This 8-person villa is a two-story villa and deliberately designed to overlook the sunrise, hence the reason it was named ‘’Iliahtida’’ which is translates as ‘sunbeam’ in Greek.
"Iliahtida" is essentially equipped to serve your desire for comfort. Sunrise-like shades inspired the first floor’s decoration while on the second floor the guest is surrounded by ocean-like colored walls. Its private pool encourages the swimmer to feel as if laying on the sea surface. Next to it you will find a fully equipped BBQ area to cook meals outdoors. What makes this house special is the exterior chill area where you can watch the colors of the sea alternate throughout the day.
The design of this house depicts our romantic mood, with lots of glass walls placed around the master bedroom, allowing for a view of the garden and the sea while resting in your two-person adjoining Jacuzzi tub. There is one more fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub, a second bedroom with two single beds, a spacious living room, as well as extra storage space next to the kitchen.
The upper floor consists of an elegant living room with comfy leather sofas and wide balconies to enjoy the endless sea view that stretches from Makry Gialos away to Ferma village. When the horizon clears, Koufonisi Island comes in view at your left. An open-plan area features a sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen that grants comfort and independence. There is a bedroom with a king-size bedroom bed and a twin bedroom along with a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub. The separate entrances of the two floors ensure the guests’ privacy.

Facilities:
Villa "Iliahtida" can affording an extra bed per floor (for an additional charge). High chairs and baby cots are also available upon request for free.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and all public areas, while electronic equipment comprised of sound-system, flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV and radio.
All kitchens are suitably equipped and include dining table, dish washer, toaster, water kettle, refrigerator, coffee and tea machine, four-element ceramic hob, oven, microwave, cookware and outdoor dining table.
Additional homeware appliances include: iron and iron board, hairdryer, bathtub, shower, private bathroom, laundry machine, spacious wardrobes in every room, feather pillows, latex mattresses, sofas and sitting rooms.
All rooms are air-conditioned at no additional charge and we can store your luggage for free.
We provide a full housekeeping, linens changing once a week and towels replacement twice a week. If you wish further cleaning services, you can arrange for them, an additional charge applied.
