Sturgeon Landing is a small, private resort on the very popular Sturgeon River chain of lakes that specifically caters to family reunions, multi-family vacations, and all other large groups (ie. scrapbooking, book club, corporate retreat, etc.). This beautiful property boasts four separate cabins, a large and newly remodeled lodge and screen house, full laundry facilities, and a fitness room - all air conditioned and all yours! We do not rent individual cabins. RENTAL PERIOD IS FRIDAY - THURSDAY.

Located just 20 miles north of Hibbing, Minnesota, this incredible property provides our visitors with the entire resort property and complete water access to all five lakes on the chain and just a ¼ mile away from McCarthy Beach State Park, one of the best public beaches in the state! Whether you come for swimming, fishing, water skiing, tubing, hiking and ATV trails, the scenery, or prefer just sitting in a chair and reading a book while you listen to the loons, you will not be disappointed. Deep water boat landing located right next door for those guests that want to bring their own boats/pontoons - dock space included with every rental. Don't have a boat? Sturgeon Landing has pontoon boats that are available to be rented for any portion of your stay.

We also have four adult kayaks, two youth kayaks, two paddleboards, a pedal boat and life jackets that are available for our guests at no charge. When you are not out on the water, light a fire in the fire pit and enjoy a game of sand volleyball, horseshoes, badminton, croquet, bags, or bocce ball right on the water’s edge. All firewood is dry and free! Small beach area and jungle gym on property for small kids to play. Our entire property does have WIFI for a small weekly charge. Cabin #1 - One bedroom cabin with a queen bed in bedroom and a queen pull-out couch in living room. Sleeps max 4. Smaller fire pit located at this cabin.

Cabin #2 - Two bedroom cabin with a queen bed in bedroom 1 and full-over-full bunks and another queen bed in bedroom 2. Sleeps max 8. Larger fire pit located between this cabin and the Villas.

Villa #1 - Two bedroom villa with a queen bed in bedroom 1 and full-over-full bunks in bedroom 2. Also has a full sized futon in living room. Sleeps max 8. Gas grills on patio for both villas.

Villa #2 - Two bedroom villa with a queen bed in bedroom 1 and full-over-full bunks in bedroom 2. Also has a full sized futon in living room. Sleeps max 8. Gas grills on patio for both villas.

All cabins and villas have air conditioning, full kitchens, bathrooms with showers/tubs, private bedrooms, TV's and DVD players, all necessary kitchen utensils, bath towels and linens, and much more.

Our Lodge and screen house offer fantastic spaces to eat, drink, play games, watch movies, and just have fun as a large group. The lodge offers another full kitchen and island, bathroom, laundry facilities, fitness room, large dining room table that seats 12, four high-top pub tables, pool table, foosball table, ping-pong table, TV with DVD selection, board games, playing cards, large gas grill and much more. Property is located just minutes from several very popular restaurants/bars with delicious food, beverages, and entertainment.

Does your group have more than 28? No problem! We have large areas for pitching tents or parking campers and RVs - just pay an additional fee per person over 28.

Rates based on occupancy of no more than 28 total guests
-(2027 Prices) $5,500 per week plus $500 cleaning fee (Check in FRIDAY 1pm check out THURSDAY by 11am)

-MN sales tax applied to rental fees above
-$1,000 damage deposit (fully refunded upon "no-damage" check-out)

*Additional guests welcomed. $100 per week per person over 28.
*Pets welcomed. $100 PER PET PER WEEK.
