This Luxury 3 storey boutique art-house situated in the heart of the historical area of Athens. Relax after a long day and enjoy the breath-taking views from your own private 50m terrace of Acropolis, Hadrian's Library & Lycabettus. Or take in some sun on the sun loungers. Chill in the open plan living room, kitchen dining area to the ground floor. The first floor has two double bedrooms with two separate bathrooms. The courtyard has wrought iron table and chairs for you to have coffee or breakfast. This 1920's listed property, recently underwent a high level contemporary refurbishment mixing new and old, while maintaining its charm and character that was featured in many old Greek movies which were shot at the house.

The house is equipped with a large gas/electric oven, espresso maker, toaster, sandwich toaster, steamer, milkshake maker and all the necessary kitchen essentials. We also have a crib (upon request we can also provide a steriliser if needed).

The internal stair leads to the first floor bedrooms and then up to the private terrace. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed (Europe Standards) In addition there is a folding single bed if needed.
