Conveniently located in town, it is in the golf cart zone and is just minutes away from Port Aransas' dining, shopping, and entertainment. You will access the condo with a keycode, so there is no need to pick up a key.
The open living room and dining room provide space for you and your family to relax after a fun day in the sun. The large flat-screen TV in the living room offers both cable and streaming capability. There is a supply of board games and puzzles so you can enjoy some family fun or be all set for a rainy day.
You’ll have a choice of a Keurig or a regular coffee maker to fix your morning fuel, and the well-equipped kitchen is the perfect spot to cook your catch of the day. The balcony provides additional space to stretch out and enjoy the view and sea breeze.

Access to the beach is a breeze. A private boardwalk in the middle of the complex leads you over the dunes and to the beach, where you can spend your day playing in the sand and surf. This condo unit is conveniently close to the large, heated pool, where you can lounge while enjoying beautiful views of the dunes and Gulf of Mexico.
Take a break from the pool in the onsite game room, which offers foosball, ping-pong, air hockey, and a TV lounge area. Perfect for a family vacation or reunion, there are many shaded seating areas to gather, chat, and enjoy a drink with others. Your kids will enjoy the play structure, and you can enjoy lunch on the picnic tables or use the BBQ grills for a family cookout.
