Tucked away on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados just minutes from the beach, this tropical villa is the ideal place to relax and enjoy island life. As soon as you enter the Greek-styled blue gates and meander through the front garden, the peacefulness of the villa will instantly surround you. The villa's grounds are full of tropical trees, flowers, and secret nooks, and you'll want to explore every inch of this paradise. Walk through the airy courtyard with a comfortable lounge area overlooking the warm plunge pool, and you'll find yourself in an open space with a beautiful private pool (designed in the shape of Barbados) surrounded by trees with sun loungers and an umbrella conveniently placed by the pools edge.

Inside the villa you'll find four cool and comfortable bedrooms all with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The elegant master bedroom has a king bed, contemporary en-suite bathroom and a reading nook, while the second and third bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom. The newly finished fourth bedroom has an en suite bathroom and queen bed.

The galley-style kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, while the open living area opens up to an al fresco dining option with seating for six and views of the courtyard. When the sun starts to set and the birds settle in, this is a lovely place to have your meals as well-placed lights in the courtyard add to the magical setting.

A few minutes walk away is the beach access at Juju's. The amazing white sands and crystal clear water are sure to dazzle everyone - while watersports are available for those wanting a bit more action. You can also grab a bite to eat or enjoy some cocktails at sunset from the Juju's beach bar. Holetown is also nearby should you wish to do a bit of shopping, dine out, watch a movie, refuel at a gas station or stock up your groceries at the large supermarket.

Pavilion Villa is the ideal tropical getaway for those looking to spend paradise in the comfort of a home away from home.

Wonderful villa, spacious for our group of 7. Well equipped kitchen and bbq area for cooking. Lovely pool and loungers, well maintained by gardeners and maintenance. Helpful host who responded to all queries. Beautiful beach down the road. 10/10 stay

The home is very spacious and comfortable. We had a group of 6, three kids and three adults, and there was ample space for all of us. The courtyard and pool areas were very private and relaxing. Short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Walking on the streets is a little difficult as there are only intermittent sidewalks, but we loved the area generally as there are lots of activities to choose from. It was a great home base for exploring and then relaxing at the end of the day.

Private gated Villa

Our family was visiting Barbados for a wedding and enjoyed our stay at Pavilion Villa. The yard and pool were such an added bonus to use. We loved that we could walk to the Fairmont Hotel for food and drinks and especially the beautiful beach. Would definitely book again.

The villa was in a great position close to beaches, restuaraunts & bars. The villa had plenty of space inside & out with a well stocked kitchen, great outdoor space with pool & jacuzzi. The villa is slightly dated & could do with some love care & attention but this in no way spoiled our visit.

This place does not have Fairmont access so ignore previous comments regarding this. There has been construction noise every day we have been here and ranged from early in the morning to sometimes late afternoon. If you are looking for a relaxing day by the pool this is not the place. This not only woke us up on our first day but also ruined several days in the afternoon that we were hoping to spend by the pool but couldn’t. On our first morning here, the gardening team arrived while we were trying to have breakfast and started using the blower which was very disruptive. We couldn’t understand why this happened the first day we arrived. The guide says they come on Tuesdays which was not the case. There was absolutely no communication to us during our stay about the housekeeper as outlined in the guide, and they showed up Wednesday without any notice as we were trying to head out for the day. This was not ideal as we had to race to decide what items we wanted cleaned or not. The place was also supposed to be cleaned twice during the stay and she said the next time she’d come was Sunday… the day we were leaving! Other problems that we dealt with: the tap in first bedroom splashes everywhere as the pressure is either high or low. The rubber at the bottom of the shower doesn’t touch the bathtub and therefore water leaks everywhere. Also the main sliding door is extremely broken and makes it impossible to come and go into the unit easily. Overall, not worth the price we paid!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the Fairmont membership/access has not existed for several years and has not been advertised by our listing, though we understand some older reviews may still reference it. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by nearby construction during your stay. These works are unfortunately outside of our control and are not associated with us, although we understand how disruptive noise can impact a relaxing holiday experience and therefore we mention it in our description so guests can see before they book and we also have discounted rates. Regarding housekeeping, the scheduled housekeeping days are outlined in the unit guidebook left in the apartment, and the housekeeper did attend on Saturday prior to your check-out. We are sorry if there was any confusion surrounding the timing of the service visits. The maintenance concerns mentioned in your review were not reported to our team during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have gladly arranged for our maintenance team to address these items as quickly as possible to make your stay more comfortable. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience as guest feedback helps us continue to improve.

