Great little getaway

We stayed here while in town attending a Clemson football game and it was perfect. Had everything we needed and such a beautiful area. Would love to come back when it’s warmer and take advantage of the golfing, lake, and much more.

Nice quiet place! Very relaxing.

We had never booked any property online before and we were pleased with how easy things went. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It's was relaxing. Enjoyed the lake there and the surrounding areas. We're looking forward to coming back!!

The property was very clean. The only thing we would suggest is a more updated decor. It was a bit dated, but very comfortable!

Amazing

The house was amazing, definitely gave the warm home feeling. Had everything to accommodate out needs. Loved the area, very beautiful! Definitely recommend for anyone to stay here and we will definitely stay here again in future visits. Thank you so much for allowing your home to give us such a great and much needed week away.

Clemson family weekend

We had a great stay! We were in town for Clemson family weekend. We loved where this house is located. Just far enough away from all the craziness of in town. But also close enough to enjoy everything we wanted to. The house is very clean and comfortable. And the neighborhood is beautiful. Loved all the views! Will definitely book again. All pics and listings are exactly what you will get.

Loved It

The condo was clean and bright. The large windows overlooking the trees and golf course were amazing. The community and amenities were just perfect. We did sleep in the loft, because the bed on the main floor was too soft for us. We still loved it!

Keowee Condo Stay

This condo was charming and had the essentials. Location was convenient in that it was 20 minutes to Clemson. The only thing is that it was advertised as lake view, but we couldn’t see the lake from the condo. We saw the golf course.

3 day stay

We were a little disappointed with our stay, the place was clean, but there seemed to be a little bit of a smell. Also, the amount of rules for check out was quite a bit. Overall in was an ok place, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Hi Brenda, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We were quite surprised to read your review as neither the cleaning team nor ourselves detected any odors either before or after your stay. Furthermore, no previous guests have not reported any odor- As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, such as leaving the dirty laundry and bedding in a pile, starting the dishwasher, putting the trash in the can outside, and putting the keys back in the lockbox, as part of checkout. Convenient

We stayed a week at this condo while looking for a house in the general area. Location was very convenient. We liked looking out over the golf course and the Keowee Club golf was nice, meals were good. Kitchen, dining and FR were fine. Very small bathrooms, queen bed made it tight for two adults. Closets were packed with stuff and towels were minimal.

Beautiful location with great amenities

The house was amazing, everything you need for a great stay. A very quiet neighborhood and very easy to get around. The fact you are allowed to have dogs there was great as we love to travel with the dogs whenever possible, the only negative was the phone call after we had already booked asking for the pet fee in addition to the already booked fees... every other rental we have made for New Years in the past 5 years was already included before confirming. This was not clear before booking and was a sneaky way to get an additional $100 out of us.

Loft

Loft bathroom was built under the slope of the roof. The shower was very tight. Adult male reported that shaving in the shower was not possible since raising arms caused elbows to hit the enclosure.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Our listing reflects the layout of the home, though we’re sorry if this caught you off-guard. We pride ourselves on being transparent and accommodating to all guests and would have been more than happy to walk you through the exact layout of the home before you booked.- These condo units were designed with only one bathroom, however, to provide a separate bathroom for our upstairs guests, a bathroom was added in the only possible location, due to plumbing. We understand it is small and feel it's better than not having a bathroom at all for our upstairs guests. We’re sorry about the inconvenience you experienced with the loft bathroom.- We hope you keep us in mind for your future travels. We’d love to host you the next time you visit! Cute, quiet and relaxing

Nice little condo on the golf course. It was very comfortable and had all we needed for a long weekend on Lake Keowee. There were plently of household items to feel at home, such as a fully stocked kitchen, bath towels and soaps. The back deck offered a beautiful view that we really enjoyed. The condo was clean, but bath mats were not and it seems the comforter isn’t washed in between guests. Not that it looked dirty, but I felt it should be washed after each guest. Other than those very minor details, it had everything we needed. Amy, the property manager, was fantastic at communication and was on top of things! Thank you for a lovely stay. We would for sure come back.

Review of Lake Keowee

The owner was very nice & communicated well with us for the most part. We had a nice stay, but there were a few small issues as follows: 1.) The unit below us had construction activities going on all day until about 6:00 pm that we weren't aware of before the stay & it was loud most of the day. 2.) We weren't aware of the Golf Course being closed on Wednesday afternoons, which was the time we were planning on playing. 3.) The amenities were good except for the very small & tight 2nd floor bathroom. The lake itself was awesome & we were able to rent a boat and had a great time.

Hi Mike, the homeowner would like to share the following: "We are sorry about the construction in the unit below. We had previously been in contact with that owner, who had advised us that most of the heavy work had been completed and that his crew would be leaving each day at 4:00 PM. We will address this. I was also not aware that the golf course is closed on Wednesdays. Yes, the bathroom on the second floor is small, but exactly as pictured in the listing. Most of these units do not have a second bathroom, but this one, although small, was added so that guests upstairs would have a separate bathroom space. We're glad that you enjoyed the lake!"
