The home is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, including a stocked kitchen, cozy living room, WIFI and parking for two Vehicles.

Step outside and walk directly to Chair Lift #4 for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, or enjoy hiking and biking among the fragrant pines of the San Bernardino National Forest during warmer months. Super Summit Location

Much bigger than we thought and couldnā€™t be happier with the location and proximity to the mountain. Only recommendation Iā€™d have is a new tea kettle!

The property is fine with a beautiful view and is within walking distance of the rental shop and slopes. Just a nice reminder: come earlier for check-in (before 4:00 pm in our case) to check if Wi-Fi works properly, as we got the wrong username and password and had to wait the following day to make it fix. Overall, you cannot beat the proximity to the slopes and free parking spaces

I have an 8 and 14 year old boys, and a 9 year old girl. The kids bedroom was a little too small but, over all we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Location

This unit in the Snow Summit Townhouses worked well for our family of 4. It could definitely use some upgrades, but the pictures shown are accurate. A stress-free walk to the ski slopes without having to worry about parking on a busy Saturday morning was ABSOLUTELY worth not staying in a more luxurious property. We were not sent check in instructions until it was too late, even after requesting it from the property owner twice. Thank goodness I remembered a review on another site mention that the office was in unit #44, or I don't know what we would have done, since we arrived after dark. Despite that, the office staff were very nice and helpful at both check in and check out. Some other things to note... most of the cookware was pretty worn out. There was no cookie sheet or dish soap. The hairdryer did not work. The master bed was creaky and too soft for me. All in all, I would definitely stay in these townhouses again, but may pick a different, higher priced unit.

Snow Summit - Quick and Easy

The property has quick access to Snow Summit which was ideal for us. Parking with a rear mounted bike rack was a little nerve wracking in the small lot but easy enough to manage. The rental and check-in / check-out processes were easy. The rental office was friendly and helpful even with after- hours check-in.
