Private Beach right across the street!

Family friendly beach house right across the street from the beach . Spacious enough for 2 or 3 families with children. Sleeps 19 with a sleeper sofa.

The house was fully renovated top to bottom in late 2019! All the rooms were updated!

Right across the street from a private GATED sugar sandy beach. Easy getting back and forth to the house. Gate access preserves the beach for residents of the neighborhood. It’s never crowded.

The house has a spacious grassy lawn surrounded by tall palm trees, perfect for volleyball, lawn games, or lounging, especially nice for watching the sunsets over the Gulf. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys you are free to use. We just ask you bring everything back from the beach at the end of the day.

The one story house provides easy access,
wheelchair friendly. It has a Primary Suite, 2 large bedrooms that sleep 6 each, and a private guest suite for 3 more with a private bathroom. Cable and wireless internet throughout.

The Master has a queen bed with private bathroom. Two large bedrooms have 2 twin XL beds over queen beds, perfect for young families to share a room together. A Jack and Jill bathroom is shared by these 2 bedrooms. The separate guest suite has a twin XL bed over queen bed with an en suite bathroom. This guest suite casita is across a covered walkway from the main house for total privacy.

The large dining table seats 10 comfortably. The screened front porch has Adirondack chairs, perfect for watching spectacular sunsets over the gulf.

The location has easy access to the beach, the ECP airport, 30A, Pier Park and mall shopping, restaurants, Frank Brown Park and swimming pool, and several 18 and 9 hole golf courses.

Rosemary Beach on 30A, has elegant shops, restaurants, and picturesque architecture is 5 miles to the west. Pier Park Mall with its great restaurants, shopping, cinema and amusement park is 5 miles to the east. A public access Frank Brown swimming pool and water park is 5 miles east. Conservation Park with beautifully serene walking and elevated wood bike paths is 4 miles to the north.

Nearby golf courses include Camp Creek Golf Club, Shark's Tooth, Bay Point, Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club, the Hombre, and Burnt Pine. Golfers will love this paradise!

Perfect location!

The house was a perfect location. Not too busy but right next to busy and the beach is right there. The house could have been cleaner and maybe more open instead of a piano and other antiques but we made due. It was a lovely stay.

Great time!

This house was great - very clean and well-equipped. Kitchen drawers were labeled and that made it very easy to find things. Private beach access on the west side of the beach - It was very clean and peaceful. This is the best part of Panama City - the west side. The Host was very kind and directions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Highly recommended for a group. We had 15 teenagers and 3 adults.

away from the rat race

if you want a great place for your family of 19 to stay and will not break the bank here it is, however, you must get it early for your summer trip. this place has everything you need with a manager on call if there is a problem, which I did not have.

Perfect Rental

We came with our kids and grandkids and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect. We were there during 7/4 because of the location we did not have to deal with the crowds. Still walmart is just 5 miles away and it also not too far from the main area of PCB. The kitchen was wonderful. I cooked many great meals there and everything needed was provided. Showers were perfect with plenty of pressure. The private beach access was one of our favorite features.

Perfect for our family!

This place was perfect for our group of 10 family members. Great location and access to the private beach. House was well stocked and the beds were very comfy for all. Plenty of room to spread out. The large dining room table hosted many family meals and games. The dual outdoor showers were very helpful. We really loved the house and location so much, we hope to return next year. 10/10

Lovely Experience

We had wonderful vacation here. The home is well stocked with what you may need and has a nice layout. The beach across the street is the golden ticket; it’s beautiful and private, with super fine sand and a plethora of shells! Laying outside in the evening under the stars is dreamy, and the environment of palm trees, tiny lizards and zippy dragonflies is so delightful. We had our two kids and they loved the bunk beds!

Location, location, location!! It doesn't get any better than this when it comes to location! A short walk across the street and you are at the beach. The beach is way less crowded, so we were able to setup in the same spot everyday. This is in a quiet neighborhood away from the condos, but it's close enough to all the things that Panama City has to offer.The only negative that we had was the cleaning crew, we had to wait to enter the property because they weren't finished at check in time. Every towels in the house was still damp, so we had to throw them all in the dryer. My grandson had a car go under the couch and we found a lot more than his car under there. I think this place would be perfect if they find a new cleaning crew!!

Gulf Coast Jam Event

We enjoyed our stay very much! Had everything we needed, house is very spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space for our crew of 11. It is a quiet neighborhood directly across from the beach that is very private which was great considering we are locals and uncrowded beaches are hard to find these days! Would definitely rent again when we need a place for a larger group to gather. House is perfect for it. Host was very responsive, and we were all very pleased with our short 3 day stay! Cleaning lady came by the first day to move the garbage can and she was so sweet and kind, answered a few of our questions, she was very helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I have for future renters would be this.... the house is great, Host was great, however if you are planning to have any loud music or party situation you may want to check with host before renting. We were not loud, nor did we party in the house or carry on wildly, yet the neighbors seemed to be concerned due to the amount of cars we had parked in the drive...The lady next door came over to question my 18 year old grandson as to how long we would be staying there and how many of us were there....just being a little too nosy in my opinion. In our case it was no problem, but if you are looking for a place to party and play music past 10 pm, this might not be the right house. It's in an HOA so there are strict rules as to noise etc.. Overall I give it a 5 Star...but the neighbors get a 3.

AMAZING

This was one of the BEST vacations ever. The house provided everything we needed and then some. My kids and grandkids along with my mom made so many memories. I wish we could have stayed longer. The beach is steps away, the outdoor showers were awesome. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. The Donoho's, Horan's and Sielken's.

House and location perfect.

We had a wonderful stay and the perfect location for a beach loving family. The only issue we had was check in as the codes did not work to get in the home. We finally got into the main house but had to wait longer to access the guest house. Communication was slow at first but then we kept in contact till all was well.

Perfect Beach House

This beach house was perfect! It was very spacious, clean, and with a lot of sleeping area. The beds were so comfortable, the beach was right across the street, close to pier park and anything you wanted to see or go to, the house felt like a home and had anything you needed, the outdoor showers were amazing, the covered porch was great for sitting and drinking coffee or playing marbles, great neighborhood, beach wasn’t crowded, and house also had washers and dryers. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Hopefully we can go back again! I highly recommend!

Big Family Vacation

We had a large group of 18 consisting of my husband and our kids and my brother in law and his wife and kids. The property manager was friendly and communicative. The property was clean, gorgeous and absolute heaven. Could not have been better. (Unless we stayed longer) We hope to return next year.

It has been a wonderful environment for our family to share quality time together, and I would like to share this great space with other families. I spend most of the year in Minneapolis near my children and grandchildren. My favorite hobbies are horse riding in the nearby State Parks and Forests or swimming laps at the Community Aquatic Center.
