Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home and private pool area. This is a private vacation rental and guests will not share the property with anyone else.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3:00 PM (early check-in available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

**Enjoy a fully contactless self check-in experience. After booking, you will be asked to provide a photo ID, the names and ages of all guests, and to sign an electronic agreement. Once these steps are completed, we will send you an electronic door code approximately 4 days before arrival. There is no need to visit an office or meet anyone in person – simply arrive at the property and use your code to enter.

Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, restaurants, and shopping are all located nearby. While many attractions are accessible on foot, we recommend having a vehicle to fully explore Naples and the surrounding area.



To reach our property from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), you have several convenient options. By car, it’s approximately a 30-minute drive covering about 25 miles.



If you’re arriving by train, the nearest Amtrak station is in Fort Myers, approximately 40 miles away, about a 50-minute drive.



For those arriving by bus, the Naples Bus Station is about 7 miles from our property, roughly a 15-minute drive.

Animals are NOT allowed at this property.

Events are NOT allowed at this property.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. This applies to overnight stays as well as daytime visitors.



IMPORTANT

POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER

Pool heating is an optional add-on and requires an additional fee.

The pool will not be heated unless this option is purchased, and if selected, pool heat must be added for all nights of the reservation.

Due to noise and neighborhood regulations, the pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F, the pool heater may take up to five times longer to heat the pool. While we hope for warm weather, we cannot predict or guarantee weather conditions during your stay, and no refunds are provided due to cold weather.

We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you choose to purchase this add-on.

The cost is $60 + tax per day. If you decide to purchase pool heat after arrival, the cost is $100 + tax per day.
