Great condo very close to Disney. Managers very responsive to missing dish towels and broken baby gate. Owners really thought of everything you could need with lots of amenities for families with children. Also very accommodating letting us drop luggage early so we could pick up family at airport.

The location was perfect. It’s right by downtown Disney’s parking garage and the walk was short. The bunkbeds had a pullout bed underneath which was perfect for my three kids. We were really happy with our stay.

While the location and communication with the property manager were excellent, there were some issues. The overall cleanliness was not great (stains on sofa, dirty bathtub and floors). We also encountered termites during our stay. They took over the master bedroom floor and bed stopping us from being able to use it the last 2 nights of our stay. The sofabed is truly awful. We were offered another place to stay once the termite issue happened but packing up our family of 5 and moving to another location 2 miles away in the evening of the second to last day of the trip was not something we wanted to do. This location is truly the best for a trip to Disneyland but the place could really use better cleaning overall.

Great condo - very roomy and located 10 minute walk from entrance to downtown Disney- pool and hot tub excellent - condo was well stocked with lots of towels/bedding/kitchen supplies. Pull out couch needs updating but was surprisingly comfortable!! Amber was awesome and made sure we were well taken care of! We will book again for our next Disney trip

Everything was perfect for the family! The pool area has an adult pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and general pool! The unit was nicely updated with a dishwasher, washer, dryer, 3 televisions, and comfortable beds. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of towels. There was also a stroller for rental if needed. We were a 5 min walk from the Disney shopping area and could see Disney’s fireworks every night from the pool. Our hosts checked in on us via text almost daily and were very responsive to our questions. This is by far one of our favorite places we have stayed!

Great Stay

Quick 4-day trip to visit parks. Location is perfect - 5 minute walk to parking tram or Downtown Disney/monorail. Rental company was super responsive to any questions via text. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and special touches for kids

The location of this property is amazing and they really go above and beyond with special touches for families. This property has special toilet seats for kids installed, some toys and games. There was construction happening on the outside of the building. They warned us in advance and also left popcorn as a good faith. The bed in the main bedroom was sagging and uneven in the mattress. The couch was also very uneven in the cushions. Otherwise overall great location and nice touches. Great communication. Highly recommend

10-Minute Walk to Disney — Can’t Beat It!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our Disney vacation! This two-bedroom condo was absolutely perfect — spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The layout gave our family plenty of room to spread out and relax after long days at the park. One of the biggest perks was the location: just a 10-minute walk to the Disney gates, which made it so easy to pop back for a midday break or catch the evening fireworks. The neighborhood felt very clean and safe, which gave us great peace of mind, especially with kids. Having a convenient garage made parking stress-free and added an extra layer of security for our car and belongings. Everything about this condo made our trip smoother and more enjoyable — we’ll definitely be booking again for our next Disney getaway!

Enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable stay. We booked this property because its close proximity to Disneyland and everything else. It is a 10-minute walk to Disneyland and saved us the headache of driving and parking. The property was also close to many stores. The host was very warm, welcoming, and communicative. My only advise is the garage is a bit tight so if you are looking for a rental car, don’t get anything bigger than a SUV.

Disneyland!

You're as close to disneyland as the disneyland parking garage. You can see the fireworks out the kid room window. This is the secret spot. You get a kitchen, and can save money by making breakfast before your adventure. 6 out of 5 stars.

Family Disneyland Trip

This was the perfect location for our Disney trip - easy walk to the park. The accommodations were comfortable and well kept. The staff was so easy to communicate with via text - extremely responsive. There was construction going on outside but we were informed beforehand and this did not affect our stay at all. Would definitely recommend!

Great for a family with teens

We had an absolute blast here. We actually stayed in the Sunscape 5 one though. It was SOO much better than all of us fitting into a hotel and was only a bit more. The cost of everything is very expensive in the park and we definitely enjoyed a break every day in the late afternoon. We crossed the road and went thru the security at the Mickey and friends parking garage and then took the tram. This was super easy to do and one of our kids even did it on their own. I think it was about 10min walk to the tram. We went to target for some groceries but they didn't have much so we ended up using instacart. We also ordered a couple meals in from ubereats. We all had our own space and definitely added to our great family vacation. We are a family of 5; 2 parents and 3 kids (11, 14 and 16yr old). We did an Anaheim Ducks game and it was only about a 20 uber. Depending on the timing we paid 60 - 120 for an uber to LA (Universal Studios) Fantastic spot; the place is a bit older but clean exactly what we needed. Once again privacy and WAY better than being in a hotel room all together. We stayed a week.

Cozy little condo, easy walk to Downtown Disney!

This place fits the bill, very reasonably priced and a very doable walk to get to the park! The beds are VERY comfortable, and the kitchen/TV area are perfect for the end of a long day of walking.

Great location for Disneyland. Furniture needs updating.

It's a 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney, so I would highly recommend this location for people that are looking to avoid renting a car or worry about parking. You can see the nightly fireworks over the princess castle from here. You can also HEAR them at 930pm, but you get used to it. The couch is completely sunk-in and uncomfortable while the master bedroom bed is close to it. The main trash can foot pedal was broken which was just annoying as you keep wanting to open it that way. If they update the furniture at this unit, I would definitely recommend it.

Family Disneyland trip

We rented this property due to its close proximity to the parks. We were able to walk to the parks everyday which was incredible. The day of check in we were alerted to some siding work that was going to be done and given the opportunity to move to a different property further away. As we wanted to be able to walk, we opted to stay since it was said that would only affect the exterior and the use of the patio. It ended up being a bigger inconvenience than we had expected but the managers were very apologetic as it was out of their control. The amenities were sufficient and the house was equipped with the necessary items. It could benefit from a deep cleaning in the vents and crevices.

Surprise Construction

Communication for check in and responses and location was great. The work being done on the unit was not expected or communicated. It was loud and disruptive in the day time. I would have selected another property had I known construction would be taking place.

So convenient to Disneyland

Walking distance to Disney was amazing! Cute apartment just right for the four of us. Enjoyed Disney theme of decor. Manager very responsive via text. Would recommend to anyone planning to visit Disneyland!

We'll be back!

We stayed here while visited Disneyland in September and loved the location. The condo was well appointed and it was nice having a kids' room for the boys. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer and a kitchen to prepare picnic lunches. The Funtierland staff was very responsive and helpful with check in.
