slips of varying sizes available for an additional fee. Trailer parking and boat launch is conveniently located at the office location nearby. The condos are in a residential area where you can relax to get away from it all, but also close to many activities and restaurants by car or boat. Quiet hours 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. We have a convenient office for check in and check out and to be available through out your stay. We look forward to serving you!!
