This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is a tropical paradise. Totally new renovation with a tropical setting, spacious private yard and pool deck area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Designer decorated, the comfortable living spaces are inviting and will make you feel welcome. The living room and bedrooms all have their own large HDTV televisions and wifi internet.The master bedroom has king size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. The third bedroom has a queen bed with the full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The private pool is heated and surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. Located in the Cove it is only 2 miles from the beach, fishing pier and seaside village. There are many restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and shopping including Target. It is 30 minutes away from City Place in West Palm Beach, Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Las Olas Blvd shopping area and the malls of Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes from all the Boca Raton shopping and restaurants.
A modern just totally redone living space in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The pool was very enjoyable. very clean home . There are some plumbing issues otherwise very comfortable home. I would have liked the patio area to have been blown off. Nice to sit out there but would have liked it cleaner on the outside

The backyard alone made the stay worth it. It was a private tropical oasis with the pool and the palm trees offering complete privacy. The home was lovely with the 3 bed/baths and the open living room/dining room/ kitchen set up was well apportioned. The central location put us close to everything we wanted. Whenever we reached out to Basil he was always quick in responding and took care of our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Well decorated, spacious living with thought put into each room. There was a couple of things which could do with being improved / better maintained but nothin that would ruin a stay. We had notified the host of these separately. We found the pool well heated and private and the kitchen very well equipped. It was close to target and the neighbourhood was nice. Would stay again for sure.

Overall a great house! Plenty of space. Clean and updated. Comfortable beds and a great family room for everyone to gather in! Loved spending the holidays here. Only downfall is that the landscaping seemed to be outgrown and the day before we arrived there was a wind storm that caused a decent amount of debris to cover the yard and pool. The front also needs some love with landscaping & cleanup. The owner was responsive to any questions we had while at the home. The time of year we went there is minimal sun by the pool - one corner- so something to consider if your group all wants sunshine! Enjoyed Christmas in Deerfield Beach!

Property was just as described. Perfect location only minutes for anything you’d want to do. (I.e., restaurants, beach, water sports, rentals, etc.). My husband any I had a wonderful stay and would stay in this property again.

Perfect in every way.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house was very clean and thoughtfully laid out, furnished and stocked. The pool and surrounding landscaping made for a private tropical oasis you can spend all week in.

Clean, modern home with very comfortable beds and a quiet, private backyard. The main issues were that the pool was often dirty from the palm trees and only lukewarm, and the shower water, especially in the master bedroom, was also never hot. Communication with the host was prompt, but not very solution-oriented, and the tone sometimes came across as dismissive, especially when we reported that the BBQ was not working despite confirming before arrival that it was in working order. We raised the issue early on the day we had guests, but help (a neighbour) arrived after 8 p.m., after dinner was already over. It's fine for a short stay if you will be out most of the time like we did, but I wouldn't choose it as my main vacation rental in this area.

From entering the front door to relaxing by the pool, this property is amazing. It's spa like atmosphere made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Really enjoyed our stay!

Our family of five had a very lovely 8-day stay for spring break. The house was immaculate and beautifully designed. Love the spacious kitchen and all the extra amenities. We made good use of the pool and spent a couple days at the nearby beach. Overall a terrific experience and we would definitely come back again! Thank you Basil!

Family Vacation

This was our third time renting this home. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was great. It’s just as advertised. The home is super clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We would definitely be returning in the future.

Never disappoints!

Stayed here two years ago and two weeks ago so this is our third stay. The house is just beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Basil is absolutely awesome and so accommodating. There’s no question we will be back!!!!

Excellent house

We stayed 10 days in the house and for us it was just a fantastic holiday. The house has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the pool. We had some questions which Basil answered very quickly. I can recommend this house to everybody, especially to families.

This home is an upscale private residence with a tropical, private back yard, heated pool, gourmet kitchen, two master bedrooms with en-suite, wifi, television in every bedroom plus living room, 3 total bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was designer decorated and has a warm inviting feel. It is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing vacation.

This home is comparable to staying at a high end resort. The location is east of US1 which is the best area of Deerfield Beach. The tropical private back yard is totally enclosed with tropical plants and privacy fence. The comfortable private seating areas allow both you and family to enjoy the outdoors and still have privacy. The pool is heated for your winter enjoyment if you so desire. The home has a gourmet kitchen if you are into cooking or if not there are over 300 restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Make your vacation a memorable one by booking this great home.
