Several miles of hike and bike/go kart trails adjoin the property. House is approx. 4000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, sleeps up to 14 people. Great views of Lake Travis and the surrounding Hill Country. Public Boat ramp is 1 mi away, Just for Fun Boat Rentals is 1 mi away as well. Ask about reduced long term rates for fall and winter.

Overnight Guest Fee is $100 per night per person over 10 guests up to 16 guests. $100 for first pet and $50 additional pet.

Weekend and Minimum Stay Policy: 

Minimum stay is two nights other than specific weekends which are three nights for the following weekends:

Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July and Labor Day Weekend.

Will not sell a single Friday night or single Saturday night of any given weekend unless it is requested and approved prior to booking. 

These policies apply to instant booking. Exceptions possibly can be granted upon request. Groups under age 25 must be preapproved.

Adult stay for wedding

Great location with many amenities. Gregg is a kind and accommodating host. Great communication and even got us Dunkin ...he knew we were from MA! Thanks Gregg!This is a great place for bachelors with lots to do!

Fantastic Experience

Its an absolutely beautiful property with countless amenities that are sure to keep you and your guests entertained at all times. Location is great with multiple bars and restaurants a short distance away. House was in great shape when we arrived. Is highly recommend this vrbo property.

Lakehouse with amazing hillside location views!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It had all the amenities we needed, and the space was both comfortable and inviting. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, yet in a peaceful neighborhood that allowed us to unwind. The host was very responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Austin Vacation

Had a quick getaway with family for a weekend. We stayed at this gorgeous house with our furbaby and everyone had a wonderful time. We had a bonefire going at night which Greg provided for us. Very responsive and considerate of some changes in our dates. Highly recommended!

Great time at a great house!!

The house was lovely, the pool was cold, and we comfortably slept our group of 11.My only feedback for the host would be to update their listing to include all amenities! We had everything we needed. They provided a lot that most Airbnb hosts don’t. Plenty of towels, bedding, even condiments. But the putting green, batting cage, and arcade games were a real treat!

Needs deep and topical cleaning!!!!!

We couldn’t enjoy our stay as everything was filthy. We only stayed because it was Christmas weekend and we had nowhere else to go at the time. We had our dog with us. The place was very cluttered and unclean.

Fourth of July at Lake Travis

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the layout was great for cooking, grilling, and playing games. Greg, the owner, was helpful and very hospitable. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay in Hot Austin

Had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous 4000 sq ft home in the hills of Austin. Plenty of room. Host was very accommodating and helpful (even brought us breakfast one morning). Pool was fantastic and the views were spectacular. Pet friendly with deposits for each pet. Only 4 real beds, others are blow-up and sofa sleeper. Kitchen was well stocked. Gas Grille was ready to use. All in all we had a great time and would stay here again.

Paradise at Lake Travis...

The owner was most gracious and very hospitable. He made us feel welcome from when we first stepped foot on the property making sure to give us all information to work the hot-tub, the wifi, where local food restaurants were, and places to rent jet ski's and boats. The place itself was AMAZING!! Very spacious for big groups where you won't feel crowded. Four Bedrooms and three bathrooms with a queen sofa was enough for our whole group and the layout with another living room upstairs that led out to the pool was great. The home is located on multiple acres spaced out from neighbors, which was very convenient during the hours we wanted to play music over the loud speakers near the pool. The views from the helicopter pad on the hill are beautiful with the Lake Travis in the background and are serene and wonderful, especially during sunrise. We will definitely be back!!!
