Great little hidden gem. Perfect in every way!! The property owner was onsite and available. Property was clean and welcoming. Great bargain! Very close to the west end of Glacier. I highly recommend this little gem. Best value you will find!

Good stay

Laura is a wonderful host! Was quick to respond and accommodated us for an early check in. The condo is clean, as described. Great location,Will stay again when we come back to the area.

Glacier vacation

Great property for a trip to Glacier National Park. The property was very nice and had everything that you would need. It was a great location with just a short distance to West Glacier. I highly recommend.

Everything was just as the listing said. Very clean. Very spacious. Excellent location. Nearby everything, but out of the town noise and traffic.

Perfect stay near Glacier

We can’t say enough great things about our stay. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. When we arrived the cabin was exactly as pictured, clean and had everything you could think of. Coolers, ice packs, a full kitchen, plenty of towels for the week. Beds were so comfortable. Location is perfect! Minutes from Glacier, Columbia Falls and close to Whitefish to enjoy dinner in the evening. We loved our stay at Lazy Bear!

Glacier Stay

Check in was very easy and the details were given ahead of time. Everything was very clean. Only problem was that there wasn’t a hair dryer, but no big deal at all. Not really the host’s fault. Someone must’ve stole it.

Best lodging near Glacier National Park

Our family had a great stay at the Lazy Bear Lodging, and I can't recommend this place highly enough! It is just minutes drive away from the west entrance of Glacier National Park, so it was an excellent base for our trip. We stayed here for three nights, and it felt just like home for us. Our kids totally enjoyed the little playing area in the backyard. Laura is a fantastic host, she was very prompt with every single question we asked. She was thoughtful enough to keep a few kid toys in the living room, which our kids had a lot of fun playing with. She was also kind enough to supply us with step stools for our kids - can't thank her enough for her hospitality! We will definitely consider it again next time we visit Glacier National Park.

Perfect stay just west of GNP

The Christiana's keep these cabins in top shape, everything was extremely clean. Gas grill was perfect for saving a couple bucs. Host Laura was always quick to respond to my many emails even after our stay. You can't go wrong staying here. Just minutes from the west gates of glacier and in my opinion Hungry Horse is the best town in the area. Also my thanks to keeping a can of bear spray for us to borrow, we nearly needed it. It was an amazing vacation we saw moose, bears (one too close), deer, goats, sheep, osprey, eagles and tons of little critters. Only thing missing was a golden eagle oh well next time. We will definitely be planning to stay here on our next visit. The comfiness of this cabin is perfect to come back to after a long day of hiking or rafting.

Very clean, well stocked, family-friendly cabin that's close to glacier natl park entrance! The huckleberry jam that was provided was such a sweet check-in gift. The toddler toys and school aged games were perfect for our kids. Also VERY reasonable check-out instructions.Would definitely recommend to families looking to explore the area.

Family Glacier Getaway

We had an outstanding time staying at Lazy Bear Lodge! The location to Glacier National Park was excellent, and it was a short drive to restaurants and gas stations. The property was very clean inside; we had everything we needed. It was a warm week, close to 90 degrees each day. We couldn't believe the cabin stayed cool during the day with just the curtains pulled, but it did. The fans worked to move some air, ceiling fans would be my only suggestion to make it better. All appliances worked well and were so clean. The decor was really delightful. We appreciated the provided bear spray to take on our hikes. We did encounter bears twice while hiking, but luckily never had to use the spray. We made such awesome family memories and can't wait to go back to Montana!!!

Visit to Glacier National Park

We had a wonderful stay at Bear Den. The communications with Laura were great and highly responsive. The cabin was immaculate, for someone who is very fussy about cleanliness. The cabin was well-equipped for cooking our meals and beautifully decorated. Great location for Glacier National Park. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Excellent cabin

The Bear Den at Lazy Bear Lodge is amazing! Everything needed is provided, even a fantastic view. The drive to Glacier National Park is short and easy. It is also close enough to groceries. The property is completely updated and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and super communicators.

Bears bears everywhere!

Our family loved staying in the Bear Den! My kids loved their room and all the bear decorations. Cozy and great location for traveling to west glacier. Definitely recommend!
