Madeira Bay Resort #506 is a beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offering comfort, space, and a prime Madeira Beach location. This spacious unit features brand-new tile flooring throughout, large flat-screen TVs, and fresh coastal décor that creates a bright, relaxing beachside atmosphere.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, while the second bedroom also features a king-size bed. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, making this condo ideal for families or couples traveling together. Enjoy two private balconies—perfect for morning coffee or winding down after a day at the beach.

Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non-refundable pet fee). One parking pass included.

Excellent location & vacation. Spacious condo with all the amenities & full kitchen, one would need for a comfortable stay with family.Pool onsite & many restaurants within walking distance.Only negatives are the carpet in the hallway is old and very stained, and needs to be replaced ASAP. That and a very strong, lingering smell of food ( possibly curry or Indian food ?) in the hallway gave us a negative1st impression. Once we got past that the facility was fine.Also, the sheets and our master bedroom with Jacuzzi had not been changed. The comforter had stains on it, sheets had hair on them. gross!! AND we had to wait until the next day for housekeeping to change the bed (Mgmnt said they didn’t have extra sheets onsite). Thankfully, our guests did not arrive until the next day however, this could have been A HUGE PROBLEM not having that 2nd bedroom. Again once it was corrected, everything was fine.

The condo was super spacious and decorated nicely. The location was perfect and it was a super easy check in and check out process. The kitchen was well equipped, the beach chairs/toys were a pleasant and much appreciated surprise.

Condo showing its age.

Cleanliness was not great. A plate and cup were dirty. Floor was dirty. Linens were clean. Bathrooms need updates-showers especially. Decent view of bay.

Overall, we had an excellent time at our unit and the beach. Having the washer/dryer was handy. Appreciated the various beach accessories since we flew in. So happy to see the vast majority of things opening up. This is my 4th time using TRS in Madeira Beach. I will be back again!

Generally a very nice place. Elevator was a bit sketchy and the tub was stained and rust around fixtures. We would come again.

Great location for beach access

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for 2 nights on Labor Day weekend. Pros: 1) The location is within walking distance to Johns Pass where there are tons of restaurants, bars and shops. 2) It was an easy walk across the street to the beach access. 3) It has TWO king size beds and ceiling fans in the bedrooms 4) It has nice beach views from the bedrooms and balconys 5) Amazing water pressure in the showers Cons: 1) The unit faces the street and it was VERY noisy at night, making it hard to fall asleep even after midnight. I read other reviews and thought I'd be fine, but if I ever go back, I'll be packing ear plugs! 2) It needs a deep cleaning - the closet door slats were filled with dust clumps. 3) It could use new area rugs - not enough vacuuming in the world or carpet steam cleaning could fix them, and throw pillows in the living room - the ones there are dingy and stained. Overall, I would stay here again if I knew it was only going to be for a couple nights based on the location and price.

The road noise and elevator noise were terrible in the master bedroom. Bathtub and toilets needed a good cleaning. The pool was very small and not appealing at all.

Clean Condo in heart of Madeira Beach

Overall, the condo was very clean and well equipped. Some of the furniture has seen better days. The pool was underwhelming with only one umbrella. On-site staff were excellent.

Easy check in. Super clean. Great location. Walking distance to beach and John’s pass! The only thing I would say is don’t use both showers at the same time. Not good water pressure or temperature when both are running at the same time. Otherwise fantastic. I’d stay agian.

Great location with pets allow

Great spot for quick family getaway

The condo met our needs perfectly. The location was great, and we enjoyed short walks to restaurants & and shopping. The check-in process was quick & easy & the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. The condo was very clean and all the linens smelled just-washed fresh. 1 minor inaccuracy in the listing had us expecting a twin pull-out sofa in the 2nd bedroom. Instead there was a roll-away bed in the large closet in the master bedroom, so all was well, it just took us a minute to figure it out. We loved the place and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our overall experience was great. The condo met all of the needs we had and the location was excellent. The street outside was extremely loud all day and night, but that had nothing to do with the condo itself. The beds were AWESOME, A/C worked great, showers had great water pressure, and all the kitchen appliances were in working order.

Decent Property +Terrible Neighbors = Bad Experience

Check in and check out was a breeze. Really appreciated that as we arrived later. The noise that we experienced both nights of our stay ruined it for us. Between the smell of food down the entire hallway at 11pm to the 2:30-3:30 AM wake ups due to loud noise, people running and kids pounding on walls it just wasn't enjoyable. It wasn't any fault of the property but just an overall terrible experience because of a couple other guests/families. When we were finally fed up with it the second night at 1:30am, we called the front desk to have the noise addressed and he was already on top of it. Unfortunately, it never really ended it and continued. We just dealt with it. Property needs some updating to include a lot of the common areas as well. Location is great as its central to the beach, boardwalk and tons of other things to do.

Just as described!

This is a great condo, spacious, VERY clean(some updates needed) and perfect proximity to the beach! It’s literally across the street from the beach…a 3 min walk at most! There was also beach equipment available for use. The check-in process was smooth and we were allowed to check-in a early and the front desk staff was extremely helpful! We only stayed at the property 24hrs due to hurricane evacuation, but we ENJOYED every minute, plan on returning next year, and highly recommend this property!
