Great Place

We had a nice stay here. It was close to the pool and beach. Also, there is a lazy river that is part of the resort just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge to the other part of the resort property.I really liked the convenience of the parking garage at my level, so we didn't have to use elevators coming and going form the resort.

Our condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for 5 of us! The amenities were nice as we had storms flying in late and having papertowels,soap,toiletries already there was helpful. Large Pool was cold when we visited but very nice. There was another pool that was heated that we used. Hot tub was always full. Maintenance guys there were always working and polite. We'll be back!

Awesome condo!

We really enjoyed our time at Destin West. It was nicer than the photosā€”bright, clean, modern, well-appointed. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach and the pools/ hot tubs. The location is very convenient to everything we wanted to do, and walking distance on the beach to a number of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Perfect Beach Stay

The condo was in amazing condition. Very clean, well stocked and very welcoming. Had no issues with check in or anything during our stay. Close proximity to entertainment, live music. Kids took full advantage of many pools and hot tubs. Beach service always great. Would stay again anytime!

AMAZING TRIP

We came down March 12-16 and during this time a line of terrible storms came through. With the 30mph winds and some rain, we still had an amazing time. The condo is great, the staff is great, the beach is beautiful and the atmosphere from town is great! There are so many options on where to go, what to do and where to eat. Everything is in close driving distance and some within walking. The condo has everything you need and more. It has a great ocean view. The pools are huge! We will be back!

Amazing Views!!

This condo is amazing on every level. Watching the sunset everyday was wonderful. The condo is very clean and plenty of space. Close to several restaurants, walking distance to the boardwalk and ice cream parlor across street. Amenities are fantastic and very well maintained. Will be back again

New favorite spot!

We normally stay at the Island Resort next door, but decided to give this a try since it had more space and we like to cook and feel at home. Well, it did exactly what we hoped for! We did expect to have another couple stay and share the expense, but they had to bail last min, but it was still worth it for us. Other than the June grass that lingered heavily preventing the usual clear water we're use to, it was a wonderful experience! We come every year so this will be one to book again!

Condo review

The condo was very pretty. Floor needed to be moped. Had to wear shoes or our feet would be black. Location was good. We enjoyed the pool & the lazy river. Also the wi-fi was really bad. Hard to watch TV with it constantly going out.

Perfect getaway

This was our first time to stay at this condo, but weā€™ve been long time visitors of the area. This is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, the amenities - heated pool, hot tub, lazy River - were amazing and enjoyed by all. This property was clean, cozy and perfect for a week tucked away from all the stresses of the world! We loved it here and hope to visit 404 again - it was such a great choice!

Spring Vacation

We've been staying at Destin West for about 15 years and worked with many owners and rental agencies. Coastal Vibes has been outstanding, seeing that all of our needs were met. We had one small issue and the maintenance staff was amazing. This was the first time we stayed in 404 Gulfside and we absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and organized and there were empty cabinets so we could put our food in. It's very obvious that the owners and Coastal Vibes take great pride in maintaining this home for others to enjoy! We will be back soon!

Picture Perfect!

This place was well stocked for our needs. More than enough room for our family of 5. Very clean and neat. We have been coming to the beach for several years now and this was first time to stay here. It was by far our favorite! Can't wait to book next year's vacation!

GREAT! G404 has clear fireworks view

Everything was in order, ready to go and perfect for our beach vacation. I brought 4 recent HS graduates and they were able to WALK to all the fun things nearby: beach, lazy river, arcade, restaurants, go-karts, etc. And the view from G404 is perfect for Wednesday fireworks from the pier and other patriotic holiday fireworks

Best location!

Weā€™ve stayed at this resort multiple times. This location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach! Elevators were located around the corner, the beach and pool access were right there, and the condo had all the necessary beach accessories. We forgot an ice chest and a chair, and they had one as well as all the sand toys, and extra board, and more. The condo was absolutely GORGEOUS with a great view of the beach and pier. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for the 4 of us. It was super clean and well equipped.
