Come relax in this beautiful Zilker Park condo on the edge of Dowtown. Within easy walking distance to Zilker Park (Home of ACL), Barton Springs Pool, Hike and Bike Trails, Barton Creek Greenbelt, restaurants, coffee shops, retail and more!

This studio condo is in the recreational heart of Austin. Rent a bike down the street and cruise the Hike and Bike Trails along Lady Bird Lake or explore the Greenbelt. Just 5 minutes by car or taxi to Downtown Austin. Walk to Umlauf Scuplture Gardens, Zilker Botanical, Barton Springs Pool and "Restaurant Row", where you will find excellent dining, coffee shops, and bars. There is even a mini-market right next door that has everything you could possibly need!

The sleeping area has a queen bed with a privacy screen separating it from the living room. Additional sleeping on the thick gold bond futon (extra linens available for $25), or use it to relax and stream your favorite content on the 42" Smart TV. Full bath with plenty of space and fully-equipped kitchen. One onsite parking space is provided. There are also ride-sharing services and public transportation nearby. Wireless internet included.

Laundry facilities are located in the utility room near the parking lot, NOT inside the condo.

The Barton Hills neighborhood is located in Austin's coveted South Central District. It sits on the edge of the Barton Creek Greenbelt, and is surrounded by world-renowned amenities such as Barton Springs and Zilker Park, home of the ACL music festival. Lady Bird Lake and Downtown are only blocks away, where you will find the Convention Center's SXSW festival, Auditorium Shores, The Long Center, 6th Street, shopping on Congress Ave (SoCo) and so many more bars and restaurants it would be impossible to list them all!

Nice quick weekend get-away!

Enjoyed this nice little place with the outdoor patio in the mornings and evenings with a cool breeze surrounded by trees and relax. Very convenient to the Barton Spings pool and all the food trucks to walk to. Had fun!.

Itā€™s definitely a studio not a one bedroom - it was roomy. A few things didnā€™t work well; TV reception was bad. For the price Iā€™d say it was worth it.Great neighborhood!

Great Condo next to Barton Springs

Lynne's condo was comfortable, convenient to one of the best spots in town, and a great deal. She was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this cool condo to others and would certainly consider staying here again when I get another chance to visit Austin. Thanks a lot Lynne!

Clean and nice. The parking info on the ad was a bit confusing. There is assigned parking. And it has a storm door to open before you see the electric lock to open the door. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Pleasant Stay

This condo was perfect for what we needed-a comfy bed to sleep in! Although a little dated the condo was clean. Not a lot of space but we weren't going to be in the condo much so that didn't really matter. Great location!

Cute and cozy studio

This place is cute and funky and fun. Itā€™s nice being next door to the market plus it would be cool to be near the park but I didnā€™t have time to take advantage of that. I would say it could use some touch up painting and refresh of the trim, cabinets, etc. Itā€™s a tad bit tired. However it was clean and the bed was comfy and I slept great.

Zilker Park apartment

Was pretty much what we expected. Perfect accommodations for the two of us, perfect location for us - very easy walk to Barton Springs and the hiking/running trails around the springs and to Town Lake. Only complaints: extra folding chair on the balcony was filthy and unusable. and we could have used a decent set of wine glasses!

Cute place located in a great area

Nice apartment located very close to Zilker Park (which was my point for staying here). It has air conditioning and the heater setting did not work (it was pretty cold at night). There is a clothes washer and dryer in the unit, but the manual says it is not for guests. The laundry facilities are downstairs. Bedsheets are provided along with two small thin blankets ( I did not sleep well because I was cold). I felt safe even with a fair amount of people outside at night.Overall, it was an OK experience and if I have the opportunity to stay here again, I will prepare better.

Location, Location, Location!

If you are looking for a great location, this is the place for you. However, the apartment is much smaller than it appears in the picture and could use some updating and paint. The housekeeping staff does a lousy job. The floors were so dirty that the bottom of my white socks were almost black after walking around at various times of the day. The sponge provided to wash dishes, was old, worn, and filthy. There were not sheets for the futon. Pluses: Wonderful little grocery store next door, bike rental station just a couple of blocks away, Barton Springs Pool is an easy walk. An easy ride share to downtown. Bed and Futon were very comfortable. Cute, hip decorative pieces and stained concrete floors. A/C and fans. Full kitchen.

Perfect Location

This charming studio was the perfection location for my recent trip, not only to get around Austin but also was directly across the street from my daughterā€™s apartment. Walking distance to Barton Springs as well. Enjoyed my coffee on the balcony every morning too. Highly recommend.

Perfect Spot Near Barton Springs

Stayed here when stuck in Austin for a few days longer than planned because of a flight cancellation. We were delighted to have found this spot - Barton Springs and South Congress are some our favorite places to spend time, and to have them both in walking distance was a joy. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and just what we needed. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Good location but weird experience

Someone with the code entered the apartment when we stayed here after their taped soap dispenser fell from the shower. Felt pretty creepy and unsafe to know that owners/someone with the keycode were listening and would be entering anytime they had thought we werenā€™t in the apartment. This happened on the second day of a week long stay. Apartment also had tons of personal items stored everywhere so not much space for your own stuff. The bed is also not in a separate room which the description doesnā€™t mention so two people working remotely here with meetings was pretty difficult.
