20 Acre property with 3 homes that can either be rented together or separately. One home has 10 Bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, one home has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and one home has 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Lots of open space and each house has it's own private outdoor areas. The three houses rented together gives you a total of 22 bedrooms.

This listing is for the seven bedroom house. This house has seven bedroooms (2 of which have private bathrooms and 1 with a private half bathroom), a huge cathederal living room/dining room with a 32 foot deck, a 6 person hot tub in a window enclosed deck, five bathrooms, pool table room, modern kitchen, three decks, a ping pong table and air hockey table. A propane BBQ grill is supplied and there is a fire pit near the house

The homes are located on 20 Luscious Private Acres across the road from the Lake/River and your own private dock (shared by the three houses). Located in Corinth on Route 9N (between Lake George and Saratoga Springs, 15 minutes from either one). Property includes a hot tub (for the two larger houses), basket ball hoop, barbecue grill, swingset/clubhouse (for the two larger houses) and plenty of park like grounds.

The rates listed are based on a two night stay or week stay, due to technical limitations, it does not show the three night rate. Please email if you're interested in staying for three nights since we offer a discount for the third night.

Please note, Linen, towels, pots, pans, dishes and silverware are provided. Disposables, such as Paper towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc is not provided. We usually provide a limited supply for when you come, but not enough for your entire stay.
