Once the home is booked, we will connect you with our amazing concierge to plan the details of your stay. Our concierge will meet you in person at your arrival for check in and check out.

The home is within the resort gates of Peninsula Papagayo in Guanacaste, which is also home to the Four Seasons, Andaz, and the Ritz Carlton Reserve (opening 2024). It is approx. 30 minutes from the LIR (Guanacaste) airport.

As the homeowner's guest, you have access to the resort. You also have access to the private Prieta Beach Club (guests responsible for access fee when they go), and to the Arnold Palmer Ocean course, and tennis and pickleball courts near the pro shop.

The villa works for both smaller groups who want more privacy to large groups that need space for multiple couples and their children. There are 2 king master suites that are enormous with large ensuite bathrooms with tubs. There is another king suite, a double queen suite, and a small bedroom with a custom queen/twin bunk (best for kids or teens). Sunset views abound at Villa Belvedere! The owner is currently building an addition to house a 6th suite which is likely to house 2 queen beds and simultaneously, the current double queen room will become a king suite, so that there will be 4 king ocean facing suites. Addition is expected to be completed by Nov 2024.

Our concierge can arrange transportation from the airport to your home, as well as coordinate a rental golf cart or rental car for your use during your stay (paid separately).



Note: Guests have access to the amazing and private Prieta Beach Club, and Guests are responsible for paying the access fee on days that you go to the Prieta Beach Club. This is payable directly to the Prieta Beach Club. Fee is subject to change at the discretion of the Club. Current fee schedule from the Club is a cost per person +VAT, per day that they go to the club: Jan -Dec 17, 2024, is $75 +VAT, Festive 2024-2025 (Dec 17, 2024-Jan 3, 2025) is $200 +VAT. We do not yet have 2025 rates from the Club.
