This upscale property has never been available for rentalā€¦.until now! Stunning kitchen with gorgeous mahogany cabinetry and high end stainless appliances. Open great room with large L-shaped screened lanai. Lie in your bed with an amazing panoramic view of the beach, and sleep to the sound of the surf. Beautiful designer furniture and custom bed linens await you. Every thing you can imagine in a vacation rental is hereā€¦..and more. This property has been designed and equipped for the owner's use, and now it is available to guests.
Paniolo Hale is often referred to the finest location on the island. Situated in a grove of old majestic trees, and lush landscaping, it is oasis on this dry and sunny side of the island. Upon entering Paniolo Hale, you will feel at home, and be enveloped in the beautiful flowers everywhere on the property.
There are two large bedrooms, both facing the ocean. The upper bedroom has its own bath, two queen beds, and an ocean view lanai to enjoy that early morning coffee. The master suite is on the first floor and opens onto the screened lanai. This is the largest floor plan available. It lives and feels like a house. There are no other units above you, and your front door is a private entry. Park right in front without any long walks to carry luggage and groceries. Close by is the BBQ area to prepare meals.
The furnishings are tropical in feel, and comfortable to sit in.
Everything is set for that special vacation in paradise. Life just doesn't get any better than this.

Had a relaxing week here. Endangered Monk seals use the beach in front. Loved watching the sunsets then staying on the beach for the stars to come out.

Peaceful Paradise

We loved staying at this property! It is a well-equipped condo in a quiet complex (with nice neighbors) on a lovely beach. There is no AC - but you can open all the walls/windows and get wonderful breezes and ocean sounds (and porch and windows are all screened). Upstairs gets a bit warmer but the upper deck is wonderful for star gazing. We stayed in August, when the surf was calm and were able to swim and snorkel easily - and see monk seals and spinner dolphins. There is a pool on site, but it has a TON of bees. The office has a book share/swap. The defunct Sheraton next door still has a little general store - which was great when we ran out of milk. Scott was super responsive and gave us recommendations and tips about Molokai. We (me, spouse, 11-yr old and 15-yr old) would happily stay here again. Wonderful experience.

Well-equipped and great location

We spent Christmas week in this beautiful condo. It exceeded our expectations. Both bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds. The kitchen had EVERYTHING including well-sharpened good knives. There are 5 beaches within a 10 minute walk, great sunset views and a comfortable couch. Our only quibble is that there was construction going on everyday on the outside of the condo next to us but that is a non-controllable thing. Highly recommend and we hope to come back.

The best location on Molokai

This is an extremely comfortable property that gave my husband and myself, and our two young adult sons plenty of room. The wrap-around deck can be accessed on the first floor through multiple doors that open wide. The view from the deck upstairs is really wonderful. (The view downstairs is lovely too). The kitchen is well-stocked with pans, dishes, cloth napkins, etc. We are family that loves to cook, and cooking was easy and fun. The unit felt like a real family used it---not like a sterile rental. N.B. It has a beach house feel, not a high-end luxury condo feel, which was perfect. The west end of the island, like much of Molokai, has suffered from the recession, drought, and then the pandemic, and there were properties that we passed on our drives and hikes that had been abandoned or at least very much neglected. Paniolo Hale in contrast looked maintained. We loved our stay--the beaches, the hikes, the water activities, and especially the people we met. I hope we can return. If we do, we will definitely stay at Paniolo Hale again!

Amazing!

This property felt like a Swiss Family Robinson treehouse overlooking the beach. The sounds of the many types of birds and ocean waves were a constant reminder to relax, enjoy, and be in the moment. As all the other reviews stated, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment (and decent cutlery which I find rare in rentals). The bedding was as advertised, super comfortable! We had the beautiful beaches that are walking distance from the condo mostly to ourselves if not for a few others. You will not find more beautiful beaches with so few people anywhere else in the world! Believe me we have tried! If you are lucky enough to to stay here, you will understand the magic this place has on you! Hope to return. My only suggestions for the management would be a counter top dish rack and maybe a crockpot. Be sure to stop at the Molokai Ranch coop for some tasty cuts of meat and support the local ranchers!

Paradise Found!

My husband and I spent an amazing week at this property. The views speak for itself. We spent the nights star gazing on the second floor balcony and then went back down to the master bedroom to fall asleep to the sound of waves. We both love to cook and this was the BEST fully stocked kitchen weā€™ve been in. Every pot, pan, accessory and gadget you could need to make a gourmet meal. Also, my husband is tall, 6ā€™5ā€ and most rentals have standard height shower heads, which he needs to bend down to get under. This shower head was high enough he fit under it. There was nothing we needed or would have changed, this place was PERFECT! We visit MolokaŹ»i every year and hope to be able to stay here again.

