Charming Victorian-Style Guest House

This large 3700 sg. ft. Victorian-style home is in a quiet neighborhood only 1 mile from Downtown Cody. The home has a total of 4 charming bedrooms with 8 beds total which can sleep up to 10 people total (our local rules allow only 10), 3.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, large kitchen with a ranch-style oven, dishwasher, and fridge. Wifi, Big screen TV with access to Netflix. Keurig coffee machine & also traditional coffee pot; washer and dryer are all available for guest use on the Guest Counter with purified water, organic cereal & fruit, tea and fridge with organic eggs and Greek yogurts!

There is a spacious front yard with a porch swing, beautiful flowers and a back patio perfect for enjoying the Cody skies. Free street parking is available for guests.

Summer 2021 - Darling Duchess has a New Queen Sleigh bed with Ultra Plush Queen Mattress Set plus a New Twin Daybed with Ultra Plush Mattress!

Knights Quarters has a brand new Ultra Plush Mattress Set for the beautiful antique mahogany bed!

Royal Splendor has a brand new Iron Queen Bed with Ultra Plush Mattress Set and a new Ultra Plush Twin Mattress for the Daybed!

Victorian King has a brand new Charming Iron Bunkbed for a Master Family Room!

Every bedspread, pillow liner & all linens are washed after every guest for your protection.

Outdoors you have 6 solar powered, motion-detector lights for an easy lit entrance, no matter how late you arrive.

Indoors, you have a Vivint Security System including security lights & smoke detectors & carbon monoxide detectors.

The guests call this home “The Haven”. Come & Enjoy! *Please note - When the Guest House is not occupied, I have a sweet King Charles Cavalier 10-year old dog who lives in my office in the house. She is not in the house while you visit.But, if you have allergies, please note.No other pets are allowed. City of Cody STR-C-013-R2-0-S

Wonderful stay

Home was exactly as described and extremely comfortable. Plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. Patti is absolutely delightful and a most generous host. Very attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

The check in process with Patti was welcoming and informative. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.It is obvious that Patti enjoys decorating and her love for her faith is apparent.Although we brought our own breakfast, the provided breakfast items were a kind gesture.The coffee pods may make it easy cleanup, and we love having a larger pot for the drip coffee that we so love.Thank you, Patti, for your hospitality and providing a welcoming stay.

Great owner and property, especially for big families. A little hot inside during our stay, but the weather was abnormally hot those days. Owner hosts with a personal touch---this isn't a hotel-like venue. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful warm welcome!

The property owner was very accommodating to us. Not all of our group arrived at the same time and she was welcoming to the first and the last arrivals. Not really big on having cameras in the property. I get the need but… I like control over my privacy. Nice rooms comfortable beds and is filed with treasures galore!! We enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay

The property is in an excellent location. Close to the center of town but in a very quite neighborhood. We walked into town for dinner a couple of times. The house has 4 bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. The other two share another large bathroom. This was the main reason we chose this place. There were 3 couples in our group and we prefer separate bathrooms. We really enjoyed sitting on the large front porch talking and watching the deer which made several visits. We also used the backyard patio and gas grill. The owner is very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. We will stay here again if we return to Cody.

Charming place with generous owner

Patti is extremely wellcoming, her home, so well equiped, is generously offered to you, so you feel at home away from home ! Fruits and drinks, milk etc in the fridge, all the bedrooms have empty closets so you can put your things comfortably. Available at any time to help if needed, respecting your privacy, allways smiling et cheerful. She is really a special person. It is like her guests are her best friends. Our best stay away from home ever ! I loved the porch and also the possibility of having your meal outside behind the house in the little garden when you can see a couple of elk crossing by as you are having your breakfast. Cody is a wonderful place to visit. Being at Patti's makes it a dream.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the host was very attentive and went above and beyond our needs. The house was very clean and the new beds were comfortable. The house is large and can accommodate 11 people easily. The patio and porch were very comfortable to hang out and visit with family. Overall the house is a very cheerful experience.

Most excellent hostess!

Patti was phenomenal! Kept us updated prior to our arrival on Yellowstone road closings, etc. very helpful. House was perfect for us, just loved it. Will definitely stay here again in the future. What a great place to stay! Beds were soooo comfortable.

Great house for the price

Patti is a great home owner that is always there whenever you need to ask a question. She is really knowledgeable of the area events and what is good to see while in Cody. Would recommend this property to all people wanting to vacation in Cody.

Lovely older home

This is a lovely older home that has been updated (the new bedding is wonderful!!). The bathrooms and kitchen are stocked with everything you need -including coffee and breakfast food-( although we were not there long enough to cook). The back patio was a cool, peaceful place for morning coffee or breakfast. Patti is a charming and gracious hostess. She met us at the home to give us a tour at check-in and texted us a list of things to do and see in the Cody area beforehand-I only wish our stay could have been longer!

This is a beautiful, tree-covered, kind, safe, peaceful area in an amazing small town - sitting near many different mountain ranges - 50 miles from the Yellowstone East Gate❤️
Cody is filled with special things to do - The nightly Rodeo, The Buffalo Bill Museum, Old Trail Town, River Rafting, a fabulous Rec Center with pools, pickleball, basketball and a wonderful workout gym.

Many guests call the guest house “A Haven”. The front porch in the morning amongst all the flowers, viewing the immense trees, with the sun shining - is true perfection for the soul❤️
The back patio is more about the bbq grill, a playhouse, flowers and a bit of antique enchantment❤️
Each bedroom is named and has unique decor & color scheme. Knights Quarters is full of antique furniture and is somewhat a “guy’s museum”.
Victorian King features a huge gorgeous high iron bed with curtain type canopy. It is absolutely drama❤️. We have added in iron bunkbeds with a house style design and good mattresses, so even adults can enjoy. Sometimes, you will find American Dolls decorating this room. It also features a private bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Darling Duchess features Laura Ashley wallpaper, quilts, towels - with children and bunnies decor - a lovely feeling room with a private bathroom. A beautiful white queen sleigh bed plus a wicker daybed with great mattresses make the stay wonderful ❤️
Royal Splendor features purple carpet, a queen iron bed, a twin iron daybed, and a farmhouse chic feel.
A beautiful black jacuzzi tub bathroom is shared by Royal Splendor @ Knights Quarters.
As a 29-year Professional Wellness Consultant, I have provided cotton sheets & quilts, organic coffee, tea, fruit, cereal, milk, cream and coconut sugar plus free & clear safe laundry detergent.
I also provided purified water❤️. I’m always careful to pass along healthy options whenever possible to my guests❤️
