We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place with lots of updates, easy access to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely come again.

We had a great stay! The pool access was great for kids and it couldn’t get any closer to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, and living room and sleeping quarters were nice!

Great property with balcony overlooking the ocean. Such a comfortable stay in a well maintained condo. You do need to bring your own bedding, towels, paper products, soaps, but that actually makes more of your own space. At first I thought this was a down side, but actually liked having our own bedding and towels in the end. The in unit washing machine and dryer was awesome as we were able to do laundry part way through our stay, since it rained through half of our stay and hanging the clothes to dry really was not an option. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will be back!

The condo was very well maintained and cleaned. Easy beach access and a small shopping area across the street. The host was very responsive when I had a question. Check in and out was quick and easy. Would recommend!

Beautiful view, great location. The beach was right out the back door, nice pool! About a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk. The beach was very quiet and not too busy. The room wasn’t the cleanest, we found a sock in the bathroom that wasn’t ours. Seems like the cleaners just cleaned surface level and not deep. Other than that, great for what we wanted!

Our stay

Our stay was phenomenal! we loved staying were we did it was our first stay and honestly would love to book again in the future! Our favorite part was listening to the waves from our balcony and the easy access to the beach and just a short drive to the boardwalk 10/10 stay!

Summer 2023

Classy with continental/travel decor. Perfect for a couple or small family with a super deck in a quiet condominium building. Easy beach access and convenient deck pool. We would absolutely book here again.

Very disappointing condo. The condo itself was beautiful, but it was filthy. The dirty linens and towels were left in by the previous renters. The bathroom wreaked of urine. We had to go purchase cleaning supplies and scrub the bathroom to get the odor out. The dryer in the unit was out of order and we were never notified. When you book a condo with certain amenities, it is expected they are in working order. We only brought limited amounts of towels, etc because we were planning on doing laundry. A lot of my time was spent doing laundry offsite which was not only inconvenient, but costly. Balcony had empty capri sun pouch on the floor. Sink had dried food in it. Not central AC, so the AC units themselves were very noisy. The single sleeping couch was in poor condition. No one could sleep on that for a week. I have been coming to OCMD for 13 years and never had an experience like this. Overall very unhappy with this condo due to lack of cleanliness. The only saving grace was the beautiful views from the balcony.

Hi Beth, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I am sorry that you experienced cleaning issues. We hire cleaning companies to clean the properties. If it is not cleaned to a guest's standards, we are always happy to send them back to make it right. The guest who checked out on the day that you checked in informed us that the dryer was not drying. It is my understanding that we called you to have the appliance man install the new part so it would be fully functional, and you would not permit them in the condo. You told us to fix it after your departure. We always want everyone to have a wonderful vacation experience when renting through us. I see the owner did compensate you for the inconvenience.

Beach Condo

The property was adorable. Loved the beachy boho feel. It was a great space and four of us were very comfortable on rainy days that we were stuck indoors. Access to the beach doesn’t get nicer than this. The balcony view was perfection. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

Other than cloudy and cool weather, our stay was lovely. Condo was beautifully decorated & very clean. Location was good. Check-in was very easy. We only had a few hours of beach sun on one day but lesson learned…May weather in OC can be “iffy”. We love the area and will be back soon!

Everything we hoped for

We stayed mid May 2023. When we opened the door and saw the Ocean we were sold! It is nicely decorated and has a very interesting selection of books. The kitchen is well equipped and had some things we weren’t expecting (like an Insta pot and an immersion blender). Enjoyed watching the foxes on the beach at night. Saw dolphins during the day. We would definitely stay here again

Getaway

Very welcoming! Clean, kitchen items, silverware, cups etc. Very modern furniture, matress on platform. Loved the porch and deco. Only negative was the sofa, not what we hoped for, with being middle aged.

Property is OK

The apartment is nicely located. The den cannot be used as a place to sleep, as there is a big desk in the room and is extremely hot. The property wasn’t as clean as it should have been, as there was sand on the floors from the previous visitors, as well as hair in the sink. Finally, you have to stock it with everything, down to the sheets. I’ve never had to do that before.

Would recommend

Nice place, great view, lots of parking! The place is AS SHOWN, aka very nice inside! Would consider it again, but not having electronic door locks is a bother bc you have to go 50 streets to pickup up / drop off keys. Also, the front bunk room (which correctly is not marked as a bedroom) with a trundle bed gets VERY HOT when you operate the adjoining master bedroom's A/C. My son had to sleep elsewhere on a very warm day bc the duct work taking hot air from the bedroom AC outdoors was billowing heat. I do appreciate the fan, but it was a lot for him.

Sleep not listed correctly.

Not listed correctly on Vrbo. No trundle bed. Just an extra mattress to throw on the floor. Couch bed doesn’t not have a mattress. If someone is going down expecting to sleep six this condo will not work. Suggest updating the listing or get a mattress for the couch.

Thank you taking the time to review our property. There is a sleep sofa in the property. It is the new type that you pull out the slats and flatten cushions to make a bed. Beautiful unit, bigger than expected, Location was perfect! Pool was great and direct access to beach/rinse facilities. Remember to bring linens, paper products & ice trays, but everything else you’ll need is already stocked. Check in/out is right off the Rt90 bridge, so about 55blocks south of the unit - quick&easy processes. Grocery stores and restaurants are walkable. We had a mini-Salisbury U (class of ‘03!) reunion and it was a blast- highly recommend!

Perfect

This property was amazing. The parking was on site and plenty of it. The pool and deck area were clean and well kept. This unit was beautiful. Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, clean , great views and the best balcony.

Great views

Was great waking up each morning and relaxing on balcony while the sun came up. Plenty of restaurants across the street. Inside all new and had amenities.
