Located at the heart of Summit County, Frisco is a great choice in the winter (drive or bus to all of Summit County’s great ski areas) and summer (hiking, biking, Lake Dillon and more). And guests at Mountainside Alpineview Condo have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. Your group will love this place!

This comfortable 2-bedroom+loft, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight people. The living area features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a fun day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to keep the gang fed and happy, with seating for four at the dining table and room for four more at the breakfast bar. And you’ll love stepping out onto the balcony to take in the beautiful forest and mountain views!

Other amenities include central laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Nice unit with great amenities available onsite for family to utilize during downtown. Great location to hit up the slopes, trails, & hot springs. Minutes away from everything you need. Communication was superb with staff. Comfortably slept 4 adults and two kids ages 17 & 10. Would not recommend more than 6 persons. Would stay again.

The location and clubhouse were awesome. The condo shows it's age like most of Frisco, but has been kept up very well.

Great family vacation spot

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s in a good location near shops and restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed to accommodate us. The property manager was also very good at communicating with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

It was a great place to relax after hiking and all the amenities were as described. The multiple bedrooms helped everyone have their own space and the kitchen was well stocked with the tools needed for meals. The balcony towards the mountain was a great feature while drinking coffee in the morning outside. Highly recommend this property and will plan another vacation with a stop at this location.

Perfect location / tucked away

I loved the layout of the property. The kitchen is slightly outdated but you can only ask for so much in a rental unit. I would book this unit again for sure.

Great Stay for Ski Trip

Great centralized location to hit Breck, Key, and Vail. Good amenities, and hosting company was super responsive. For example the 2 humidifiers they provided were both broken, so they sent us/delivered 2 brand new humidifiers same day, no problem! Great service

Great mountain side condo

Close enough to Main Street Frisco to walk, but far enough away to have peace and quiet and an amazing mountain view from the balcony. The condo is old, but kept in great shape, and was very affordable per night for a place that sleeps 4 comfortably. It was perfect for our group to stay while hiking the area. The Mountainside neighborhood clubhouse features some great amenities including an indoor pool, three outdoor hot tubs, and a sauna. If you're hiking all day, it's so nice to go use these! Really enjoyed our time here.

Mountainside Stay in Frisco

This property was perfect for a quick getaway with our kids before school started. The location was close enough to Main Street to walk and close to the trailhead for Rainbow lake. The rental was very clean and the check in/out process could not have been easier. The property manager checked in with me several times during our stay to make sure everything was good and to answer any questions that we might have had. It was great having access to the club house on the property as we used the pool and outdoor hot tubs almost every day. We are looking forward to staying here again on future visits.

The condo was clean and everything that we needed for cooking amd eating was there. We will stay in these condos again when we return to ski at Copper. My kids loved the bunkbeds and the loft above. Nice place to stay. Staff was also very friendly.

The only negative was it was on the third floor and by the end of the week we were tired of making the grip up and down on the stairs. It was a slight walk to Main Street.

Great property go direct

The company that manages this property prefers to communicate through text messages which is less professional than the operator of the overall property, which is onsite. The unit's ducts are very dirty, and the unit could use a deep cleaning and update of the furniture. Nice but dated. Be aware: this is a third floor unit, no elevator.

Perfect location!

Perfect location for skiing at all major ski resorts. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets. Tons of towels and toiletries. Even two humidifiers! Fireplace was nice and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. Living room was a bit crowded with the round table and five chairs. Just needs a few upgrades to lighting (arriving after dark was tricky with no hallway lighting) and upgrades to bathrooms (toilets super low and faucets sprayed everywhere) and kitchen (fridge froze all of my veggies). But a really lovely place, just missing some of those nicer upgrades.

Frisco Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this rental between Christmas and New Years. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. There were 5 adults and that was the perfect number- I would not recommend any more adults. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk. The loft has a twin bed with extra mattress. The unit is managed by a rental company rather than an individual owner. Overall it fit our needs and was close to downtown Frisco's restaurants and shops and you can get to Breckenridge, Copper or Keystone in 15-25 minutes. Some of the cons are:the unit does not have a washer/dryer, and it is on the third floor of the condo complex. The kitchen could be more well equipped with pots/pans and cooking utensils. The wifi internet was sometimes slow and spotty. The unit is outdated- looks like 70's or 80's- but was clean.