This was my second time staying at this villa and we absolutely love it. Great location and tons of privacy. Some of the kitchen cookware could use a refresh, but everything else is stellar. The backyard oasis is the main event for this rental. We'll definitely be back!

A wonderfully clean, spacious and well appointed villa. We were 6 adults and 2 children 11 & 9 and we all felt we had lots of space to sunbathe, swim, relax in the courtyard etc. Great entertainment system - Netflix and music speakers. WiFi excellent 5 minutes to beach and access to Fairmont Beach Club a real bonus. Bus stops just outside villa and a lovely bakery 5 minutes up the road. We didn't have a car so shopping could be a pain as we had to get a bus or taxi - but the villa will also do all this for you if you prefer! Highly recommended

I traveled to Barbados with 3 other female friends and we were so glad we booked this villa! The inside and outside spaces are huge, and all the rooms are very good size. There's a big supermarket 10mins drive in Holetown, and you have everything you need (and more!) in the kitchen to cook your food. The outside space is like an oasis, with different shaded areas where you can sit, eat and relax, The highlight was the pool, under the palm trees. We even had some monkeys visiting, and as long as you keep your distance they're no trouble at all! There a nice beach 5mins walk from the villa (much less crowded than Carlisle Bay) with rum shacks and restaurants, which was ideal for lunch and sun-downers. Yes, the villa could do with a little bit of TLC, but everything worked perfectly, it's clean (housekeeping came twice during our 6 day stay) and the communication with Bluescape was very smooth. We would definitely book it again if we are lucky enough to come back to Barbados!

An excellent choice for a family group

We stayed at Pavilion Villa for two weeks in May 2024. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 young children. The property was an ideal choice for us with plenty of room both inside and outside. It is exactly as the photographs on the website show. The bedrooms (and beds) were cool, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well throughout the property. One unit did leak a little but this was rectified immediately. The pool area is great and was much appreciated by all. It was cleaned twice during our stay. Very comfortable sun beds too. It was lovely to have covered outdoor areas in which to sit and relax. We were very grateful for the new gas BBQ too! The location just across the road from one of the best west coast beaches is ideal. It is also close to the bus stop and you can walk into Holetown in around 20 mins if you want too. The property is secluded and private though. There's parking at the villa for two cars. Communication with the owner and agent before and during our stay was good and the housekeeper who came twice a week was also very friendly and made sure that we had plenty of fresh bedding, towels etc. I definitely recommend this property for families and groups of friends and we would stay there again if booking a similar trip.

From the outset, the communication with everyone at BSLrentals was exemplary. All our questions beforehand were answered and during our holiday they were very quick to respond to some queries/requests which we made. The concierge arrangements and help - including a superb food package which we ordered, were also excellent. The villa was very clean. For our family of 8, including 3 generations, this villa was a perfect size with 4 good sized double bedrooms and lots of private outside space. The air conditioning worked very well for the whole house and the house was cool for our arrival. The pool was very private and a superb size and depth. It was used by the whole family (especially the grandchildren) several times every day. There was plenty of living space inside the house, but unfortunately there was no table in an air conditioned space where we could sit together for family meals. The lighting in the inside living area was insufficient to allow reading. We would also have liked basic instructions on how to operate the kitchen appliances. The house was generally very well equipped. It is in an excellent location close to a beach, shops and amenities. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you BSLrentals

Great villa - great location - would definitely recommend

This place is wonderful for a large group - it is very big and we (7 adults) were all able to find a little corner of solitude when we wanted it or gather comfortably to eat in the outdoor (but very well covered) dining area, where you can watch the hummingbirds feed from the plants. Kitchen is very well equipped. Although there was an indoor grill, an outside bbq of sorts would be a great addition. Private pool is wonderful and you get the occasional and brief visit of monkeys! Location is fantastic with a leisurely 3 minute walk (with supplied portable beach chairs) to beach access and approx. 15-20 minutes walk to grocery story and wonderful bakery La Baguette. Bus service right outside the door. All in all, really great place. Upon arrival, we did have a couple of issues with the property, but they were addressed in a very timely manner. The property manager was very efficient and responded quickly by text, even at night outside of business hours. The contact at BSL rentals was also very efficient. Bottom line: I would recommend and definitely book again!

This is an amazing house! Very clean! The housekeeper is definitely on top of things!

We had an amazing vacation. The house was incredible! We rented a car and experienced the island! Traveled to Harrison’s cave, a catamaran tour, Experienced the west side of the island, which was just beautiful! Working with the manager of the property and Shain, the concierge, was so wonderful! I strongly would recommend this house and the people who manage this property!!!!
