The house is rented out as-is, and you may notice some rustic elements that add to its character. You will find mouse traps inside the house as part of routine maintenance. The basement houses a wood stove, which may leave a lingering smoke scent. Additionally, there is no air conditioning, which is typical for our woodland setting. Despite these imperfections, you will enjoy a beautiful 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home set on 50 acres of pristine land, complete with your own private trails to explore.
