Villa Marina is Brand New just build Luxury property. With total of 8 Luxury suits. 7 one bedroom suits and one 2 bedroom suit . Each suite have its own kitchen and full washroom. From second floor you have a sea view and you can see entire hotel zone. Only steps away from Famous beaches of Aruba. Each bedroom got 2 twin beds witch easily can be moved in one king bed . We have cleaning and cooking services available for additional cost and also Rental car packages.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised and we had an amazing time. Our group of 14 included 3 different families with adults and teenagers. Everyone had their own space, which made our stay so much more enjoyable when all getting ready in the evening. It was honestly like having our own private hotel. In addition, the property manager, Edward, was an exceptional communicator. We had an issue with our flight being cancelled and he was able to accommodate us for another night, get us a van on short notice, and helped us to arrange another rental if we were going to continue to be on the island. I was so thankful! I would highly recommend this property!

Family/Girls Trip of 12. The rooms were clean and beautiful! The Pool was beautiful and nicely lit at night for evening swimming. Ton was very nice, he assisted everyone with their luggage and drove us to the airport. A very nice touch was being able to rent the Host 12 passenger van.I would definitely be coming back!

The host was welcoming and very helpful. The facility had the perfect number of rooms and beds for our group of 14. I would have given it 5 stars if there had been adequate hot water and a table that seated 6-8 in the larger unit where there was a bigger kitchen. The bathrooms looked wonderful but I never used the full shower capabilities because I never had hot water. A few people said they got hot water but mine was always a little less than luke warm. The water pressure cut off water in some units if someone was showering in another unit. The only gathering space was a covered outdoor area with tables, but it was fine when it wasn't raining which it only did occasionally.

Amazing location!

We brought our wedding party here of 14 family and friends from North and South America, and I honestly couldn't imagine a more perfect location for us.Everyone was incredibly happy with the villa. Easy walk to one of the best snorkeling areas in Aruba. The house was amazing, the pool was amazing, all of the rooms were immaculate and well equipped. Wi-Fi was great. The host was very communicative. Really it was just all perfect.I can't say enough good things, but I definitely recommend this property.

Best Aruba vacation to date

Edward (Big Papi) was an amazing host. He made sure that our stay was incredible. He helped us out when we were in an awful situation when we first got to the island. The villa we stayed in was 10 out of 10.. amazing!! I would recommend Edward and any of his properties to anybody going to Aruba for vacation. Yours truly, Princess

Perfect Location

This property was just as beautiful as in the pictures and perfect for a large group. We all had our own rooms, bathrooms and kitchens. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. Location was great and very safe! Will definitely be back!

Just perfect

What a perfect stay with my large family. I highly recommend having the cooking service offered, so nice to just relax, the outdoor eating space is perfect. Very accommodating for small children, high chair provided. Rooms were spectacular, like individual apartments, everyone had their own space. We had a perfect stay

Aruban Family House

Our family of 12 stayed in this wonderful house for 1 week over Christmas. There are 8 individual suites with a bedroom and kitchen. One suite has two bedrooms. The suites are furnished similarly and smartly. They are comfortable and clean. The pool and patio was terrific! The location was convenient. The property manager, Ton, was helpful. We were able to check in about 1 hour early which was nice. Ton emptied the trash cans around the patio daily. We would stay here again!

LOVE THIS VILLA

Absolutely perfect spot. Very clean. Location only 1 minute drive to beaches or Ritz Carlton. All the units like separate condo units with kitchens and everything. Very private. We loved and will comeback.

This was annual corporate retreat. Last year we stayed in Marriott. This Villa is far better choice then last year Marriott. You won’t regret by booking this Villa. Very private and best location you can get. Very clean and perfect for large groups. We will comeback next year 100000%

Wonderful place

We were a group of 14 celebrating our 50th birthdays. We loved the house. Each couple had their own room but we loved hanging by the pool at night. The communication is great. Tony was absolutely amazing. He cooked for us two of the nights and it was our favorite meals. We had a van waiting for us when we arrived- Tony even drove us when we needed rides. We would definitely stay here again. Location is also great as it’s close to beaches, shopping and casinos

Absolutely Awesome

The pictures didn't do house justice! Everything was great. Tony was there to assist with all of our needs. He even prepared a meal for our arrival. We rented the van for dirt cheap and toured the island with no problem. The pool was so warm from the beautiful weather, i didn't miss not having a jacuzzi. Edward is a very attentive host. His response time was always under 5 minutes no matter how many times i texted him. I would highly recommend this home to everyone.

Such a beautiful house

The Villa Marina was beautiful and I'm so glad I booked it to celebrate my 50th birthday, as well as my nephew's 18th birthday. We stayed 5 days and I wish I could have stayed long. Edward was easy to speak with and always responded quickly. Ton, who lives on the property was great. Very attentive and really nice. I ordered food services through Ton, and had breakfast prepared everyday, except for the last day, when we were checking out. We also had dinner cooked and it was so delicious and the prices were great. They really maintain this villa and have many amenities. One of my friends is already making plans to stay there with his family. Everyone loved the villa, but Ton, his wife and his daughter made it even better. A big thank you to Edward, Ton and the team. Keep doing such a great job! Book this place. You won't be disappointed.

Stay was superb!

