Scavenge for seashells or hit the links for a sunny session of golf. Explore the everglades in a swamp buggy or enjoy a rejuvenating nature hike at the rookery bay reserve.

This Marco Island property is a beautiful home away from home!

Newly renovated, 3 bedroom home with den (office) that includes a private pool and is located on a quiet residential street that is centrally located on the island. With almost 2,200 square feet of living space it offers a comfortable space with room for families to enjoy. The property is located on the canal with a dock.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with central air-conditioning for your enjoyment. The split floor plan features the master bedroom that opens onto a screened lanai on one side of the home with a king size bed, flat screen TV, attached bath and walking closet. It also has a formal living room and dining room that also open up to the screened lanai. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen opens up to the family room that is comfortably furnished and has a large flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen size (double) bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds. A den (office) located off the living room is conveniently furnished with a desk and a futon. The open floor plan is centered around the screened pool area that is the perfect space to relax and enjoy the great Florida weather in the pool or under the covered patio that provides protection from the sun.

The location is convenient and close to stores and restaurants as well as the beach. It is also close to the YMCA, city library, bike trails and Mackle park.

House features high speed internet and cable TV.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving Holiday on Marco

Host was very responsive, house was spacious and had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. Location was great as we like to kayak out to the islands and bike to the beach. We enjoyed plenty of time in the pool as well. Thought the cameras were odd/invasive however we just turned them off and around to the wall.

Everything you need, and more!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We arrived later in the evening, and it was such a relief when check-in went smoothly. The property was just as advertised. We especially enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. It’s nice that the pool is on the north side of the house, so it doesn’t get too hot during the day. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we enjoyed the extra amenities like the kayaks and bikes. Griselle was very responsive to any questions that I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This rental is among the best of places we have stayed and it exceeded our expectations. Even better than the pictures. The host has thought of everything and communication was great. Amenities galore. We saw huge tarpon too. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to bike places too. We LOVED this place

Wonderful Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was as described and lovely. The pool was perfect. The garage had a lot of options from bikes to kayaks to beach gear. The checkout process was really easy and made our last morning there peaceful. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful

The house is beautiful, clean and just as described in the listing. It was stocked with the basics you would need for a week. My family had a wonderful time and created so many great memories! We would definitely recommend! The kayaks, beach chairs and beach umbrella was a nice extra touch that we took advantage of.

quiet and restfull

nice spot for our stay, exactly what we wanted - on a canal with a pool. Owner very responsive, when coffee make was discovered to not be working, a new one arrived next day. Full kitchen allowed us to cook most meals in easily. Dog and person friendly neighborhood for walking and biking.

Great house and location!

The house is spacious, clean, and well-provisioned with everything you could want for a vacation at the beach! The bikes and kayaks were wonderful, and we appreciated the beach chairs and cooler for sunsets on the beach. The street is quiet, the neighbors very nice. We loved the water and dock out back!!! Coming from 18 degrees and snow, it was amazing to sit out there :) The pool deck is a nice place to cook out, or relax and play games . We would definitely stay here again. Griselle was very responsive to our questions, ans was a great host!!!

Fabulous vacation in a wonderful home!

We hadn't visited Marco Island in over 25 years.... After this vacation, we want to move there. No joke! We are Jersey Shore regulars... So we are lovers of kayaking and bicycle-cruisers, beaches and sunsets.... This property exceeded our expectations. The home is on a wide canal/lagoon, and near a tip lot which affords very pretty water views from the dock. The fish leap out of the water right in front of you. The pool is clean, and the friendly, professional maintenance person showed up exactly as stated in the comprehensive property information booklet. The screened-in patio is sufficient, although we suggest possibly adding more lounge-style chairs to it. There is plenty of regular chair and bench seating. A bar-style window with direct kitchen access was a very pleasant surprise and made our poolside breakfasts and lunches a breeze!! One side of the patio is naturally shaded providing some of us relief from the sun while others basked in it. The sliding doors open FULLY...A REAL TREAT. The house is comfy and quite clean. MBR is on one end, other 2 BR and Den on the other. We had one issue with the BBQ on day one ... Amazing Griselle had an entire BRAND NEW grill delivered within 12 hours! Pride in ownership is evident. One night we struggled with the Comcast remote until we opened the TV- stand door. The remote probably needs batteries...I mean... There is nothing negative to say! Washer and dryer are in the garage and are quite large capacity. We went to Tigertail beach. Fabulous. Thank you to Griselle for her dining recommendations. On point!! We found real Italian food and even good pizza!! And that breakfast at Joanne's Cup of Joe was worth the hour wait. Pumpkin cheesecake pancakes were to die for!!!! This is the best neighborhood. Period. Upscale, but friendly, and lovely for morning and evening walks. We only wish we could've stayed longer. If you have any questions, you only need to ask Griselle, as she responds quickly and completely. This is a great home and a credit to VRBO.

beautiful and peaceful

Enjoyed having a house to rent near my mother in laws for thanksgiving. The house was clean and neat and plenty of rooms for 7 people. Like that there was beach towels and beach chairs to use also the bikes and kayaks were a nice feature and both were used.We also enjoyed the pool a lot. Had a wonderful time

Marco Island Rental

I would recommend this rental 100% and would absolutely use this rental again. The description and pictures were accurate of the property and met my expectations. Everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms were large and met our needs. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas and appreciated all the extras like the bikes, beach toys and fishing gear. Spacious and quiet home close to beach

We enjoyed our stay at this home for a week. It is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to access and close to hotels and beaches. We grilled, used the pool, kayaked and enjoyed the indoors when we needed a sun break. We made wonderful family memories during our stay and would recommend this home for sure!

Perfect family get away

This home was exactly what we were looking for and exactly as described. We were a family of 8, and the home was spacious enough for all of us to be in the same room together, or to spread out in the family room, livingroom, pool area and dock. We spent a lot of tile lounging at the pool, and watching other family members fish off the dock or provided kayaks. The water views were wonderful. A quick 5 min drive to local beaches. We appreciated the bbq and stocked kitchen. The home was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Griselle was friendly, accomadating and easy to reach if we had questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect!

We stayed in this beautiful house over Easter/Spring break. We had a wonderful relaxing time here. This was our 4th trip to Marco Island (probably not our last) but our first time renting a house. The house is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed relaxing around the pool or sunbathing on the beautiful dock and ventured to the beach a couple of days too. Overall the perfect vacation and house!

Beautiful Home/Relaxing Vacation Destination

We had a great vacation on Marco Island. This is our 4th time on Marco and first time staying at this home and would highly recommend it. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the pool, kayaking, fishing from dock and biking. Home is in quiet neighborhood but close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home!

Beautiful home - Feb 2017

The house was perfect for 8 people. There was lots of room, we were not tripping over each other, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The kitchen was well stocked, (maybe could have used a few extra plates). Everything was clean and well maintained. When we arrived we were missing a few basic stock items and called Griselle and she mentioned that they should all be there and had them sent over RIGHT away. She was easy to reach and right from the beginning easy to deal with, she for sure wants people to be comfortable and have a good holiday. We would for sure rent this beautiful home on Marco Island again. Thank you for a wonderful week Tammy
