The only thing I could possibly complain about and it was really no big deal was there was no salt or pepper or any spices in the rental. And as I’ve said it was no problem.I just wish I had known before checking in.

Great Place

We had a nice stay here. It was close to the pool and beach. Also, there is a lazy river that is part of the resort just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge to the other part of the resort property.I really liked the convenience of the parking garage at my level, so we didn't have to use elevators coming and going form the resort.

Awesome condo!

We really enjoyed our time at Destin West. It was nicer than the photos—bright, clean, modern, well-appointed. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach and the pools/ hot tubs. The location is very convenient to everything we wanted to do, and walking distance on the beach to a number of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Perfect Beach Stay

The condo was in amazing condition. Very clean, well stocked and very welcoming. Had no issues with check in or anything during our stay. Close proximity to entertainment, live music. Kids took full advantage of many pools and hot tubs. Beach service always great. Would stay again anytime!

Our condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for 5 of us! The amenities were nice as we had storms flying in late and having paper towels,soap,toiletries already there was helpful. Pool was cold when we visited but very nice.Maintenance guys there were always working and polite. We'll be back!

Excellent location

2021 vacation

The location was great. Easy to walk out to beach or to the pool. Easy access to go across the street to the lazy river. Easy check in procedures. Very enjoyable family vacation.

Amazing Views!!

This condo is amazing on every level. Watching the sunset everyday was wonderful. The condo is very clean and plenty of space. Close to several restaurants, walking distance to the boardwalk and ice cream parlor across street. Amenities are fantastic and very well maintained. Will be back again

The condo is exactly as described. Very nice decor and extremely comfortable. The resort is very kid friendly and there are things for everybody to enjoy. David is very easy to work with and had everything in order. I will certainly rent from him again when I'm in the area.

Perfect getaway

This was our first time to stay at this condo, but we’ve been long time visitors of the area. This is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, the amenities - heated pool, hot tub, lazy River - were amazing and enjoyed by all. This property was clean, cozy and perfect for a week tucked away from all the stresses of the world! We loved it here and hope to visit 404 again - it was such a great choice!

Amazing!

Everything was exactly as promised. Loved the two chairs and umbrella on the beach. The young men working on the beach were very gracious and accommodating. Loved the parking deck. Great location!