10 of us went to Aruba to celebrate my 40th birthday and this place was perfect! We had some couples and some singles in our party so it was wonderful to each have our own space while still having a common outdoor place to hang out by the pool. We rented a van from Edward for the week with a driver which was reasonable and so worth it. We also purchased 1 day of cooking service which was one of our favorite dinners on the island - so convenient to have buffet style breakfast as well. Toni, the in-home caretaker was our driver and cook and he is AMAZING! With different desires by our party, Toni accommodated everything with a smile. Can’t say enough positive things about Toni. The property location is a short walk to the beach. Everyone had a great time. Nothing related to the rental, just a tip for other travelers wanting to party in Aruba - buy your limit worth of booze at the airport when you arrive. Liquor/beer on the island is expensive (shocking expensive) so anything to curb the price will help. Hope all future guests enjoy their stay as much as we did, thank you Toni and Edward!

Great place for a large group - 40th Birthday Bash

We went to Aruba for my wife's 40th Birthday. We had a group of 16 people. This place is perfect for a big group as each couple had some privacy but the pool area was a great place for everyone to hang out together. The grill and common area are great for group cook outs and snacks. Loved this area as there is a fridge and cooler to keep the drinks cold. The location is only a few minutes walk from the ocean, though the beach areas in walking distance are very rocky. It's only a couple minutes drive to the main strip at Palm beach. The rooms have everything you need. I personally like condo #6 and #7 the best. They have the best views from the balcony and a great view of the sunset. A couple key points that we didn't know before we went, which can be helpful to know before you go. There are bikes on site but they are a little rough. Freshly washed towels were available everyday, The wifi is pretty good and available all over the property. The TV's even had some American stations. Toni the caretaker is awesome. As can be expected, small issues would develop and Toni would resolve them immediately. He also was willing to help with travel to the airport or arranging transportation when needed. We rented the 16 passenger van and it worked like a champ for our group. We used everyday for various trips to the beaches, restaurants, and grocery store runs. The only negative I would share is that there are technically only 8 condos available but one has 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom, so there are 9 bedrooms. We had planned on having 9 condos, so we had to make an adjustment to the sleeping plans. It worked out fine but it was a little stressful once we realized there was only 8 condos. One more tip, the superfood is only 5 minutes away. It's a great place for groceries. Try to avoid afternoons on the weekends as all the locals are there. Generally, the location is very safe, convenient, and perfect for a large group. I would rebook this house without hesitation and would recommend it to anyone needing this much space.

A mini apartment complex!

This stay wa perfect for our group. I had a surpriae bday party vaca for my husband with q0 of our friends. Friends from different times in our lives, so they didnt all know each other. This villa had 8 separate rooms, one with a 2bd/2bth. It was nice that every couple/ person had their own space, with ensuite bath and kitchen. There is a groundskeeper, Tony, that also stays on the property. He is there for assistance throughout your stay. It was a great stay!

Best Vacay

This was one of the best vacation stays I have ever experienced!! They location is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice! Tony the property manager always made sure we were good! The chef’s food was amazing as well! I would definitely recommend this place!

10 days in Paradise.

We initially booked for days in May 2020. We had 18 people in our party. With the incidence of covid and the restrictions that came with it, my Wife and I had to juggle and assure all of our party that we would still have a vacation and our booking was safe. Edward the Property owner was very accommodating, as well as patient with all my questions and concerns. We rebooked for February 2021 and arrived to find it was more than advertised. The Property Manager was excellent and professional, we had two Chefs and a vehicle at our disposal. The rooms, the pool, the views were phenomenal. Edward was gracious and generous. Our time there was exceptional and too short. Everyone had their expectations exceeded and we left Aruba relaxed and saddened to be leaving. We immediately rebooked the Villa for next year and have already begun our lists and plans for our return. Aruba is the friendliest of the Islands and lives up to its name, " The Happy Island" 5 stars to Aruba, Edward and Villa Marina.

Great house

We had a great time the house is represented perfectly, you truly get what you pay for. Edward responds almost instantly and Tony goes completely out of his way to provide you with whatever you need. He even loaned us his personal cable box so we could all what the chiefs win the AFC game, would highly recommend renting this house for large groups and for those wondering like us room 6 and 7 have the best views but if you a little older some in our group had to move to lower rooms the stairs are a little steep the two bedroom room is really two bedrooms the location is great 10 min walk to malmok and 15 to 20 to the three steps beach

Amazing property for a destination wedding

We had such a great time at this property. Everything was extremely clean and the pictures of the property online does not do the actual property justice. The caretaker on site was there when you needed him and helped address any issues that came up. The layout of the property was spectacular, my only wish is that there was some sort of layout online so you could plan who was in each room before arrival. Everyone had their own space, kitchen, and bath and there was common space by the pool where everyone could hangout. Room 7 had a fantastic panoramic ocean view. Very private so a large group could play music and not worry about being too loud. Every bathroom had an amazing shower with jets. The kitchen came stocked with basic supplies needed. Some supplies were scattered throughout the different rooms so if you needed something generally someone else had it (we all shared 3 spatulas lol). The kitchens give you the opportunity to save money and cook in luxury. We had the reception at the Villa which was perfect for 20 under the gazebo and had a chef come and cook our meal. The caretaker was able to supply us with all the dishes so we did not need to rent anything besides cloth napkins. The only error we found online is that there was no supplies like chairs or bikes or canoes. It was an absolute dream staying here for the week and I would recommend this place to anyone, it was a better experience than any all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. We definitely hope to return one day.
