Beautifully renovated 1700 square foot 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment nestled in Gig Harbor's downtown waterfront community. Master suite with King bed ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Second bedroom has Queen bed and walk in closet. Full livingroom and kitchen with gorgeous harbor views, fireplace and large TV. Outside features two private decks totaling 1000 square feet to lounge and enjoy the park and or water views.

Such a spacious rental with the perfect location and views! We love staying here with our family both during the Summer and the Holidays. My only negative is that my husband has allergies and you can definitely tell animals stay in the condo.

Oh my gosh! This stay in downtown Gig Harbor was delightful. The cleanliness of this VRBO was exceptional! We loved the view of the water and enjoyed watching the boats and people come and go. We thought it might be loud being next to the boatyard but it wasn't at all. It was neat to get to watch them move boats from the water up to where they worked on them. The walkability here was perfection... We could stroll to different places to grab a bite to eat/drink. We always visit Tides Tavern for their fish and chips (3 pc halibut) and beer (Tides Long A** Day double IPA) so the ease of which we could do this almost too easy! Lol. Also, we emailed and asked for a refill on propane for the heater and fire table and it turns out that they'd already made sure it was done before we arrived, but there was an issue with the patio heater and we just didn't know what we were doing with the fire table! It was all taken care of quickly and easily and we were able to enjoy the windless mild weather a couple of evenings. We loved staying here -- it was fantastic and we'll be sure to return!

Trolly on the property has wonderful food and snacks. We had wonderful weather and was able to enjoy watching the marina. Would have been wonderful even if it rained because of the large windows. Appreciated not having neighbors even though we are seniors. Listening to the water was magical and enjoyable. Place is larger than appears in the photos. Great place and hopefully we will return. Thank you for an enjoyable escape.

We loved this place so much we didn’t want to leave! Amenities were over the top and view is incredible. Loved being able to walk everywhere, with so many great restaurants, breweries and shops to explore. Nothing like sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning listening to the birds and watching all the boats/rowers. House is beautifully appointed. We will be back!!!

Couldn't ask for a better location! Apartment is tastefully decorated and well outfitted with everything we needed. The front door lock is a bit problematic, but would recommend it whole heartedly.

The Guest House at the Marina and Boatyard is a fabulous vacation spot. The house had everything we could possibly want. The decor was very inviting and the deck was a great place to watch boats coming and going as well as the activity at the boatyard. Tuesdays and Thursdays brought concerts and a farmers’ market right next door at the Skansie Brothers Park. So much fun. This is a 10 destination. Highly recommend.

2nd wonderful stay here!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay in Gig Harbor. This is our second time staying here and even tho it was a couple years ago last time we came, the property was in the same excellent shape we experienced last time. We loved the time here! Wonderful thoughtful amenities in an excellent location.

Our Special Place

For the past three years, my wife and I have bought my 91-year-old mom here and it never disappoints!The house is immaculate with all of the conveniences of your own home, and the location is second to done. We look forward to many more visits.

Friends Reconnection

We met together in Gig Harbor and enjoyed all aspects of the home, from cleanliness, to the location in town and the view was amazing. We enjoyed at least 5 different restaurants and easily completed breakfast in the unit as we planned our day. Thank you for Danielle for her prompt responses to any questions. One note there is not a DVD so if you were to bring movies it did not seem available. We would highly recommend this location. Thank you.

Best VRBO in Gig Harbor

I give this 5 stars in all categories, We have been to several very nice Vrbos in Gig Harbor but since we found this one / we’ll only stay here ! Every detail is thought out by them to make your stay delightful & worry free . It is immaculate & beautifully appointed

Perfect Location with Beautiful Views!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit difficult to find as we arrived at night when it was dark, but other than that we had a wonderful experience! It was very clean, the views were beautiful, parking was easy and you can walk to many great restaurants and shops nearby!

Perfect Harbor Stay

Couldn’t ask for a more comfortable stay. The location was perfect right in the Marina and the place was super clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, no issues or concerns at all.