Such a beautiful vacation home!

We were right on the ocean where seals crawl out of water and join you on the beach. We the beaches almost totally to ourselves. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Scott is great to coordinate with and such a nice man. I highly recommend this for a majical time that you will never forget.

What a great stay. A few issues, all minor. Very open which and was refreshing. I'll remember this place fondly. One night we heard what we believe to be a seal. No AC, which was a concern. We went in July, occasionally was a bit warm but was fine, and I run hot. This place was excellently furnished and nice. We would love to go again.

Exceptional!

Better than expected. Took our breath away as soon as we entered. Fully stocked home, even included beach chairs, boogie boards, kites & snorkels. Very comfortable beds, inviting living area and a lanai that begs to be lounged in. The views are awe-inspiring! Thank you! We will be back!

The view is spectacular from this comfortable condo

From the condo, it's a short and beautiful walk down to the beach. We saw whales everyday. Locals came to surf. Gentle breezes blew from the ocean through this lovely condo. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable, so it was great to sit and relax in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking our dinners and eating out on the lanai overlooking the ocean. Molokai is a very special place on earth where the people are friendly and enjoy a quality of life.

Incredible Property Away From Everything

We had a great trip and greatly enjoyed our stay. We stayed the week of July 4th and it was very quiet and not even remotely crowded. Great place to stay for some R&R. The lanai was one of our favorite places to relax. Pool was nearby, grill was right across the parking lot and the unit had everything we needed for the week! Looking forward to coming back again!

Fabulous Condo

My husband and I spent two weeks in H4 this spring. This was our 4th visit to Molokai and by far the best unit we have stayed in. We especially loved the screened porches that allowed us to keep the doors open all day and night and being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves at night. The unit had everything we needed and was large and luxurious for the two of us, we loved choosing between the upper deck for sun or the lower screened lanai for total relaxation. The complex itself is peaceful and lovely, beautiful beaches near by, wonderful walks and friendly neighbors. One cannot go wrong here.

Fantastic Molokai Property

My wife and i spent a week on Molokai and were fortunate enough to stay at this delightful condo. The furnishings are plush yet comfortable with a Tommy Bahama theme and the beach is steps away. It's pretty quiet on the West end of the island as the resort next door closed down and the nearest restaurant is about 15-20 minutes away. We were looking for secluded beaches and a peaceful retreat so this was more than we could have hoped for. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Relaxing in Molokai

We came to relax and got just what we wanted. Beautiful place to stay, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises, snorkeling, awesome beaches.......... The condominium is wonderful. We had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is well stocked and outfitted. The entire space is comfortable and welcoming. Very private and quiet. We heard a symphony of birds every morning and saw seals on the beach every afternoon. What more could you ask for? We will be sad to leave tomorrow.

Beautiful luxury 2-story on the west end!

If you are looking to stay on the West End of Molokai, near the beautiful beaches, then this is it! I love to travel with high-end luxury accommodations. This is not easy to accomplish on Molokai as the homes are older and and it's quite expensive to upgrade homes and condos here. Well this owner has taken care of it all! When you walk in, your eyes are immediately drawn to the bright blue ocean, literally an expansive view that can be seen standing at the front door! And it only gets better from there. The lanai wraps around two sides of the lower level. It is open to the living areas which provides a wonderful island breeze throughout. And even the ground level is elevated so you are high above the condo to the front and side, resulting in complete privacy. Great for kids and it was sooo quiet, we didn't hear ANYONE around us the entire stay, so we truly felt like we were in a single family home! Be sure to explore the entire island if possible! We hiked to Halawa falls on the east end, and the drive was not bad at all! We would definitely stay here again! PROS: Coffee maker, Keurig machine, Espresso machine Chef's dream kitchen with literally EVERYTHING you need plus more to cook whatever you wish Kitchen appliances VERY nice Luxury furniture and bedding Stocked with all necessities Refrigerator off the master bedroom, stocked with all kinds of beers and liquor you could want Nice washer and dryer stocked with detergent Beach towels, beach chairs, cooler Wifi, Cable with On Demand, and TVs in every room (not that you'll have much time for TV, but nice to have at night!) Beautiful Ocean Views Steps away from the nicest white sand beaches on Molokai Make Horse Beach is also steps away, which has a great tide pool for the kids! CONS: Bugs (we saw geckos, spiders, termites, ants, and beetles in the condo, but you can't really escape this anywhere on the island)
