This is my actual residence. Relax and enjoy. I ask that you respect the property and my home and that when you leave the house is left in impeccable condition (as it will be when you check-in). There is NO SMOKING ANYTHING (it's Colorado, have to add that) During the winter time renters have access and use of garage. I do NOT provide snow removal service (other than shovels).

Glenwood Condo

My family loved the condo and the owner was one of the best i've had in being communicative for a couple items we needed clarified. It was also way more spacious than i thought from the pictures and it had everything we could want for a weekend away from home. The proximity to the river path was great for a runner like me and my son enjoyed endless hours of board games and ping pong. It is a great place also to sit on the patio to enjoy the view and listen to the water roaring by.

A pleasant long weekend2

We stayed at Lynn's place for 4 nights while visiting family in Glenwood Springs for the holidays. Her place was excellent for our family of 4 with plent of space and beds for all. It's close to town, but far enough away to get away from the traffic. Well stocked and very clean. Would definitely stay again if we return.

Great house in a great area!

The pics don't do this place justice! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was fantastic, and the balcony was oh so lovely. The beds were comfortable, and there was room in the common areas for all 5 of us to relax. It was very close to everything you might need, and then some.

Bright and Clean

I stayed with my family for 5 nights, there were six of us and we had plenty of room. The condo was well equipped with cleaning supplies, towels, etc.... The location was perfect, close to town, hiking, rafting. The view of the mountains and sound of the river from the front deck were amazing. I am pretty picky and I have no complaints at all.

We had an amazing time. The condo was beautiful, clean, large and very accommodating. We spent alot of time on the deck. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful getaway

My two girlfriends and I had a lovely weekend away. The property was immaculate and in a great location. It was very comfortable and all of the communication was very smooth. We will definitely come back.

Comfy condo along the river

Cute, comfy condo conveniently located to the hot springs and Sunlight. My family (including two large teenagers) had plenty of room to relax. Great host who went out of the way to make our weekend getaway comfy and cozy. Thank you!

Amazing weekend getaway!

We came for our annual girls trip and this was the perfect property! There was plenty of space for all of us, the beds were SO comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The property was close to town and we had the best time! Thank you for a great place to stay! We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

The pictures do not do this home justice! When we arrived I was impressed at how much bigger the home looked compared to the pictures. The master bedroom and bathroom are so much bigger than you see in the pictures. The kitchen and balcony are bigger as well. We LOVED being able to stay here with little children. My 4 year old enjoyed sliding on the hard wood floor with her socks. The river is right across the street.. we went for a walk, up to Glenwood Caverns, enjoyed the Iron Hot Springs.. It is a great place to stay and close to everything! Lynn is incredibly responsive and a delightful woman. She cares so much about her home and ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and comfortable.

Great house conveniently located to town and skiing

My family of 4 (2 boys 11 and 9), brother and fiancé stayed here over Christmas break andenjoyed skiing at Sunlight Mountain, Glenwood Springs, the hot springs and relaxing and playing games at the house. Our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful and kept close contact with us before and during our visit. The house is just on the way out of town towards Sunlight Mountain, but only 5 minutes to main town area and grocery. There is a great trail below the house and along the river that takes you either into town by walking or biking or apparently you can take it all the way to Aspen. Access from the house in winter requires some agility and caution in the snow, but wasn't a big deal. I'm sure it's not too bad in the summer. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Nice to have enough seating there for everyone. House was clean and well cared for. I do believe in honest reviews so, although everything else was fantastic, my recommendation to the hostess would be to update the mattresses and maybe look into a more secure style loft bed. It seemed a bit rickety and we were worried about the kids sleeping on top without a railing. We were warned that there was a change in the bedding than in the picture, but didn't realize there would be no rail. We were able to move the mattress to the floor and adults slept there because that proved to be the most comfortable mattress in the house. The mattress appeared to be an older style foam mattress and apparently slept hot and caused two people sleeping in it to roll into the middle. If you are used to that style mattress I'm sure it would be fine. . The other full on the bottom floor was very creaky and springy and uncomfortable. I also think one more chair in the living room would help accommodate 6 people. Or may be a floor cushion at least for something comfortable for the kids. They lounged on the stairs when we were using the livingroom. All that aside, we did like the house and with a mattress change and room for 6 in living area this would be a glowing 5 stars. Again, fantastic hostess and thanks for the care you gave! We had a fantastic trip!

Thank you for your feedback. My sole intention in renting my home is comfort, beauty and safety. Rest easy. ALL THE MATTRESSES ARE BRAND NEW. They were ALL PURCHASED within days and weeks prior to this guest stay. Yes, they are tempurpedic. As for the living room...my home is furnished with a down Room & Board couch and a down love seat.
