This unit is on the south end of the complex and has beautiful views from the 3rd and 4th floor. This unit also offers balcony views of the ocean drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Watch the beautiful Carolina sunrises and sunsets from the balconies. Atlantis 205 also offers two king rooms that have jacuzzi tubs. Room to sleep 16 guests this unit is great for a group of golfers, families, church retreats, or even that perfect beach event you have been planning.

All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
