Two-level Penthouse apartment with indoor pool and panoramic terrace

The apartment is a 220m2 penthouse in two levels, situated in a four level building with five apartments, in a peaceful area near the city centre and the beach.
For several years, the space was used as a modernly equipped atelier; for painting, restoration and public cultural events. As an artist, with the team of designers and architects, I gave my best to build the apartment with style and taste, with he main idea to create living space while keeping the studio atmosphere. All the furniture was custom-made and designed to please ones who value art, high quality and natural materials.
In the penthouse there is a big entrance hall with two bathrooms and beautiful crystal tiles. On the first level, there are two bedrooms, as well as large kitchen with dining area and living room with the flatscreen TV. In the both bedrooms there are air-conditioners and private terraces. The kitchen is handmade of wood, with all the appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, oven, kettle) and equipment (dishes and cutlery) you may need for comfortable stay. The living room is spacious with high ceiling, with two sitting areas and a small terrace. The wooden minimalistic indoor stairs lead to the second level, where there is a sleeping and sitting area, indoor pool with dressing room and shower, and a big panoramic terrace with the sea view. The pool is connected with terrace with large window, so you can enjoy the nice view from inside as well. The wooden floor of the room is completely painted by group of artists, which together with large glass openings gives the special charm to the space. The best spot in the penthouse is the terrace, from where you can enjoy the view to the sea, marina, city with its landmarks and even mountains. The special romantic experience is watching the sunsets and moonlight nights from above.
The whole penthouse is enriched with artworks and paintings from famous Montenegrin artists, which make it much more than rental accommodation, but a place where you can feel the beauty of local Mediterranean spirit.
In the whole apartment there are large openings, to provide the space with fresh air and natural light. The special feature of the apartment is lightning! Even when the sun goes down, the artificial lightning is there to keep beautiful cosy atmosphere. There are more than fifty sources of light in the apartment, where the most of them have adjustable power, so the guests can relax and completely enjoy the space.
The penthouse is suitable for groups up to ten people - friends, families, business travellers and couples.
